The style that I walk the walk in the Israel National Trail (INT) that cost the Internet can't remember if this forum or another, when I do I usually tour stop

I'd like to so, orientation:
1. walking style
2. food-calories a day, and some products provide the energy, maybe try to put here for you long for gender training (even a little extreme). Then you can get off the list: meat, dairy (milk everything in the Israel National Trail (INT) who) (who Israel map for everything), I guess it's pasta, rice, Couscous and the like (carbohydrate) chocolate (sugar carbohydrates), dried fruits, what else?

Eyal, I didn't think any bill yet to do before, you ask?
Basically my summer and spring available

I personally don't think stopping for 10 minutes every hour or day of the week or stop all kinds of constipation. Or general rules to have. Find a style that suits you. If it stops as you describe so great. But then you're ready for a slower pace and taking more weight you PR section.

What I would suggest you do is feel your body. Stop when you're tired. Not that it's been 50 minutes. Stop when you're hungry. Not that it's been another 50 minutes. Take a relaxing day if you feel like taking a break or something that requires that logistics, not because it's been 6 days of walking. (Not relevant to you because you keep sitting and you stop for a day).

Oh, I think the phrase rules. So the most important thing. Forget what I wrote! And you write rules and adopt your style.

2. in relation to food specifically remember there are several lists of food including kosher. Calories a day is also very dependent on your own time and space, and heights that you deserve. It is a thousand calories. Run a search on the Forum I'm sure you'll find the lists.

I'm asking what you want to do path before to help you to find something that will get you into trail shape. And I enjoy it.
You want to go to the North in August for it leaving you in the June-July in Europe. Unless you want to go to USA and one of me name. I'd say joining Iceland but unfortunately don't have the time frame to fit you in terms of walking. I mean I won't stop on Saturdays so you.

Good trails in Europe better than I have in this forum so I will leave others to offer you a course "heating".

By the way ... According to the rate described here will take you more than a month to finish the track. Maybe you should start sometime in July and end in late August.

Ultimately made for a foot infection that I still suffer from it (the tendon of the medial tibial stress syndrome), instead I made a few days in the Tatras (Slovakia – Poland), jutenheimen (Norway) and kebnekaise (Sweden) on the nordkaloteden route
I chose not demanding tracks in order not to impose too much on the leg eventually turned a little worse, but it was worth ... Amazing spaces.

About nordkalotleden
I put here links to sites that used them to gather information on the trail:

The only book (maybe not yet) the nordkalottleden (in German)

Nordkalottleden GPS (haven't checked reliability)

There's more information here.

Anyone who wants can send him a private email addresses of people who made the path to more specific information

Even though made for a pretty important information I had to figure out properly but couldn't find the links above: (information my Judaism.)
Kosher lists:
Norway:
For some reason removed the list from the Internet, perhaps because it was no longer relevant.
Anyway, the list was in Norwegian, so it was very difficult to find your way around, eventually ate only rice, almonds, and fruit I bought. (5 weight Apple!)
Sweden:
Http://www.chabadstockholm.com/templates/articlecco_cdo/aid/66889/jewish/Kosher-food.htm (this page has a link to the list on purpose, I copied the link to the list itself that kosher lists should be updated periodically)

A serious problem that, in fact, that was me (as a team) to begin the trail in early July:
Around latitude roughly 67 (abisko) until July to the Sun is sinking, causing serious Halachic problems
Such as the entry and exit of Shabbat, prayer times, etc., the mine told me not to go to these areas while no sunset due to Halachic issues.
So I came to the area after July 18th:
From July 18, although there are "sunset", but no "nightfall" (definition of a certain position of the darkness) as the sun sets, but there is still light at night.
And so what are these problems related ל"צאת Star Wars:" Shabbat "and" sick time "Evensong.
I was told (Chabad shaliach in bumpy Alaska probably the northernmost House Chabad) worsen as all opinions:
Candlelighting: "the host" – 15:00 same time before sunset. (12 hour temp = one of the time between sunrise and sunset) for example: when I was there today was 20 hours and 15 minutes, the same time out of hours.
Shabbat: at dawn of Sunday.
Time Arabic (sanctification): shortly before midnight (because then it is the time the least light closer to the definition of "nightfall")
I say again, this is all according to the most strict opinion.

It should be noted that many South of the Polar circle, from 58.3 North latitude, such as jotunheimen and even reserve, there is a second problem (no nightfall at least a few days a year). Since I came to Norway on Tammuz and the same day I went to jotunheimen, it was my longest fast (even more than Yom Kippur), took him at dawn of the day of י"ח (in increasingly strict), roughly 30 hours.

To know the time of day by the location and the date has really good site:
Myzmanim.org
You can also search based on point not only length and width by city
The case for nightfall unwritten means that time and therefore deserves to be treated.

The goat get some information and photos about the trip did in a separate thread.

Would love to see pictures.

Interesting, I never thought about the Halachic issues caused in these parts.
This essentially means that observant Jews can no longer part of the polar research expedition.

Let the sinew to down a speedy recovery!

It's not really,
You must correctly answer how to handle these things, too.
But I'd rather avoid, though, going for drives as Halacha.

Were Jews (Chabad followers) before the fall of the iron curtain were banished by the Russian Government to Siberia (breaking the law on the dissemination of Judaism) to labor camps where there are problems, and used as well.
And I heard stories about people fasted the Yom Kippur fasting for two days because astepko.

I adore who keeps kosher at long trail.
The issue of diversity in food and become a vegetarian for a few months just seemed impossible.
Of course there are many other Halachic problems, but that most speaks to me. Arthur 40878.5873842593
