Hello to all members and to the mshkianim Forum!
Following the recommendation we have decided to prolong the excursion trip route 9 days 8.
Now we want to find out a few things:
1. arrival-Forum can elaborate a bit more on arrival from different places to the trailhead? (Verona, Milan, Munich, train fares, etc.-are there any discounts and more difficult to glean information from the Italian?)
2. equipment-how professional the equipment people took with them? What kind of shoes we recommend the entire runway walk?
3. items for loan-should people route maps for loan/photography?
4. What's with the Alpine guide ל"מועדון rafiog" what is the difference between the public and private rafiog-

Thank you and Hello!

To string.

1. getting a train from Munich to Munich East station and from there a train to the Fortezza card for both business travel and waiting time between 25 minutes train train is convenient. 58 cost.

The Fortezza oilabasha train at a cost of 8 euro per person. Toggle between time to train a bit problematic-6 minutes and we missed that until hatapsano on where the ticket machine and how to operate the same train. Not so bad because there is a train every half hour.

Total cost EUR 66

Total travel time based on the number 5:15 hours (if not missing the switch in Fortezza.

Encourage you to enter the German railways site gives all assemblies, all Middle-stops and stations and 'till ilabasa (German built)

Preferred option – if you catch a flight to Innsbruck (there isn't always a direct flight from Israel). It comes from Munich train just two hours drive and certainly less some 20-25 euros.

Innsbruck is the closest destination to the trailhead for many Italian cities-Verona, Milan, etc.

-See the list of equipment attached to the tilapia is great.

About professionalism has 3 things not to compromise them, walking shoes with good back and walking sticks. These three reasons most affect comfort.

About public ריפיוג'ים, I can't answer that in light of what has been written here only invited in advance.

Good luck.

Hi everyone, we're back from Italy (the track finished a week ago). It was wonderful even beyond expectations. Thank you very much for your help and anthem the way the story was accurate.
Two tips are ours:
1. who ends at the bus station La Pisa (i.e. those who do not make the via ferrate) earned a chance to jump into a pool of clear water and lies just a minute.

This pond you see the top of her left, ... the last 3 minutes before the end of the runway. To get to cross the street, easy descent to what looks like a dry Creek and then moving back out on the road with a little tunnel. It might sound complicated but the area can find it easily, and it's just a pleasure to dive in (it was very hot that day).

2. the last part of the trip, from pian de sommariva to fontana is just amazing. It was a very hard day (we left El Paso Duran in the morning) and we give up and end in sommariva. Lucky I had moved. The climb and descent even more, but is perhaps the most beautiful and the rpog route in feynan de Fontana a lot nicer and somariba chips. In short, it's to finish the trip with great taste.

Hello Amnon,
Just yesterday I was introduced to the topic and Forum and I'm really excited.
I double dummy adults (55 +) and I am very interested to hear about AV1 fits the Bill.
We used to walks (currently in the middle of a path that Israel once a month) but less accustomed to climbing.
I'd love to hear your experience.
Thank you

Hey Swapna,

I join and drop bigger tilapia

I also like Amnon 52

And like I'm gone the Israel trail once a month and already done half of it.

Before the Trek had few concerns some tilapia could allay (or "episode" as he calls it) some dissolved themselves during the Trek.

Surprisingly, although technical data (cumulative reduction and each section), via a request in the Israel National Trail (INT) halta I was lighter than some of the footage for this and I attribute to several factors I lists them in order of importance for me.

1. ready- read everything written here and there through the English story link in the message of Tilapia. Whatever shy clearly and ask. Meet you here. "The enemy" to learn all about her that greatly facilitates the deal.

In terms of physical readiness I highly recommend stair lift (with the Backpack on my back) I did it about a month and a half before the Trek. I started at 1,000 with the aspiration to reach 2,000 (haven't gotten around to it because in the last week before we left Israel was not allowed to wave train)

2.- I guess chshbilists professional walking shoes you have bought from walking poles if you have and most importantly quality backpack with good back. Neither law "shell" for walkers with two many sandwiches and a bottle of water with a backpack with some clothes, toiletries, etc.

Keep the backpack without water goes through 9-8 kg didn't take a shirt and socks for each day. In all rafiog facing the sinks and wash

3. the quality for the path in Alta via "soft" Israel trail segments. Almost no parts that need to be jumped between rocks or fall on my ass. This activity apparently takes a lot of energy.

4. weather- we fell for chilly days (10-12° c), but the weather is much cooler than that (well, if you insist on doing mount Meron in January may not) at least me as someone who starts to feel uncomfortable for over 20 and over 25 's Nobel completely facilitate the deal.

In short, we are with you. The world belongs to the young, but the Alta via 1 for seniors. Go

Yuval. It was the best motivation I've read in a long time.
I agree to all the articles but want to emphasize the subject.
Walking at 15 degrees and humidity 30-50% is nothing like what's for Israel.
It or walk on the beach or desert walk steamy hot water based on landfills.
I don't want to forbid midget. There are many good for Israel, but it's a different style of a path.
One thing I can assure anyone who goes to. He doesn't find the name throw bags of Bamba and other things

I was forced to withdraw the last sentence since late August 2012 found a box of cucumbers of porkla method in pretty Lago dumped ***

Israel... Plans to separate from reality. I took a group's preference for solitude. Only 13 days at HRP
There will be oral, Amir Abdul and I met last year + professional who organizes the HRP stroll
TMB? All due respect. The top League of Alpine landscape. But watch a lot less indulgence inrpiogy41155.7598263889 Amnonl

We are planning to go to the AV1 in two weeks and we have a few questions:
1 religious and trying to think of creative solutions to kosher food. (We're not spoiled food and are willing to settle for bread and tahini, but understood that Italy drive d to use lard bread):
A vegetarian-how vegetarian filling? Vegetarian dish is just the appetizer or entree there?
C. fish? If Yes, what are the types of fish they use (fish don't need special wheat as meat, but they need to be squamous fish to be Kosher)
C. cable cars to several villages where the cable down to the villages? In these villages there are containers that you can buy fruit/vegetable/rice in them?
D. rides to villages in one of the posts said you can get rides to the villages. Trust and rely on a ride back up?
The saw several of them have rpiogis bytes. People living in these homes. If so, any chance I could buy them fruits/vegetables
And if we can't find a creative solution needed to take food with us, I'd love to hear suggestions for food to take out of the country.

2. I would like to receive recommendations for things to do in our last week. We have about four days in the dolomite area and tried to think of interesting things to do. Thought about 2 ideas:
A. rafting – somebody did rafting in Belluno area and can recommend?
To rent a car and drive across the mountains – a guide somewhere that breaks the mountain routes are recommended?

3. some questions on technical matters:
A. What travel insurance do?
B. reception of mobile Internet in orbit Then, some companies have all 3 major, or just some of them?
C. can I take gas cylinder for amgazit a case load of the aircraft, or laws that prohibit it (because of safety, ...)

There is a small grocery store in oilabasha (to take the bus to Lake at Rais for the Trek) right by the bus station.

Not only because we've entered to buy water, but I remember clearly that there were nice-looking fruit and vegetables.

Not signing it but you can also purchase boxes of tuna, sardines, rice, pasta, etc. And ilabasa residents also need to eat.

On the private rafiog which were varied menu like salads restaurant-first major thunderstorm-desserts. Again, not really because my religion enables me to eat anything that tastes good, but I don't think a vegetarian can week there (it's not fish the region's strong suit like this man language in rows)

Now the bad news-the next rafiog are in my opinion even hybrids or something. I haven't seen you live and certainly there cannot be purchased.

In addition, the cable cars leading to villages but not for points on the road have fabric only gas station parking lot and road restaurant. I think except for snacks of sweet and savory food there.

Good luck.

Hello father.
The issue of legitimacy is discussed here several times thanks to the religious who followed.
Whoever comes out that may had no choice but to carry food and cooking for himself.
Who comes from Morningstar can settle many vegetarian dishes on the menu have all rafiog (and satisfying dishes)
The need, as mentioned, to buy food and cook away. You purchase the food they need to plan as follows:
1. can I buy the first three days in Verona or oilabasha.
2. can I buy the next three days in Cortina (bus back and forth to the city of El Paso-palzergo rafiog to agsvi)
3. can the next three days purchase in Pecol town which is only a short distance from El Paso or staolance in agordo city below. Can also lose two lifts (10 euros round trip until September 14) to Alleghe city. The cable car descending from Col Dei Baldi is 200 miles from the trail less than one hour walk from Paso staolance South
4. increasing food will suffice until the end of the route you can buy Paso Duran (very limited) or the city to reach Agordo agordo in a lift or a taxi from Paso Duran.

Those who go in pairs can of course carry food to more days and even all the way.

Ehud
Don't have a year to think and plan a route as AV1. A couple of days.
In my experience, long-term plans are always subject to change.
Postponed to 2013 2014 and 2015 and also changes.
When we live this even optimistic plan years in advance.
AV1 is the touch. Without thinking too much.
