The app was free at last October and has been quite excellent trails which appear even signs and kiosks locations. Very accurate and highly recommended. I'd also pay if necessary, though the price will be much lower than the price.

Hello

Who knows if and where you can download the file for viewing and navigation based on unlocked?

Do you have mobile reception along the way?

Thank you

I have a few different files gpx/kml of the track. I could not find anywhere a definition of, and I'm not sure one exists.

You are welcome to use the collected files fromhere. I also plan to create language files for oplein, bcnav, orux maps, and probably use the map fromthe Swiss website (and possibly from another source). I'll try to do it soon so that the liotzas for the next few weeks will be a platform to use.

You can download my tape from 2013:

In the format corresponding to the navigation software to which you are accustomed.

Note that there were some deviations from the official record, time to reach the port for one company and time to work on a rainy day in the bar.

About cellular reception, to name a few, and you cannot rely on it and therefore it is better to download maps oplein.

That's the answer I got about the weather
Not sure it helps a lot.
Hello,
Thanks for your answer.
At this time, there is still snow up to the mountain.
The most of huts are the opening next week, the best thing to do is to call the concerning huts for the haute-route and ask them directly the question.
It's difficult for us to give you some information about the situation in some weeks.

We stay at your disposal for any further information.

Best regard.

Ever since I read some story (don't remember who) to exit right on my (early walk in 5/7) and the amount of snow they have experienced, I became worried anymore.
It is clear to me that even a month (actually less). The question is just how much

We decided today to join the Israeli occupying power this summer the WHR.cool

There are already flights (easyJet for the price floor surprised ) and 13 days to hike two weeks of September.

Because of the relatively short time built a program that connects light/short/low days based on public transport.

My concern is that it allegedly saves us, it never leaves us easy way for days.

On the other hand, as you can see, there is at the end of the program between two to three days in the upper and delays.

Day 0:00 p.m. landing at Geneva and moved to Chamonix

Day 1: walk from Chamonix Le Tour through Lac Blanc (maybe with cable car/bus as needed)

Day 2: the Col de Balme-cable and from there walk to the Arpette Champex Fenetre way d

Day 3: descent to Orsieres, Le Chable, and from there walk to the Mont Fort Cabane

Day 4: Cabane de Prafleuri-(some variation more than recommended?)

Day 5: hiking to Arolla

Day 6: La Sage and walk to Cabane de Moiry (is it better Variant that runs on Col de Torrent?)

Day 7: walking to Zinal

Day 8: Gruben-Forcletta road

Day 9: walking to St. Niklaus

Day 10: Gasenried-bus and walk to Europahutte

Day 11: walk to Zermatt

Day 12: backup

Day 13: backup (and evening train from Zermatt to Geneva)

As mentioned above, there are two extra days, when another day in comes the possibility to go directly from St. Niklaus-Zermatt and the Europaweg.

The most likely scenario is that we felt like a relaxing day in some particularly nice town, and it comes at the expense of day 12 and 13 to spend and rehydrate in Zermatt in order not to return to Earth as cavemen.

I would love comments, is this ridiculous, long days, particularly difficult, as well as reference to various variants noted days 4 and 6.

Are we losing the special foot for whom worth to split one day 2, 3 or 6, on one account from the rhapsodic program?

In addition, all links in the message map of the trail-broken. Someone else knows can fix it please, or upload the files? Thank you.

Day 2-can be long and difficult, especially if you decide to go through the Ref's Les wariint recommended Between.

After that await the mountains known for its hardness, Arpette Fenetre. Take that into account.

My impression that a substantial portion of the people doing the Col de Balme-cable car and think you lose something unusual about it.

Day 3-lose kind of walk along the populous Valley. But you don't atarns so I see no reason to insist on this.

Day 4-I went through and wariint Col from Termin station I enjoyed, but I was in the minority. It is also not difficult. Anyway.

Compare with the main.

5. recommends the Hotel Les Ecureuils areola.

Day 6-Cabane de Moiry went through but in the shorter wariint. It was OK, but again I have no way to compare.

I also like the path went in the first half of September. The days were very comfortable-perfect weather.

The night however may because cold and the temperature can drop below zero.

As for places to sleep was a special issue except Mont Fort Cabane Cabane de Prafleuri and

I think should be booked in advance. Both were full (I had a backup of my tent, I don't know about you).

A great experience awaits you.

Bon voyage!

I also started thinking about the first two weeks of September, but I don't have any specific plans. I take your plan (a) as a baseline.
I think about making the path with a tent and sleeping equipment. I wonder where that puts me in the scheme-Lite (if I'm carrying more equipment into orbit has cabins and beds). But somehow I kind of feel like I want to sleep in a tent. Anyway, nothing close yet.

ORUX MAPS to download unlocked

Then download the map site this alps_west (I think from do the trick but haven't tried)

Load GPX file (abound on the Web, e.g. here)

From knowing with the Swiss trail (though I traveled the route) map remains the case and unlocked will do the job. Cellular is not needed to navigate the way f.

Already made their way from Trient-Le Tour as part of the TMB, hence the motivation with the cable car to the Col de Balme and go directly to Champex.

Prepare mentally for the long day.

Made me decide anew about skipping this day, inter alia because it put us two very bad days. Perhaps put it back as a light day for recovery.

I found here a list of interesting and successful millennia look: http://home.earthlink.net/~ellozy/haute-route/planning.html

Unfortunately most demand extra days, but one must adopt: down from Forclettapass to Turtmannhuette cabin and sleep there, instead Gruben.

The trails connect back and if it seems to extend us this morning too, we can descend from cable Jungen and gain that time back.

Hen you with a tent???

The TMB went longer or you first time in Chamonix Valley?

Until we answer only to treat oariant ה"רצוי DNA" La Sage. Because like everyone else, not the two options, I can testify only through Col de Torrent hoariant had fun (inter alia because it was pretty deserted). However I'm quite sure the trail is great! (Enough to look at the map to figure that out ...). So if you got a place at Cabane de Moiry (which is highly recommended, I got it!) go in the main oariant. If you're staying in the cabin above the dam, so it makes sense to go through Col de Torrent (also a successful cabin; but the Cabane de Moiry location-next to the glacier, it promises more and from what I heard also exists).

Noam, I understand you! How despicable and after I (!!!!!) sleeping in a tent all summer, I really find it hard to think of any track walk at the moment without tent ... ... ... ...scared

I can't really explain this round the Horseshoe (concerned) but it's clear to me that if I manage to get some sleep in the tent wasn't even thinking about the differently Trek!

It has too many advantages.

(PS it must pass after the first night in the tent next unsure Trek)
