Hey

A friend got tired of hearing me on Israel, so they gave me an assignment to take them to see what it is exactly that in the Israel National Trail (INT) (Israel FirstName or LastName? )
That means something, and thought of two alternatives:
1-day mid-week trip, accommodations, day walk relatively short (say something like 10 to 12 miles a day), time to calm them down a bit with grills etc.
2. one-day trip, medium length (15-16 km) something likely not too hard (relatively to be Planar girls the midnight hour and want to cut home center)

Would love if you can suggest ideas for both alternatives. I personally love the South, but many people prefer known to travel north and later in Wadi Ara traffic until you find the soul. So offer both and be fine.

Thanks in advance!!

This season, there's no way I'd go just to the South with. Thirty plus onion, no shade, no water, no shame?
The problem in all conscience. There are some nice options:
1. the first day of the track passes near Banias, and is very easy to 12 km from Dan to the roaring lion (the day after it is dry, but 20 km and can move a few miles and get to Kiryat Shmona, which one day.
2 days:
From Nazareth to launching. There is water in the stream. It comes in more than you want.
In option:
One day John Monastery view bar-Giora. Water, although Harari but worth the effort.

I second the suggestion of yagil, Steph and have springs trail,

About traffic from the North and Wadi Ara, it is $ 25, but if you do it once at a time

It's worth the drive on route 6.
