Hello guys. I have a few questions I would be happy if you can answer some of them (or all:)
I plan to go to the baths for a group. I have a few questions since it was the first time I traveled alone and I have so not touring experience:
1) is there any Center or you can use it to plan your trip includes places to stay?
2) is there any map with marked locations allowed to sleep
3) is there any way to know along the way from Tiberias to Dan?
4) do I need special equipment such as ropes or something similar?
5) is there a map that shows where there are places to be filled.
Bothers me to sleep because I want to walk a lot every day and I don't know where exactly I done every day, and I can't sleep on the ground where you want only campgrounds.

I should plan in advance where to sleep every night?

Thanks in advance guys.

1. the answers to questions you find here, in this section or centre. All the information is focused, browse and read.

2. map, how do you even want to sleep? Tent or Angels?

3. the route-David. Not always along gives an indication of the duration of the walk, depending on your pace.

4 no ropes and omegas.

5. water looking for information here, read the Declaration, read all the data that people bring here, ask questions, and most importantly, you should not rely on the information. Take plenty of water, not less than 2 liters, planning water and settlements.

I'm not sure the last sentence, you will want to go and experience a lot, it's not going like that, we say-inexperienced to go a lot, nice and kind and see how you go. What's your gym? Which shoes? Is big foot shoe? Some carry weight in a backpack? All these questions will give you an idea, the average should not exceed 20 per day and for you as you go north, waiting for all the Nice and hard as marble, Amud, Miron.

No training before you, period.

Is back, no problems in principle accommodation, Amud, shouldn't every teacher is selected, made 18 miles account on day one and day two or three miles and this plan.

Remember that there are angels for

Read General material on site of Tal Shahar, Wikipedia and especially here.

Ma first thanks for the comment.
I plan to sleep on the ground without a tent with sleeping bag.

I have a great fitness because I practice a lot, but this kind of travel I didn't (I only did a few hours hiking with friends). About the shoes I'm good with good mountain shoes used them already.

I am sorry as Forum advice and read about accommodation. I planned to take at least 4.5 liter of water with me, and you say it will do.

I will bother you if my questions:) nopssot

Don't forget a good mattress.

About-the gym for several hours with the company shall walk with 15 kg on top of Rocky Mountain for 10 hours a week.

Most important-a shoe size from the standard one that a wider, nothing happens by walking for a few hours with the company.

Dan Dan.

Put double socks. Start slow and finish fast. Take your time and have fun.

From my experience-6-7 liters per day on hot days. Start early in the morning with the sunrise. Determined intervals measured: imagine all the hour-15 minutes stopping drinking and relaxing.

A pleasant walk. And remember: never leave the ground. Point.

What I did-I slept in a tent everywhere (not reserves). Every day at 17 (18 in my case) I would start looking for a good place so I had enough time to settle down and settle in.
Don't pull too far into darkness. You need at least an hour and a half to get ready, eat, drink, take care of feet etc.

1. try to contact the society for the protection of nature, if the number is not changed is 03-6388719. Occasional briefings. Ultimately I agree with most of the information available here.

2. it's closest topographic map. In the southern part there are the campgrounds. The northern portion has to be not to sleep the last reserves, incidentally are marked on the map.

3. big 100 km, not including fines.

4.

5. see section 2.
