Hi all camping. I started the trail at Tel Dan 1.04.06 in 9 days I reached Nazareth Dove Mountain to spend an evening Passover holiday at my house in migdal haemek.

Recommendations on equipment that I noticed:

My hiking bag 90 liters and contents:

Sleeping bag (1400 g)-extreme comfort = 7 = 15.

Mattress inflatable space replaced (unless one punctures have therefore changed) the mattress platib.

Cooking system of Canova (500 g)

In nziniia of Primus (currently working on gas) + thick foil wind shield

1 gas tank enough to approximately 6 cooking (3 days), always 2

Shoes of old Oslo Highland

Hiking socks 3 pairs

2 panties

1 t-shirt to me.

1 a long thin me tours

1 thermal shirt long evening.

1 against Sun Hat

Flashlight head + reserve batteries (4 blood saves batteries)

Collapsed = סכו"ם + seasoning salt, pepper, chicken broth, thyme, inside boxes of elephants photo that easily.

1 bottle 330 ml olive oil (a little heavy but as Greece forth grinding and cooking)

A bag of drinking 3 liters to drink daily walking.

A bag of drinking 5 liters + tap for filling water toward the end of cooking night track + is useful.

An empty bottle of 1.5 liters to fill water water not space bags.

Finjan for tea/coffee

Fleece jacket for cold nights

Poncho (rain resistant nylon fabric) is useful mainly for sudden rain or clothed in sack against Tal I went with the additional 3 days rain poncho trofim. Helped me greatly and let the weather stop me.

Topographic maps are relevant (no point carry all the kit) can be spread among friends and collect along the way. I threw in Tel Aviv and taken to Tel Dan Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv will take part.

Several Israel National Trail

Journal (pen + company)

Okay so what we eat? What quantities I notice (each to his body and appetite)

Oatmeal (500 g) enough to many nutritious breakfast cereals and Blacksmithing. Absorbs water and cooking that brings fluid into the body.

Black coffee (who I love), I recommend buying Orchid powder. Also an energetic feeder Orchid and sweet and tasty. You can mix with the Oatmeal (500 g powder lasts for about 15-20 Orchid cuisine preparation).

Flakes, 2 servings soup instead. Prepare the soup and add into flakes. So they come out delicious and savory and absorb the soup 500 g pack of flakes is enough for 4 servings i.e. two days. (2 lunches, 2 dinners)

Tahini (add on ready or rice flakes or wipe with bread, PITA, Matzo) milling is speaking very nutritious 627 calories per 100 g.

Mark + flakes or variety and take egg noodles for soup.

Case weight:

File = 3 kg, + 1.4 kg pounds + 0.5 kilo area mat + 0.5 kilo Bakeware Kit + water in Northern 3 k not including cooking. (South will be 4 liters per day, not including cooking), + 2 canisters and nziniia 0.8 pounds + clothing (socks sick brass) about 1 pound 0.5 kilogram, the poncho, eat 2-3 pounds including spices and olive oil and anoint maps 0.5, 0.5 kilos of books.

Does the case of 90 liter played out with the Registrar, or certainly can take a bag that has a smaller volume, 80-70 liters?

Do you mind back you spend walking sticks too? I'm still torn.

Might be worth taking a pair of sandals in addition to walking shoes? Wear them at night or in places where there's water, or put it to your opinion?

First aid- Not all the set of open heart surgeons, but some ג'נריות medications and bandages, tourniquets, don't you know.

70-80 liter bag perfectly.
Walking sticks-very helpful, you can buy simple sticks on 100 NIS.
Sandals-better to use in the evenings, with water or shiblot kill.
Number of Bill as preferable to photographer/maps to divide the book into sections (North, Central, South) and carry only what you rloventach
