Hello everyone.

I'm looking for partners for a two-week tour of the Caucasus.
15. up to August 22, as part of a team organized by 4WD-site for climbing Mount Elbrus peak (the highest in Europe).
I want to get to the week before, can repeat donations already made in 2008 (4 days and 3 nights).

The Trek isn't easy, and is intended for experienced/MILF.
I guess I hit the road with weights of 20-25 kg.

You can find me on moshe.haggai@gmail.com or on Facebook.

Details on Trek.

Details of the climb Elbrus has very much Internet, Hebrew, for example.

For the Trek and climb to the top, there are no technical knowledge required
But need experience in walking with heavy weights and walking up to 3500 m altitude and medium.
A week of climbing to a gradual acclimatization.

It looks nice. But why do you need to get started with weights of 25 kg?

As Greece:
1. cold (three days sleeping in the heights of between 2500 to 3000).
2. have food for four days, and hot food.
3. not everywhere can full of water that need water.
4. you should bring additional equipment, as a backup, because there is no real way to talk. :)

UM ....
See I was in the Himalayas there was nothing 7 days. And altitudes of sleep more than you think they 2500-3000. And you have to melt snow for water because there is no liquid water.
And my weight has had 16.5 kg. And it's all axe and crampons.
So I can assure you that you can lose weight you gave here.

I think I might have a little more fun if you cut weight. It's just advice. I'd love to hear notes back.

As stated, I've done this trek in 2008
We are heavy but good.

Last time we were too heavy, that was low-quality bag, taking too much clothing etc.

I reviewed your equipment list.
As far as I'm willing to compromise on comfort, I gather that you're willing to compromise further away. :)

Moses.

I think it's a matter of how you define comfort. I don't feel like I'm settling in.

Like I said, this is only a recommendation.

BTW, why did you repeat this trek and go for something else?

About the Trek, it isn't "we're back", but I am back.
My not joining.

Why I want to make the Trek:
The objective of the Trek is amongst others the adjustment, and I want to get something that I already know-Greece, I don't have time to plan and to learn a new track.
Last time I met someone (who lived in the area for 4-5 months a year) I want to get him a present.
And the third reason: I love to go to places you've been, can see them in a different perspective.

Want to come?
