Hello!
I'm currently in the army, I want to go in spring (around mid-late March-early April), sightseeing, from Friday until Friday-Saturday.
Until now I thought of two options, the Golan or go in the Israel National Trail (INT) from the North to the best I can do.
How can I do it from Israel? (Fit)
What you say is better? Other ideas?
Thank you.

The Golan Heights be beautiful this time of year, the amount of time it takes to do all of it between 5-7 days.

Depends on personal preference.

This is the most beautiful time. The Golan, Madden to the Lake, sea water and then continue on to Israel to Tabor or Nazareth until much of weekend programs on Israel.

As you've been told up to your preference. Check yourself on the weekends about your fitness with pod 12-13 kg.

About fitness, let's say I'm in the Mall and river level complete. But without a heavy backpack. However, I haven't done a serious trip with a heavy backpack, I check it out. :)

About the track, if I start Medan area. on time.
I probably want to do the full Israel couple years to "ruin".

Somehow I think the less interesting/challenging from what I read, most of the plateau, walk without a lot of attractions or places of interest en route.

"Nevertheless" out of time. Don't you go from this level, the canopy is a mall though. This is one of the famous schools in the Judean desert. My daughters did the same to me when I was in 5th grade or sixth grade without any problem. Also stream complete (short-long) great track.

A week-long trip in a row with a backpack on your back like a trip of two months shall be, prepare properly otherwise return home after the second day. Not here a week. Count on you, maybe if he goes to Jordan. Call as there is plenty of material here and also oikishbil. Have fun.

Exactly when are you going to go came in seven days at the foot of Mount Tabor in eight days and Mashhad.

Don't know what you're doing, but if you start practicing now, without exaggeration, of course, could be fit enough.

It's like he wrote the much-read yankele, prepare your itinerary (places to drink, accommodation locations, purchase order) and you will have no problem.

Personally, if I knew it all the time I have right now, I'd go on. This is how you do it in fun, happy that you've completed it, see if you can benefit from having a for ב"מכה Israel" that know what to be prepared. Up to a State of no flesh-i.e. not one starting and finishing and not start at all.

In the spring the Golan is beautiful and blooming and the water was flowing everywhere. I haven't done it yet, but everyone did it recommends that time be It is not too hard or steep increases are not part of it, except for the first day of Mount Hermon, and I was going for it.

Read about the Golan Heights here you find below additional sources out there.
