As one who lives in the Golan 32. I did some years ago a route marked on the map before marked trail, and it ל"עמותת, but they're not tourist Golan got too bad.

Whoever designed the Golan "gone" in the eastern area, at least in my opinion (as well as the Israel National Trail). mainly was water and some scenery, history, and current track of Golan rather skip that section is mostly on the Western side (the streams and springs that go down to the sea of Galilee)

The route I have planned:

Nimrod Plexus start because more North than a special permission (correct me if I'm wrong) decreased with the recreation red goes South (under Tel faher. expect Golani) to the northeast corner of Kibbutz Shamir, (water point near the gate) towards the path of her irdenon., until the road above Kibbutz gonen, walking on the road toward protective until left (half a kilometer) Beyond blue eye for "in the mood" (map appears as protective eye but the locals call him because I don't want to desire eye out ...), visible, half thont, drbshia hamdel stream, ein Tina, River, officers think of the jungle, to expect the banks or bnot Ya'akov bridge (if you are going over the Jordan). It is recommended that you devote to this part (protective bnot Ya'akov bridge) and not to give up on the eye and desire.

Walk along the mountain until Jordan's Gesher, or bridge aunts village President (winter Note If you can cross that sometimes the water passing over the bridge) rising towards the Golan Heights (East Bank of Jordan) and connect with the trail, red Hexagon, Hexagon, until the pool back to and Evergreen for the node. Here you can finish or continue South to the sea.

Through the Mag comes up Gamla junction and are starting to go up towards destruction, wing, wing Aziz (nice pool on the row) and Syrian bridge (route diversion Canal) – one of the most amazing places I know, do not miss the small pools below the bridge.  Keep Umm Al kanter (Rehavam arcs), watercress, and document-ELAL highway. demolitions of Judah (and cinnamon restaurant) expect Ophir, Bir ashgum (Bnei Yehuda), descent to ein GeV beam and back for twists to Khirbet hippos (you can also reach underneath the bus and pleasures hippos without down and up) connecting toward Kibbutz Kfar Haruv, expecting peace, walk along the cliff to Mevo Hama, Mt nimron (from mountain paragliding bounce toward the Kineret) ein Taufik Virach, eye (eye on the map) the flying the Turks, and in the sea.

I did it in four and a half days (pretty fast) we recommend between 5-7 days

Places to stay:

I irdinon Mir, Mur, junction area, um Al-kanter expect Ofir, peace, Kinneret

Water (drinking)

Qal'at Nimrod, Banias, Shamir, gonen, banks, Jewish junction, um Al kanter, Ofir, peace, on

Scenic spots:

Banyas, the geyser, irdinon, crows, eye, eye, drbshia, Tina, ג'ילבון, think, Hexagon pool, Jacuzzi pool, Aziz, "the goat bridge" Syrian nationality to kanter, the document streams-ELAL, below the Observatory, ein Taufik virach eye, and of course at the end of the Lake.

Communities (Zimmer + tztidot food)

Shamir, gonen, Gamla, Kanaf, Bnei Yehuda, Givat Yoav, Kfar Haruv, Mevo Hama, and online.

Safety last!

Most of the trail runs on the slopes of the Golan that is mined area brovo- do not cross any barrier in their way, but go only on trails (mainly ג'ילבון area, banks, and hippos – but also in other areas)

A pleasant walk, have fun.

Sounds great!!

I'm about a week to make the Bill Madden to Israel eight days in Jordan with another adult and two children: 9, 12

Would you recommend me to change lanes? Considering the weather.

How many miles the route you're describing?

The weather is similar in both regions. Don't know exactly how many miles the alternate route in the Golan Heights, but it's something about 110 km.

The Golan do other occasions

I'd love to hear expert advice also regarding accommodation:

If sleeping in a tent with mattresses thin, trip

Can I skip that and replace it with a duvet blanket/contains only?

I'm talking about is in July in the northern part of the path.

And another thing: cooking: tips, "recipes" winners are welcome,

Thank you.
