I installs and need recommendation in the Israel National Trail (INT) section. It is a two days traveling with equipment on their backs (two nights). Want a trip that combines (pools, springs). A challenging difficulty level (all in good shape). Another issue that we're without a car to start and end points need to be in the region of buses. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear

The first jump is Amud stream.
You can start in Gush Halav (Jish) to descend to Nahal Gush Halav (don't miss the bichn and old foliage!!) until the rendezvous with dishon stream and the Israel National Trail. From there get to mount Meron and off to stream on many aiinotav and blessings you can end in SaFED. Kadarim (continue on the road that divides the upper Amud stream-bottom), or hanging up.

Another option is the spring axis near Jerusalem away pull southward as you can (you can start at the gate and finished in Ramat Beit Shemesh) Chillum39570.0597222222

Thanks for the comment. The Meron River Meron way to upper Amud stream bottom to the Lake on the first trip. Was really great.

The timeline in the Jerusalem area is a good option. Is there something in the South?

You can try this route-> http://www.hike.co.il/fo..._posts.asp?TID=3721&PN=3

Train to Beit Shemesh-> taxi to the runway-> River Bar-Giora-settlement > immigrants on Israel and Yad Kennedy area (parking lot near Yad Kennedy, can't remember his name)-> continue on Israel (including the axis)-> after cutting through eye Rapa tsuba to Abu Ghosh-> from the taxi to the Castle area (if already open) and at the next buses to almost everywhere. Total-37 km.

I did this 2 months ago and it was great.
