Hello to everyone

My name is rich and I'm interested in in the Israel National Trail (INT) and want to begin to explore the brzipot problem I don't do this for two reasons.

1) work.

2) I need to for a kidney transplant.

I want to start making the first section of the trail, I think I will start with the company the day after Passover.

The trip will be approximately between day for three days. I aspire to travel in a row if there are no changes to the health care benefits.

I live in coincidence and I want to start at the first North.

My main problem is I have to drink a lot.

I wanted to know how can I solve this problem? Where can I buy lots of water along the route?

Thanks for the help and peace

First to be healthy.

I don't know how much water you need for the day but I'm guessing it's more than the average traveler. One solution and that is what everyone does: carry all the water.

You should be in good shape regardless of health status, or quit after one day. Consult with your physician regarding your disability.

On the first day of live about 12 kilometers of Tel Dan you have no problem bridged intersection: there is a mini-market where you can buy water. Welcome in can I get water in the Museum.

In a blue moon there. At Kfar giladi, I think water can have a store and of course. Youth Hostel Tel Hai has on the eastern side of Highway 90,

And the Tel field school lives. If you can drink tap water that eases the situation.

The next day go to Tel Hai opens about 15 km to the intersection and dry. You need to carry all the water to you or go to Kiryat Shmona (a reduction, and it isn't easy).

For the blue channel to open.

Third day: water in Ramot Naftali. Then go the most until this day no fertilization seat short in about 20 miles total if you road 886 Collections bring you water,

If not, then go a little up the river past the road and Canal Road right out of stream fertilization, seat is a little harder but shorter than via.

Have fun.

In General in the North. I think the hardest thing in North Creek page, because there is no access during the Beckett between the entrance to Nahal ein Al-Tina to Highway 85. Besides, almost everywhere have access and if you can find friends or family ש"יתדלקו you, won't be a problem. That's a lot of logistics, but if it's important then it.

Besides as yankele wrote-a lot of places in a way that can be filled, can carry and in the North there are relatively many hikers can use adversity.

Thanks for your help.

Water wise day effortlessly (work, work home) I drink about 5-6 liters per day.                                                                                 I reckon I'd have a lot more because I'm azya                                     The priority is to reduce nirlim with water.

Specified locations will be open on Christmas?                                              Basically my pace well (against all odds), I can go a lot and my physical limitations not apparent. But if you're a health problem (pain attacks, fell)

I just have to make this trip.                                                    If you have more tips I'd love to hear.

Thank you
