Hi

Girlfriend and I leave in a week and a bit to the left and with several GR11 questions (after most of the questions we found very helpful answers here on the Forum, so thank you so much ...).

1. given fairly departure date later (early August) which recommended Greece? (I guess lsoff will trek to the end of September, there is a difference between scene?)

2. about how clothing can be cold? Is a micro fleece long funkier head band-Israel + brass +-. What about storm suit

3. are recommended to carry the friendly manual/maps/both? Is there also a friendly recommendation to pass the GR11 trips? I'm not hooked on walking on the trail and would like recommendations for shorter sorties outside the path.

4. a recommendation to double the budget tent the area 1000 NIS +. Worth buying in Barcelona I looked at http://www.decathlon.es/ 's site and have only their brand that weighs a lot (!). Know other stores?

5. not necessarily relevant, but interesting to me what do you prefer-Sandals/flip flops, Crocs?

Thank you in advance for your help! Dr. Dolittle40739.0808333333

It's not too late, it's fine. Keep in mind that the weather in the mountains can vary radically even in summer, just less likely. Anyway, at the end of the trail will be already in lower places no matter which side.

2. about how clothing can be cold? Is a micro fleece long funkier head band-Israel + brass +-. What about storm suit

I think it is not an exaggeration at all at night can be very cold. I also, Gore-Tex storm jacket.

3. are recommended to carry the friendly manual/maps/both? Is there also a friendly recommendation to pass the GR11 trips? I'm not hooked on walking on the trail and would like recommendations for shorter sorties outside the path.

You should take the story through and maps. You can take the story through and then get rid of what is already going to lose weight.

4. a recommendation to double the budget tent the area 1000 NIS +. Worth buying in Barcelona I looked at the http://www.decathlon.es/website and have only their brand that weighs a lot (!). Know other stores?

There is also a land of tents in the area, price until 1200. We bought a Mountain Hardware. Really not heavy.

5. not necessarily relevant, but interesting to me what do you prefer-Sandals/flip flops, Crocs?

I take Sandals but I don't think that matters.

A week and a bit, it's not the beginning of August and this is the best time to get back on track.
When it comes to hot no clothes. Brass alone isn't enough. Also don't forget to take.
I was carrying way story and maps. Only maps but do not recommend just a story through.
Tent: MSR Huba huba. Hp one good tents and Hardy ($ 350 USA specials).
Crocs-the easiest there is.   Amnonl 40739.5588657407

Besides, you can also jump Decathlon to Cort de Ingles, a huge department store hamashbir style with hiking and camping ground. We bought there. Not cheap, but may be we can find stuff more than the House brand of Decathlon watched DNA. In General, I think what really pays to buy it dklthon simple clothing and equipment more like cooking utilities etc. I wouldn't shop there shoes or handbag for example.

Barcelona is just one branch, and on another branch. Only one of them has the camping Department and I don't remember which one. However, both branches and Decathlon are within less than a mile away.

Disagree, the Decathlon and professional store with reasonable prices and large selection. Not watched it at all.

About Sandals-the cumulative fatigue now no longer takes for anything-big love-Sandals if you bring a good pair with cleats and iberam there is no reason to get slammed, but it's a personal matter, of course.
About tent-Corte Ingl?s shops and dkathlon and with a huge selection and reasonable prices that make trip partners not visibly doing there shopping with prices we may--snow and rain and everything was fine but is indeed equal to obtain anything yet lighter quality
If you want to go for something really small shop quality and classy GALILEU street got out of the train station SANTS just I can't recall the name, very professional and very expensive probably has some more of these in Barcelonaasafbash2340742.4202662037

Hello again,
I think there is also dkathlon for good stuff but not every category.
Another option you have if you start in Andorra (i.e. from East to West) to buy it all, duty-free area in fact Andorra La Villa looks and feels like one giant duty-free fruit.

Firstly, thanks for the answers.

Apparently, cooking equipment and light clothing buy in Barcelona, I'll try to update the Forum is good stores but what you mentioned here.

BTW, do you have any recommendation for trip in the area during the period from late September to mid-October? I thought maybe some bicycle tour. I'd love suggestions
