Hello
Name Blue Moon and I plan to start the March, Israel from the North to the South. I want to go most of the trail alone.

A few questions:
1. where do I have to worry about water atmanot
2. who can follow the atmanot for me (for free or for a fee)?
3. is there an address for information on places to buy food and sleep every day, and track (I'm not talking about hotels, restaurants and b & BS, but more like gas stations and campgrounds).

Thank you

Yuval.

Use the search engine, all the information is in the Forum, and a lot of information about angels and more here.

Hi Yuval

I suggest that first you buy all the maps needed for field trip!

Again in my experience level of planning "the House" is limited but do not pass it up!

Why I started these two sentences?

Because when I look at the map, you can get a better picture of the track, you can also use a number of declaration for that (with a grain of salt) in these sources is all the information you need, if you don't find the map ask matters here on the Forum and help with fun!

You are missing information about the trip as much distance you can/want to go and how much weight you can/want to carry the day on which to plan where to place the head and where to put the landfills, the approach was just I learned every day certain things and therefore adjusted the timeline "tomorrow"!

Regarding accommodation information and free landfills have "for Angel" I encourage you to enter "oikishbil" you will find there all the information you need — spend time ב"לדוג" all existing information on the Web to get a wider picture about the trip you are going to travel.

When I read what you wrote, I get the impression that you don't exactly know what it is for, offers you the Committee's briefing in Tel Aviv. Read my opening message in various forums Bah has pnierr.

I ask you: what about the gym? Training Gear

Three comments:

Take the number of Declaration and use it. No guarantee is limited, although it is certainly not most of Bible ... There are a few places that has problems, but still is a great source.

Didn't get any map. When I took a couple of times map (figuratively) rarely used. The whole secret is to be a Bigot to mark the trail. If you try harder to stay on the route you won't need a map. If you also have the ability so you even good orientation. A little book to help you shthet. What is $ 100 or a friend in front of more than 1000 NIS maps.

And lastly-try to take any information you can, including this forum. Most questions have been asked dozens of times and answered hundreds of times, so real no surprises.

A little extra-like experience. Do you have a day or two. Feel what it's like. I did this and it really helped.

If your past you glide in the army, but it's not the same. Experienced, read, be briefing even though it was probably harmless.

Note that "little big" where many spokesman here: go on the ground without map is not safe. Likely if learning the track ahead, map but it's very important that it is within reach.

Also Dani Gaspar going always with map.

Hello again,

So like this:
I have not a bad gym, I do a lot of cycling in the South (at least one per week on average 40 km). I started in the North, among other things, because I know it's going to help me build my fitness.
Besides I hike quite a bit, although I didn't get to sleep on the ground under disorganized for a long time. On average I think I do 20 miles a day.
I thought about the idea that the offer of two days before the trip. I'm going to implement it.

About maps-I've got a problem (even diagnosed) reading maps. I can unequivocally say that if I lost, I. It also won't help me not to get lost. I tried to deal with this problem quite a few times. Learn about a month ago for navigation will not be serious. Plus, I got to hear a lot of times the phrase "bought maps, but never got a chance to even look at them, so in my case, I'm sure it's a waste of money and the weight of the map. I know I'm going to have to "fanaticism" in the path, and of course I would go with the guide of declaration. (I.e. like the access will be fine-so I won't, and that's why I'm here).

Equipment-most of it already exists. I plan on a weekend to go and buy whatever exists. I went through the list and I oikishbil in Lebanon and yagil marked.

About step-thanks for the tip. Sign up for the briefing on the 23rd.

I actually read a lot on the trail: read the book through to Israel of Lebanon yagil (introduction, background, and training), read the manual of Declaration (reminding), and voyage of IL Halfon read (a great book, if you read I highly recommend). The problem is, I'm afraid I don't know apaachd I did the trail in its entirety, so I have no one to ask questions on foreign troops.

About-pod weight without water and food should not exceed 8 kg, without a tent.

About women fitness is good but you have to get your feet, ankles, knees and walk in requests with a backpack on my back. The various pressures and loads of bike riding.

Riding bikes don't get blisters on the soles of the feet, as far as I know, it should prevent and write in the Forum a lot about how to prevent and treat. Don't underestimate, most downloaded trail did so because of blisters.

And glmidi and soriel and etc. Everyone has bacteria that Bill and everyone here.

Audio: did the trail more than once and I can say that I can leave it without a map because I know it isn't bad.

A while ago I did a track day of plowed fields and dirt roads and no marks were, to say the least. If I hadn't prepared for this day, the reader, and taking the description was going the distance.

No need to carry a map but photocopies (both sides) of the sections. There are places that are difficult to make mistakes, but there are many

Places that can easily take a wrong road or a bad reference and find yourself wondering: now? Well usually go to the last sign you see in the field.

And again the right way. But sometimes it happens to you at the end of the day, before dark and unhelpful to search the map for when the water is almost over, and you don't know where to go.

Not come across like a dyslexia about reading maps so I don't know what to advise you.

If you're doing bike rides in the South then you must live in the area. Where exactly?

Looks like you know what you want, you can certainly do without maps, and if you "got it" with them then there's Alcatraz, I would suggest that you might get a map to the first day and see how you're doing with it and decide about the sequel, a solo walk experience has pretty much free time can "fill in" map, incidentally the fact you go alone you must be careful not to really get lost!!!

If you have further questions feel free even the little things!

Free tip -register "notes" in pencil in the book as water, food, lodging, phone number etc.

Hey

Feel free to ask me questions, I graduated to a week so my latest information

Most didn't take for the sheets maps prepared by Amtrak.

The link http://www.hike.co.il/posts/t64860% d7% 91% d7% a9% d7% a2% d7% 94% d7% 99% d7% 95% d7% 91% d7% 94% d7% 95% d7% 95% d7%, 9e,% d7% a6% d7% 9c% d7% 97% d7% aa--% d7% a4% d7%, 9e,% d7% 95% d7% aa

In conjunction with several of the pages I print 4 on yagil, duplex (total for all 8 pages page) I suggest you take it can do fine on the path until you start wandering around (I sometimes wandered around, sometimes lost (but in the end I found myself being here) sometimes phoned someone with maps to help me)

I recommend you not!! Take the number of deer, is not contributing any more information than the book through, except from that already specified in one of the forums here to light the bonfire night.

In fact, with the yagil can do it also with a way. Even if Amtrak's maps.

You must take care to water after Arad, in my opinion the need to plant or should exit the trail

1. Clay Creek

2. Tamar

3. Scorpions

4. between enterprises Oron-field I walked in one day, not too bad in my opinion.

5. River Ranch

6. gap highlights or go to a garage in Wells

(7. Ms. Conn-burying Itzik Maoz)

8. lightning Creek parking lot

9. near tsihor-tap

10. Black Canyon-worth checking out if your monitor caches where water, when I was ג'ריקן 20 litre

Again thank you for your consideration and answers. Good to see the willingness to help.
Two days ago I worked in Kibbutz SDE Boker in almost a year. I am at home.

Question:
Will always find places to sleep on the road? I want to be with people, although I'm sure everyone nice and with good intentions.

The answer is positive.

Go through the list for Angel oikishbil and choose what suits you. There are dozens of angels you can really choose to Arad. Field schools: 50 per night for accommodation only. Fawzi helped Nazareth great.

In many cases you are not staying at the people but in the room (kibbutzim and moshavim) they give you is not really their home. Go through the list, it should be sleeping on the grass outside, with or without a tent and more.

And wipe you sleep a lot out in the garage tonight. Don't know what it's like to sleep alone I went out with a partner, but you're not the first person to want to go alone.

You can sleep almost anywhere you wish you a tree going to sleep!

Forbidden by the reserves to be at night but since you take with you from here won't know where the park boundary or the whereabouts of the night! To spare you the surprise in the field can only tell you that the fine is $ 330 for the first time then it just tiracha a little, not to transfer the equipment from the reserve in the middle of the night!
