Hi there,

I did a test on nutritional values of all kinds of flavors and slightly less interesting points and I came. I would like to receive the arotchm them (if available).

1. better bread wheat cracker and contains more proteins, fats, and sodium and carbs and I think can also survive longer.
2. I've seen references to take on rice, couscous, although rice is nutritionally better for couscous. Why
3. someone took for cereal? 85%-not bad carbohydrates + excellent cost/benefit ratio.
4. it seems better than any dairy snack for fats and carbohydrates.
5. dried fruit also cost all of my favorite snack snack during the day (nutritionally).
6. There seems to be no practical way for the traveler to fill out the calcium, without the bullets. (Cheese-mayonnaise-enough).

Until here.

1. Only less filling and a few days later tired of him. Recommendation-. Segments with frequent purchase bread/PITA, cracker bits.
2. I don't know who ' recommend ' but maybe because couscous need less effort, less water and less fuel consumption.
However, all this is relevant when you're not prepared hot dishes, all of which consume roughly the same amount of water.
3. I like to take cereals + milk powder. No powdered milk-impossible trip.
4. Paste, irritating and value diversity-the variety enough, just don't eat enough (until terrible hunger very hungry).
5. ע"ע GORP.
6. the problem and the solution is either bullets or try to consume dairy products as possible, especially the weekly rest day (generally, it is recommended to rest one day a week). When you get in town/settlement-chocolate, cheese, etc., do.

Once, someone named Dick van Gorp (really!) asked a question the Gear Guy for Outside Magazine. In response, the same Gear Guy asked him if he had a family connection to Regina von pauerbar.

Nice power.

They say that Good Old GORP: Raisins and Peanuts.

  • The milk must be specified for those who like it. Of course, after a month I'm tired and need variety.
  • Dried fruit is excellent.

Both things (Couscous, soup powder bags, canned) plant near the water, but need to ensure proper packaging.

Calcium: gotta take into account you can buy cheese and fresh dairy and cheese all the way in the North and Center. South: Arad fill calcium batteries. At midreshet Ben Gurion, a sapphire, and golf. I don't think there's a problem with that,

  • Calcium pills? Unnecessary in my opinion.

1. bread more than pleases. Max took a single deck.

2. I also recommend couscous over rice. Faster to prepare, which means less time working and the gas burner. Not dirty like pot rice that sticks if you can't make it good, you can mix almost anything with nuts, kbanos, sugar, fried onions. And all within 5-10 minutes.

3. don't take corn flakes, don't know what to say, so shut up about this issue.

4. milk is good. You can also mix Tahini with honey and homemade dairy. something to lick your fingers.

5. dried fruit is great, don't forget nuts, nuts is one of the best things you can pamper yourself.

6. we had where we filled with cheese or even white. Because we didn't want to take chances and be sure that we get to the end without surprises and fragments, made up the gaps with calcium.

About calcium in addition to milk, Sesame and almonds (248 mg/100 g), bean, soybean, and sunflower seeds, for example, there is a high amount.

So that a well-done gorp can contain in addition to energy considerable amounts of vitamins and calcium.

In General, better to diversify as much as possible.

In the North there is no problem to buy nearly every day and therefore allow every morning or evening to eat cream cheese from spoiling and to obtain calcium. To Arad.

We found that say cookies as big of calcium-barn, dinosaurs and Goldilocks and the three bears, and tasting with calcium too.

Hard cheese or grilled cheese can hold also.

Plus we ate couscous, mashed, very easy to prepare, delicious and you can add anything.

I must say I really disagree about calcium

People, you have to understand that milk and cheese and especially chocolate and Danny are not sources for calcium!

It comes as it comes in the fact that you think these products are healthy and filling the body with calcium is a result of pimpos of our brains media milk it! we are not to foreclose on it for most of the population has some kind of an allergic reaction to the milk.

If you are looking for I think calcium tahini and almond milk (soy milk for fanatics among us) do a great job.

But soy milk.

And one gram of calcium is on:

-400 g of almonds
-235 g tahini
-125 g yellow cheese (swiss)
19 slices of whole wheat bread (50 g slice)

Probably only source for calcium clashing and needed to diversify.

100 g almonds + 50 g tahini bread cheese slice + full.

Calcium from vegetable sources (grinding, nuts, Sesame)-there is only one problem is significantly less absorbed than calcium from dairy products. Rich in calcium tahini just however tahini (not salad) made from Sesame full — including the skins. And, how can I eat sesame nuclear?

Nutritional recommendation to consume 1000 mg calcium per day (!) Women and 800 ml. "Fill" databases once a week doesn't count because the body just doesn't work that way. Need supplies. I can recommend pills formula of calcium citrate-simply because it is absorbed.
