As part of the preparation for boyfriend and leave Israel for two days in orbit. The track is out from forsaking settlement (Beit Shemesh train station) and then walk along the River towards bar-Giora bar Giora join in the Israel National Trail (INT) until ein chandc and settled in for the night (although I didn't see a parking lot marking map, we recommend accommodation in Goch Commission dossier to Israel).

On the second day, with Israel heading north towards Aleppo via steff, actually continue with Israel until Latrun junction (with different abbreviations along the path).

Drawn map in order to be clear.

What is your opinion? Put in 2 days (we're in pretty good shape, but also want to enjoy the road)? Not traveled in the region (Eastern)-the second day I get about 25 km, it's * much *. Maybe you have ideas on to day 2?

Some in the area not to Miss

Thanks so much for your help

Ein chandc no problem for the LON. If you have more power and time on the first day, you can continue with Israel until the parking lot on Highway 395, at Steph as you can stay there (and not just the cars should not interfere).

If you want to, you can just finish the guy instead of Latrun (2-3 miles less in my opinion).

Some points of the track (who 're interested):
1. Cave Creek a beautiful route. Unusual lifts, you should go after the rain. Skating rocks!
2. a rock way to begin-Park.
3. durable Refaim near Kennedy, seem to not fall even harder.
4. the garage below-"Yad Kennedy"-excellent accommodation for the overnight and has nice orgasm in ein chandc.
5. tap have Sapphire right at the entrance to the settlement. The subject must tap for drinking water in the middle of the cool water. Recommended.
6. the increase in Stef-hard!
7. the tzuba area. Someone with a map, it's not a problem for those who do not may be confusing.

Overall, it was amazing. No tracks, my feet are sore as hell. Nmrdxt 39515.9615509259

Oh, and one more thing-if you intend to stay in the area near Kennedy, don't miss the sunset from the hand-just stunning:

As our article: "three ups and one decline.

Down often harder than getting. See tips to decrease available.

I don't think I agree. More about exhausting descent (and therefore harder in my opinion), less body-friendly.

Where do I find Ma's advice to drop (I searched and couldn't find)?

The increase is much more fun you can feel your body and all.

Down your legs free and it just kind of these fucking body and long descents sometime starting not to feel them.
