True it's not the nature of the Forum, but I'll ask anyway because I believe that there will be people here who can help me.
I'm flying in mid-November to South America for about five months (flexible). I'm looking to travel, hiking, mountains, lakes, bottom line, not parties and beaches).
Where should I be? How to divide. Whether traveling in southern Argentina it is not too early? Tips and recommendations are welcome very much.

Thank you

Mid-November a little early yet to Patagonia, but can begin in northern Argentina (Salta and Jujuy) desert area, very colorful and not many travellers to depth (trekking etc.) Although there are quite a few.
For early December start to go south (trekking around Mendoza should begin to open).
Before January can be experience many trekking in the area and lakes.

I did quite a bit in November.

Shadow Lakes area and Argentina (Noel Park and epic + Argentina where Park-ariluca area)

Then begin to descend toward Patagonia it's amazing area (do the Fitz Roy, and, of course, Torres).

There is also a beautiful park on the island of Chilo? (Chiloe) I did.

Encourage

In this matter of taste.

I was in a Swiss town called Puerto auketi (near Osorno in the shadow)

And then I went and returned (the landlord also traveled with me and bouncing and taking)

From there you can move even as Argentina's Lake District.

Anyway in Argentina in the Lakes region recommended crash in bariluca (good food, nice Town Hall)

Trekking period really depends on the lakes in winter 2005-6 most treks don't fully opened before mid-late December.

About the position I'm put in one koda-you Baker. Also in Bariloche, Puc?n and San Martin are good bases for trekking in the area.

When I traveled there "trekking ה"תנ"ך there was Trekking in the Patagonian Andes" Lonely Planet's a year ago out of new edition, I recommend that you search it on Google Books, he answers for most questions for this area (it covers many trekking North zone of Puc?n to the southern land).

Hello, I have a question for people who were familiar with:

I'm going to Peru after the holidays (October ~) is that a good season to trek in the Amazon?

Where to travel in the Andes?

Thank you
