Hello everyone,

I want to do the TMB in early July (first half of the month). I am only looking for partners who have not yet ordered tickets. Would love to hear from people's nsivenim with my "profile"

I 40, I did some serious trekking, but since it's been a few years and I'm a little afraid that 11 days of ups and downs with the weight on your back will be suffering. I'm in good shape and is currently practicing for the Trek, but I'm not looking for a beret quest.

1. is there a recommendation to mkapizzot station equipment companies, so you won't need to carry nothing but a small day bag I guess if I take shots service, I need to pre-order the entire bikatot to tell them where to jump. Does anyone use this service and how was it?

2. inviting companies and bikatot for jumps SN. recommendation for a company called Cairns, is quality cabins available and they justify the price? Are recommended to use the service?

3. I tend to do the entire route, but if you decide to shorten for 7 days plus or minus-the best thing to do in the circle? What can I give?

Thanks in advance for your help!

ESTI.

Hi janaki
A year ago I was in exactly your situation (only 50). With the same fears and them. Eventually made the Trek, I enjoyed and I highly recommend.
The most important advice I can give you is to practice before. You have two months, is enough. Some running, some walks a lot of stairs and get in shape for you to enjoy.
Regarding your questions:
1. mkapizzot bags doing it that are forest road. That means not all the cabins which means that some sections have already taken a couple of days, and already there's a big difference between a case of old for three days Trek. It also requires prior reservation of all. If some tcetmtzmi what you take out with easy. After a couple of days to feel him.
2. book your cabins is very easy, coming in here and http://www.autourdumontb...-huts-accomodation.html. Usually no very big and the huts invite you girlfriend will identify you. But if it relaxes you and downloads-level concerns.
3. I think 7 days is just kormior back to 37/Chamonix-classic.
Have fun

Conventional program 11 days this is a short and intensive days. Reasonable fitness doubt because you'd most enjoy ready (for my taste). Anyway, there is no room for fear.

Using a cross-capzzot some of the comments about the concatenation and ttchnesi equipment for easy day bag. It's a waste of money and hassle.

You go in alone and early-season take these facts in your favor. I think it would be enough to buy 2-3 nights, already roll and depending on the situation on the ground.

Have fun!

Hi Abdullah,

ה"פרופיל" reminds me. .. Me a few years ago when I went to the TMB. I was 40 and early experience longer treks (not and). Although not trained specifically for Trek, arrived in good shape (I wish me ...). I went alone and used transportation services. My backpack (with water) weight over 12 kg-that's the m-o-n! (Today I'm taking similar routes with 7-8 kg).

Had these doubts/concerns-island and me.

As dawn wrote, assuming you are in good shape, 11 days give you experience and stressed. I had many days easier/shorter. Basically the first day I had some (but very few); Mostly I was a little shocked because a J?ger Chalet du Miage — it was a long and steep top seemed "unreasonable". After the first day I used.

Often take the easy, any variant of insecurity especially in retrospect, wasn't it necessary but it gave me the confidence I needed him.

I wouldn't give up on the entire runway walk because of concerns (unless you think after a few days you get tired). On the contrary, in my experience I've learned that the first two days are more difficult; The body takes some getting used to. 8th day you "eat" for "without". If you have the time, I recommend you to try to go the whole path. At most, if you decide you've had enough, you can always quit. It's not hard to track the remote out-you can do it easily.

If you need strengthening, encouragement, you can contact us on the details, we can talk on the phone.

Good luck!!!

Heard and wanted to do but it never made it out of group considerations.

The big problem with the Orny type is that they do not part of the TMB but taking side trails.

Who is willing to dedicate this day + is more worth then that provided the Cabane du Trient continues to she the real experiential level, glacial landscape

If you decide to do, please report back here on the Forum

Hello

We are a group of 4, medium-well with previous experience in long treks, mtchkant begin the Trek from Les Houches in late August. We were undecided about how to divide the first days until free Wi:

First option.

Day 1: morning landing in around 10 (El-Al flight), and started walking the other day (for the time) drive to Palud, the cable car to the col de vosa and walk until miage.

Day 2: from col de miage-bonhomme.

Day 3: from col de bonhomme to elisabetta

Day 4: free Wi-elisabetta

A second option.

Day 1: as in the first option.

Day 2: la balme miage

Day 3: la balme to mottets

Day 4: free Wi-mottets

A planning day) is the first is unlikely (considering starting to go around 1:00 p.m. and use cable)? How difficult and descending from col de tricot and silk fabrics? Should consider continuing to chalets du truc that day?

What option) balances between? Basically we tend to choose the first option, but some fear the day walking from bonhomme-miage.

Thank you for the watch!

Time I believe it would be possible. I guess the weather is it ultimately determined.

Hey JacobK
Apologize. To me two options.
Both the first day. You still need to do some shopping, catch a ride (assuming you Magentic.) to get the cable etc. To enter track in 1: it's not a good recipe.
Very close to truc miage. Need to find out about living conditions. Not sure there's food.
In the first option the second day is crazy. From miage until Bonham one day (and in the beginning of the Trek) a very long day.
If you don't have a choice and I have to choose the second option, then a little better. Is a little more balanced, day long but there are "signs" in the form of buses in the valley below. Elisabetta can.
Suggest you consider to do on the first day of the lower oariant

Thanks Oded,

About the first day.

I have read in various places that the walk from the top station to Miage takes about 3-4 hours (of course depending on the shape, etc.). On the surface, if you really start to go at 1:00 it should be explained?  The main concern is that you are pointing to is that there is a good chance you won't really be able to start walking at 1 p.m. or walk until she actually Miage is longer than I thought?

About the second day.

"By the book" the second is from Les contamines to Les Chapieux. My logic was that I actually "cut" about 2 hours of walking at the end of the day (stops at refuge col de bonhomme), replacing them with walking about in the beginning of the day (from Les contamines Miage until). What am I missing? Is the second "by the book" is actually pretty crazy day?

Would you recommend in the first day, then go in the low oariant to les contamines, thus becoming the second day "to" sane? Distance/time. most?

Thanks again

JACOBK

It all depends mainly on physical fitness.

My Division (64) was the first day I went in and from there:

1. until the main route LA BALME.

2. LES CHAPIEUX to the variation.

3. morning bouncing by the hostel owner to VILLE DES GLACIER and then to kormior (high line).

The only thing that was tough for knees that last drop kormior that takes about an hour and a half. Nothing to do with the length

Of today but to steeply decline. This reduction for the cable car or waiting at the upper area if the cable

Doesn't work. On the third day I walked nine hours including breaks.

First option.

Day 1: morning landing in around 10 (El-Al flight), and started walking the other day (for the time) drive to Palud, the cable car to the col de vosa and walk until miage. -----Nervous. If you think until rafiog well, no TRUC-hot water (2015) it to the other day asked.

Day 2: from col de bonhomme-miage.---------hard.

Day 3: from col de elisabetta-bonhomme-not through CHAPIUX but in the highest variation

Day 4: free Wi-elisabetta

A second option.

Day 1: as in the first option.

Day 2: la balme miage

Day 3: la balme to mottets. go high and CHAPIUX variation

Day 4: free Wi-mottets---day is very difficult unless you Elisabetta Valley to Courmayeur

As יענקל'ה wrote-it all depends on your fitness
The problem is you don't know exactly what your fitness relative to the difficulty of the trail.
It sounds optimistic to start the walk at 1300 and optimistic 3-4 hours to miage. There is a good chance that everything will work and will be fine. There is little chance you won't. Take flashlights.
By the second day is a hard day. Most people stop at bonham, few continue from there. Again impossible but (very)
I think all this stress and the first tear-unhealthy.
In my opinion, if you cannot add a better day to download something.

I came to Milan Malpensa airport at 11.00

From mlpensa to the main train station in Milan every 10 minutes bus ride takes about an hour. I took taxi {17 euros) up from the train station to the bus station lampugnano

That leaves the bus, taxi ride took about 20 minutes and so I couldn't go out with 1:00 bus.

Good luck

Hello

Thanks a lot for everything written here helpful and does desire.

40. plus Minos (celebrates 40 trekkers:-)), flying in July for eight days TREK Chamonix Mont-Blanc to move to Switzerland in (ferret area).

A few questions:

1. we go in the morning and arrive in Chamonix and next start Trek have purchases should leave Chamonix Mont-Blanc-easy Map- Something else?

2. we of course cabins including dinner and breakfast, do I need to bring some food with us or to make sure you get some points on the way or we spontaneously and cabins.

3. last night we sleep at the alpage de la peule gite and want to back away for free Wi, where to go (La fouly/ferret/la peule)? Where can I find? How long is the trip?

4. from the Chamonix free Wi we are undecided between cable bus, what should Are there hours are limited for each of them? (Read not sure true bus twice a day), we get for free Wi on 11 a.m. our evaluation.

5. get to Chamonix on Wednesday afternoon, and majestic flight ahch Friday morning, should stay in Chamonix Mont-Blanc? Pass. Another idea? Ideas for what to do in Chamonix Mont-Blanc area except lanoach?

6. buy the equipment we need, any recommendation or insight to buy, what to pay attention to, where to buy in the North, etc?

Thanks a lot!

Good luck.

1. map, directory. Book from here Guide (French) and will come in two weeks or so.

2. I took dates (2-3 per day made me). Some places provide a packed lunch. As Noah is eat in huts.

3. you're staying somewhere very easy to return to kormior. As Noah back to ARNUVA. kormior. About half an hour away by bus to kormior.

(Can go up to LA FOULY and then traveling in three buses to AOSTA kormior way it completely unnecessary torture).

4. kormior to Chamonix by cable car (combination of 3 cable cars). Running from 8 am until the end of the day in terms of weather.

In the two to three cable depending on your choice for the tourist stops along the way. Clear about the weather in the cable car station in the remote kormior 4-3 km from the town centre.

5. trust

8 days is a reasonable design only if you start to go in the Chamonix region (LE or LE BEREVENT FLEGERE).

Sister dress up ARNUVA finished 4 days + 3.5 hours in the morning to the cabin where you want to stay.
