This year we decided to take advantage of the timing of the holidays (and an excuse for a honeymoon ...) to take a month off in September, target-Rocky (USA and Canada) and the West Coast.

The scheduled landing at Salt Lake City, Yellowstone, glacier, Banff, Jasper and Vancouver Olympic or Seattle, Reiner (probably just a brief stop on the way to the South), Yosemite finish in San Francisco.

Personally I would prefer to be more focused, to spend more time per visit and fewer parks, but must be hard to get to sleep in a tent in the field when there are bears in environment therefore we indicate that 3-4 days at the Park.

2. two-lanes probably glacier and jacuzzi.

I'd like to day/recommendations track with one night or for a tip.

To me,

First of all, many congratulations! Sounds like a good honeymoon.

Also bring your wife to parks that feat.
The report tracks or make your own? Sleep in shacks?

Harmonix, thanks!

There's still a chance I could convince her to come with me, I think it depends mostly on the weather, if not, go out alone.
Sleep in a tent on the supply and cost of huts not very enticing. Yesterday I ordered StratoSpire2 to serve us from Henry. 41455.9350694444 with me

With me.
You are going to spend time on the glacier rather than inviting today the bus to Lake O'Hara.
I traveled a lot in the Canadian Rockies and if there is a place worth to invest time that Yoho Park
High view of BC concentrates on Lake O'Hara. Do put the Alpine Alpine Circuit

Join recommending Lake O'Hara. Even if there are no places left on the bus in early booking, you can try your luck and appear at the exit point, many times there are places (last year drove this bus half empty). Anyway, in the area there are equally beautiful routes that don't require reservations.
The better course, Yosemite cost half-dome (the part with the challenging cable). Requires it, I think you pramit raffle early missed already but there is also a daily Lottery during the season. Substitute itself and beautiful-Panorama Trail.

Thank you to everyone!
Actually, we've been married six months, but the boss postponed the honeymoon holidays.

Lake O'Hara certainly looks tempting, try to get a place on the bus.
Amnon, glacier in Montana, not in Canada.

I know the Glacier Park and did a few tracks.
I guess visiting him because he is on the road to Yellowstone Grand teiton/Canadian Rockies
The glacier bordering British Colombia. The thing is that BC in Canada much more wild and exotic.
Therefore, if you are going to spend three days in Glacier, I suggest you reduce that to a day and a half (and less)
And to spend time walking/driving tour, the Canadian side
And besides, I say this as an American citizen, Canada is a place a lot more fun to explore.
This is the land of real nice and Have a good day fake amriknos

Ah ... And if you don't get anywhere by bus, not on the phone, and while you're there. So it's just slight 11 km along RTE
If you want a little more challenging, and the path which climbs to Emerald Lake
Incidentally, romantic honeymoon trip, take your breakfast in the Chateau Lake Louise.
I'm sure in front of a wonderful panorama of the Lake, the Fairmont Hotel's charm and respect the hotel's Chef
This will be an experience for life.

Note that skiilein you need to reserve a room in camping houses, limited in capacity. You should hurry up with it, although in September less cluttered.

I'm less connected to sights like Jasper.
Canyon Mullin. A great place for running surface.
Boating on the Lake. Well, never mind. Best romantic scene.
Instead of Jasper == > mount Robson reserve. There is no nature is broken.

Zvika,
Notice to orders, how it really is critical? I prefer to avoid the reservations, I don't like the fixation on a trip they create.
And another question, how exactly working the first come-first served in camping houses?
You arrive in the morning, gets and sets out to explore? Or you need to get physical with smooth tent? And is it possible/acceptable to leave the camping tent unattended?

About glacier, if I insisted on him (not so far away, don't worry about tilapia), have recommended a two-track? Thought on the gunsight or swiftcurrent/highline (hope I'm not confusing names) with accommodation at granite Park Chalet. 41458.2727314815 with me

The highline route considered back on track. Great track and not difficult.
Compulsory course Grinnell Glacier Trail is. I don't think I left him. Maybe. Don't remember. I had been there 12 years ago.
There are of course many other short trails, tradition in parks in the u.s.
Try to avoid a path that promises a stunning waterfall. There are none in the Park.
I think the appropriate action plan is to have the highline and then decide about the future.

You can track the status of orders in the Park's site.
On site

No problem to leave tent unattended, it's very popular.

Amnon, you sound really isn't enthusiastic about the glacier! Keep it up and I will eventually.

Thanks I already visited there, Zvika
So I understand that I need to set up the tent in the morning when I anymore in camping? A bit tricky, isn't it? A waste of hours.

With me. 41459.2522106481

Amnon,
Amazing tip of Lake O'Hara won you many compliments and usually is taken:

On the bus while we couldn't find anywhere and we opened the day with 7 miles on a dirt road, but it was worth every minute of it and we were able to do some of the beautiful Alpine circut
