The search option here, but move the posts that highlighted in yellow here (there are two).

Will be much easier to answer your specific questions.

Good information you've already given up.
Regarding the recommendations, if I only had 7 days travel would focus on heiliitis of the pineras, the agoustorts and national parks of Ordesa. Or the Pyrenees National Park in France.

PS If you want more information on the French side, then link .

Also recommend iigostorts-crossed the reserve in Izzy at 4 days (not beyond ...) a wide variety of programs can be adapted to any time frame and fitness. Getting there is easy.

Both talking about the same.

INBAR-Carros de Foc is not Trek but the type of racing, it is an event that takes place once a year on the idea to Aiguestortes and complement the surrounding the Park in 24 hours (instead of 5 days + running, of course).

Eran-whether you want to go seven days consecutively, or split.

If sequence, iiguastorts (Park) is a little small and I think Ordesa area – Gavarnie more impressive and will provide you with a lot more options.
If you split, you can split the trip between Ordesa area iiguastorts and Gavarnie.

Me to Carros open version called "and it usually takes 5 days. For years.
The link I sent it to this version and information collected is popular for several years (perhaps less out of the race, that I don't know).
The track is open from early June to late September.

Hello Eran

I highly recommend (from experience) to Carros de Foc.
This is a track hut-to-hut is approximately 55 km around the park Aig?estortes.

Like me writing this route once a year host a competition where people walk (or run) the entire route in less than 24 hours but normal people can benefit from a few days old.

Friends and I walked the runway two years ago for a week and we really enjoyed.

If you want more info I'd like to list

You can make part of the GR11 bnaska (Benasque) starts and ends in the Park Ordesa (inclusive). Entry and exit routes.-relative comfort and it takes about 7 days. There is a possibility in a way to sleep in huts (in season) or in a tent.
The Trek covers two beautiful but very different areas from one another in the Pyrenees: postmodern aladeta Park and Park Ordesa.
If you want more details-give.

Omar.
