Hello

Did anyone happen to purchase a SIM card on the way to the track (train station in Verona, Fortezza or ilbasa) and would like to share or sell/borrow the card?

Hi Alex, thanks for the update.
We're going this Friday and I have a few questions.
You write that the 20B is closed, is there an easier way to get to LAGAZUI?
I saw online that temperature down, do I need to take warm hat, gloves etc? Does the heated bctot?
Happy new year, Amir

At the moment there is still no forecast for next Friday and we can't know that temperature falling

Gloves have anyway to get Regardless of the weather. Warm hat.
Heated huts. The hottest equipment not needed for the

If the 20B still closed when you arrive, there is a detour on 11/20 continues straight ahead in a flanking skotoni rafiog (Scotoni). The walk to the skotoni although relatively easy and flanking, but increases the way. The magef missing observations and Lake agsvi beautiful, but has a pastoral. The footpath junction 20B and 20 (the bench) are walking in the light of space 20/11 until Col De Locia where vendor begins a long descent towards a gravel road (not a viewpoint looking). Meets with the gravel road turn left, according to skotoni and rafiog for going through the long rising limestone to skotoni rafiog. The last of her class (last mile) twisty, steep and tiring.

The skotoni rafiog has two options to climb to rafiog to agsvi – Bill 20 and 20a trail.
20 trail ascends to agsvi skotoni and continues right up to the cable car station to the rafiog to agsvi. In the last part of the climb, passing on the fortifications of Austrian forces in World War I.

The path climbs up to 20a Forc es Salares and there turn left into lagsvi and, ultimately, to 20.

Regardless of how rafiog forms to agsvi, it will be a long and hard on her. Keystrokes that you meet.

Not sure that will be closed when you arrive. 20B A quick word of sachiput facilities.
If you need to do this through skotoni, flanking your adds an hour to an hour and a half walk + skotoni an hour's break.
Overall it is expected to be quite long but very enjoyable.
Maybe you decide to sleep in and skotoni to agsvi

Weather doesn't encourage to depart at the end of the season.

Late summer seems to be a year too early to leave the Dolomites.

Tomorrow back to single digit temperatures and as the week progresses it only decreases toward zero.

At least unexpected rain.

It's not terrible to go at 3-6 degrees. The hard part is actually stopping to rest when after a few minutes getting cold and unpleasant (and highly desirable to keep the 10-minute rest after each hour of walking, especially if it's walk).  Put on gloves and fleece jacket or the top brass case and be lazy to get and wear them.

I find it necessary to update that yesterday and things changed for the better.

Right now the Outlook is the first snow of the season. Not less than 10 inches of snow are expected to descend on Wednesday-Thursday with temperatures around zero. (2,100 meters height data has higher than trail sections where heavy snow expected more of course).

If dry source is relatively easy as nuisance I wrote in a previous post

Wet and cold snow mountains is a different story altogether.

The risk of developing hypothermia as bigger wet I've baked

When it snows zero visibility

And for marks after the snow accumulates on the ground may be lost. In heavy snowfall not only marks might disappear but also for himself.

Caution is required!

Job news.

We were supposed to start their Trek on Friday and go back to El Paso Duran for eight days on the checked and still relevant.
We're not a bad fit and trekking experience, but the question is how much snow will make it difficult to navigate and Naomi.
I would like to receive advice from veteran, do you still want to do the trail or quickly find an alternative less.

Keep track of the forecast link I gave.

It is updated every 6 hours, and Friday it still burned about range not uncertain.

Now at least it seems that after the winter storm-v's expected an improvement in the weather and cold but dry.

10 cm Snow thawing within 24-48 hours and at least now I think you can go.

Follow up and keep asking every point you get if they know what a problem along the route (they know). At the Lake you ask if there's a problem to get to Sens Sens, ask if there is a problem to get to labarala and so on. They also give you a forecast for the next day or two and these ranges forecast is accurate.

Hello to everyone

Indeed an amazing thread. I read most of it and I hope my new question:)

We were a couple, come to Verona on 18 September to 7 full days net and want to do inter alia Trek of three days in the Dolomites. Have a rental car. Frequently asked questions:

1. does the Trek of 3 is appropriate for this time of year? (In terms of rpiogis and source)

2. because we are relatively short and we want to be able to see some of Verona, Venice and Lake Garda-more flexible in terms of short treks? I.e. If we do two days instead of three, which have easier Trek "cut-down" to some town and catch a bus/taxi ride? From what I understand so far, leading candidates are three teeth against the northern part of the alta via 1.

Thank you in advance for answering!

Hey Rita
I see no reason, dividing your time to get to Cortina
Verona =. Venice and Lake Garda = = at least one day. Therefore, the right thing to do is a two-day trek in the area of Lake Garda
There's no reason to go to the East Dolomites for a two-day Trek
You'll find Lake Garda on a two-day trek with accommodation in huts. There are quite a few options.
The AV1 or three teeth, leave for another time and date earlier. My recommendation.

Hey Amnon

Thank you for your quick answer!

Actually, I was thinking about one day to Venice and Verona – the day of arrival. We're young and fit very well, so we like to move a lot and "smear" too.

Does anyhow you recommend not to walk away from the Lake And whether sufficient level treks views that you recommend in the area?

Thanks a lot!

The route of the Alta via Bolzano 10 starts and ends in Lake Garda (the city of Gardone) along significant heights cabins.
When you get to Town Lake Garda and find out informiion in the best track.
They have been itziido you do maps have reservations.
Besides, there are many more options that walk in the area. Was here a couple recently designed a two-day walk in Madonna di Campiglio area

OK thanks.

And yet – about my first question: are the two routes in the Dolomites permit flexibility, i.e. are both possible at the end of each day, in the next cabin down the road and find our way to the car, or the task can be more complex?

He slammed three teeth and so you circle back to the car.
The scope of the circle is between single-day to five days of your choice
Look at the thread of three teeth and find out what open cabins in your period
I think most of the huts are open until late September and Locatelli open into October.
In AV1-circular route and therefore would be hard to get off and get back in the car.
You can bypass this limitation and make the Trek daily serial tzinqua
There's thread maps and recommended this route
The idea is to get to Paso GEO and go away overnight in rafiog Abreu and the return ride with the cable car or on foot for another.

Sense receives this morning. Meanwhile doesn't seem like something to keep. Some more snow is expected in the next couple of days and then an improvement towards the end of the week.

Total snow lately at the end of June to the first snowfall this year passed two months ago. Short summer specifically have this year.
