Check out THE ONE of gosmeyer, although it is not totally impervious to rain (ignore their claim since). He weighs about 350 grams.

I had 2 and GOLITE Shangri-La of love (660 grams without the floor), I got rid of him.

I think Henry Hare is in right now, and for the price and weight are reasonable — including floor and sealing full of rain.  So why change a winning horse?

I've got the Rainbow. Some rope couldn't resist change. The model better by 2010.
What I think the advantage of ODA has mesh liner.
On the other hand, Shire selling finally miner also Rainbow only And Henry much cheaper than oaoda.

It is important to emphasize that all tarptantim, including Henry's Shire, completely unprotected from the rain while not sealed it with glue seam seal

Perhaps the person who talked to him not sealed his tent.

When I give guest reviews

Terptant-sealing of seams not all course tent. The charge is to do it for you and you should do it for him, and balalgen hassle to do it alone doesn't worth it.

It is also important to apply Silicon stripes on the ground Warp to prevent slipping of the mattresses.

I sealed with Silicon Solution (tubes for building sealant) and paint thinner. I mixed and escaped with a thin Paintbrush over all seams on the outside.

Indeed tedious and had better ask Mr. Shire to do this for a fee, but it works.
My journey throughout the markets of Kathmandu in search of silicon and thin was also tedious:)
Don't forget asia brand paints the world.

I ordered the silicone with the tent in the country mixed with turpentine (as explained in the instructions) and ran on the seams. The turpentine dissolves the silicone so that it is possible to apply it and when volatile turpentine leaves a thin layer of silicone.

My tent, CLOUDBURST 2, successfully passed the path (no rain).

Connect with the same tent wet New Zealand travel and returned. Should note that shorts the Silicon solution, otherwise rain may penetrate.
