Weather-master (but still small) in matters of weather I can confirm that September and especially the first half
Considered ideal for walking in the Alps. September much more dry in July and August (i.e. dropping less precipitation)
September cooler than July and August but not yet cold first half to the extent that it causes.

Tents-30% staying in tents like somebody wrote I think wild exaggeration about the TMB but it exists.

In fact, apart from sound rafiog de venhom outside had a respectable amount of tents (10-8) night they slept in tents which I haven't seen anywhere else.

Stari-great picture and illustrate. It's not a comparison that each one taken in June and July but is still awesome.

BTW, do you remember the exact date of July 2014? We were there on the 14th. Maybe we passed each other????

As sworn tents fan I can't imagine the experience my TMB.
The huddled masses in the tent when it's dark (with cocoa or hot soup), snuggle in the warm bag transmission complete darkness, chatting about the day (and Friday) to light the Lantern only, this pleasant sensation you get when you open the tent in the morning (even if out gray)-for me all these do. I definitely take another pound or two on his back for an experience that is indispensable to me.

The guy asked – only 3 technical problem with spaces in terms of campsites.
In the past saying it right cabin (according to the number of third day friendly)-camping is forbidden by technical cabin, but often said in Internet the impressive camping cabin near if booked in cabin is overbooked. We try our luck and see what they say.
Free Wi-town (according to the book of fourth day friendly) way to do it, who're really important and to have at least two campsites. We allow ourselves a hotel today to save your're.
In the past the cabin and Chalet Elena Monti (textbook of fifth day friendly)-forbidden to camp near the huts. We decided not to risk the time anywhere in the chalets.

In all cases pirate camping, but we decided not (unless the terrain dictates otherwise.) But three of those specific points you can find Campings and all the savings goes a lot! We plan to get us as 550 euros per person.

If the snow level will not give year issues an updated report about the amount of tents when we return.

With the question of accommodation:

CAF's cabin in contmin -the story of amber recommendation with reservation, added later (but it's already too long ago ...).

Does anyone sleep there (say within the last two years) and can give recommendation or dis-recommendation for accommodation?

Thanks,

Ora

Hi Laura,

I generally prefer not to give advice (about the character). This time I decided to reply to your question.

I walked the track two years ago. The first day was the hardest for me, perhaps because until you are not there you don't really understand what this is about.

The body of matter after the VOSA voice, charming suspension bridge and the heavy sound TRICOT and SILK FABRICS and not lasting depreciation to rafiog from Liege

I decided despite the early hour to stay overnight in rafiog from Liege. -By location and River opposite the snowcapped MONT MIAGE.

Very nice staff and good food. Free hot water. But it's a little cramped dormitori good preparation.

It is true that stopping the miase invites the next day longer but I'm not sorry. Very much enjoyed. Recommend.

Ehud

Thanks for the reply and for the recommendation of Liege, Ehud.

It was our original idea but soon took me (and rightly so) from the tree.

In such planning, the second day we get too long, and unfortunately we have no spare to add day Trek.

Try to check on contmin.

Hi Laura,
I checked other sites by 2015 recommendations and actually were, so I decided to gamble.
At worst, there's an interesting story to tell:)

If my memory works you want to spend as much in private rooms. After the trauma of one night in dorm I supporter of this approach.

According to the French directory in no CAF private rooms. What I did was what I do very travelers.

Note: this may/might change your plan but also saves you time and maybe a day with good planning.

Start the day at the BELLEVUE cable car ascent from LES HOUCEHS that takes you to the top of COL DE VOZA. Cost 12-11 Euro.

It saves hours and steep in the beginning.

Come to CONTAMINE (the main route and high) while you can keep moving, probably during June and July.

A contmin takes about two hours to REFUGE LA BALME where private rooms. Hot water unlimited name like everywhere in private rooms.

On the second day there is no problem to reach the main CHAPIEUX (5 hours) or take the high variation "and return" at the end of the day (hour).

In some small CHAPIEUX family LES CHAMRES DU SOLEIL where only private rooms. The owner and chef, very friendly.

Great food, unlimited and homely atmosphere. Before dinner, sit in the living room with other travellers. Dinner is served around a large table.

Edit. Be sure to sit in the large dining room (dining room). Excellent breakfast will give you the road packed lunch that I couldn't finish.

By the end of the day. In the morning the landlord will give you his car 2.5 km to VILLE DE GLACIER (it's not just 3 houses, VILLE there but that glaciers).

At (I was sleeping alone in room) cost me € 92 including packaged meal. Contact information for the link I gave above.

Small enhancement proposal (not slept in question)

Instead of packaged meal there's a small container. Buy her baguettes and vegetables but no way. (Selection.)

Then take the free will de glaciar martial here will seem. As jankel said there is a real village.

But what is there that makes dairy cheese in the traditional method (i.e. copper giant pot containing heated coals milk)

The cheese don't buy at the grocery store buying a dairy (prices so funny refused to take surplus reaching us that IX)

There were 3-2 types (bought it of course understanding explanations in French. we think that it is the same only different aging periods cheese)

The local cheese called Beaufort alpage d and I think this baberit Beaufort cheese.

Right tributary. A great cheese and the VILLE. You can buy the day before too.

If you're a high variation. It would take a little time this morning maybe missing.

If nice weather wasn't descending to MOTET CHAPIEUX but to LA via the COL DE variation FOUR one sections for hippies.
In which case I would of course stay at Elizabeth and CAHPIEUX

There is no contradiction. From bonhom you can climb the highest variation and then "return" from the bottom of the descent to CHAPIEUX. This adds one hour only.

In private rooms MOTTETS nothing, certainly not in CHAPIEUX.  And choice.

The plan is to sleep in bonhom the other night where I couldn't get a double room, but also has small dorms (4-6 beds).

On the third night we sleep in kaven kumbal dialog, where we booked a double room.

Hope we can walk through the high variant and already open on June 27. Max close triangle way puke.

Now, is there any way to get back the first part of the trip in a blender and go as far as this offers the first two nights.

Here I put at stake the wanting to sleep in a private room in front of the story my fantasy and I'm doing all the leg rotation without any on.

Need more to stew on this a little.

Thanks for all tips! Really!!

Ora

Not sure it's worth mixer (or in a blender) all in first just because a
We slept in the camp of her contmin. Was reasonable. Lovely surroundings, very cute sports park. No bedrooms are amazing (Note This adds half an hour walk per day).

Cost (the first day) to BALME is not an easy task, even if you start the day in a cable car to VOSA (we did it and we had a very long day until contmin). Very thloach fit.

We met quite a few people there at the CAF. I haven't heard any complaints. People said it was very nice.

Kombl is an excellent choice. Lovely and delicious food

New question (I think):

How everything is closed on Sundays? Enjoy shopping on Sunday (map, food-and the beginning of the track) and in the first kiormior him (especially food-we stop there). Did you find open bakeries and supermarkets on Sundays?

In both places all open on Sundays and achrs market on Sundays.

A pretty big market in Mont komior is smaller. I understand you're going with Greece.

Going against Greece — mainstream people we In Monday's La Mont fleger (gondola) and on the last day of school, to get five days kormior and rest it on the Sabbath (religionists).

Then have five days except for some pressure to get back to La fleger.

And everything happens at the end of July through Thursday.

I didn't start this route downturn hard Friday to PALUD risk to end up on the welcome on the first day mainly for someone not tstorgel.
Too bad.
I would start from LES HOUCHES and walks calmly to Courmayeur.
By the way see you need to carry on your back kosher food for several days and that means a lot of cooking. It is hard and difficult.
Search online sites are given a list of stores that sell kosher in France, Italy and Switzerland, you can find the largest towns in the path of these Prelim stores.
