Already wrote here before I have time to hike, but perhaps I could refer to the cause. I plan to do some in the Israel National Trail (INT) for eight days in the North (from Dan to Tiberias). I was thinking about the Jerusalem in two days. The question is whether this trip (it seems he goes in town, so maybe he wasn't good aircraft in northern route), whether the place has changed.
If there is a better (or even part of Israel to look for a good fit), I'd love to hear about it. I think he last two days (in bed), which is somewhat similar to the North (including water availability conditions, temperature, food availability, etc), and camping area.

Start at 30 birds nature reserve E227849/N739196 (new Israel network), terminating ELA road or if you strength NSW/launching. PT is recommended the station. A day and a half, full days including getting back. Water filling: Brooklyn, Rabbi President (no head faucets, grab a tool to open), Oaks-fuel or Space Center, oak. Note that there is actually water away to NSW and have to take you much relative, at least 4 liters, this section.

You can also get the night before near the nature reserves ' voltage-down the trail, where black meets trail for Israel, there is little parking and extremely dirty instead of that in the Israel National Trail (INT) and begin to walk in the morning, or walk part Leila (recommended) and in the Brooklyn area. Just not too close to terctorist road racing almost killed me there at three in the morning.

Another thing I forgot to mention that I care about, I reached the start point and end point in the bus, so I need to be near the station site. In case you specify, while I finish launching/Kfar Hasidim will probably be there, but I'm not sure if there's a bus from tivon, started too. I'll try to check it out.
Anyway, I prefer something closer to Ashdod. Jerusalem trail sounds interesting, but I'd like to hear from anyone who has done that enough similar to northern Israel trail.
Thank you!

The Jerusalem Hills-also close to your House and mountain course
Recommend to do from South to North
Start the path to/etziona junction and go for two to where your time runs out. There are plenty of places, public transport and the likely going from lightest to heaviest. Eye, eye, Bridget bowels Uzi and lemon and you can even swim there (in ein lemon is a little more complicated but filled). If guys like prickly pears, quince and pear orchards in the eye and eye rock Kobe bloom.

Jerusalem trail it's all practice tests, 42 km (including the section from ein haindk Steph), has enough ups and downs and walking, public transportation is very easy and can be used to sleep surface. And Jerusalem is always surprising.

Here you'll find: morning track mount hertzl and Shul, Ein Kerem, ein haindk, mile Israel trail and Steph (water) here to yourself to morning that through water. You have chosen a round mountain (you can try asking the water workshops, I), Nahal sorek, and springs can stay at the farm to organic crops in the region expect niftoach. During the day you can full of water but in a safe place.

It is approximately 20 km long path can of course be brief and stay overnight at any point between Stef niftoach Observatory.

The next day, continue in the direction of lifta then begins urban segment is highlighted until ammunition Hill. The ammunition Hill has sparse check to Mount Scopus and there good check blue Deer Valley Road, Mt. of olives, Silwan and gehenna. Reach of Jerusalem Cinematheque and you come to the city as you can. Mount Herzl is approximately 22 miles from the niftoach Observatory.

Back to Ashdod in public transport.

Sounds good, thanks. I'm debating whether it's better to do this route, or go on fewer, more like the Jerusalem hills. The problem is that I have no idea what a trip can be done in Jerusalem, compared to Bill Jerusalem, listed in your manual.

Edit: on second thought, perhaps he can be a good city for the purpose of "training" for the trip. So if we see we need something we can use in stores or bystanders and reach in the Israel National Trail (INT) know what was missing and should bring. Ditto about the quantity of food and water.
And thank you that you have the my excavations I am quite a perfectionist with these things, I have everything go right. 40424.5104282407 ofiras

Ophir,

The fact that you ask and interested indicates maturity.

Go to Jerusalem or Jerusalem mountains (the mean path of the Israel National Trail)-try the equipment and yourself and gain experience.

Good luck!

See nthei's message at the top of the thread.

To offer my opinion and add a few more pieces of Israel "on account"

And about ה"חפירות"-that's great.

Me always amazing how people decide what they want to do Saturday the path and after a few days they have been on the trail with no equipment and zero understanding of what they are going

Spontaneity is really wrong in this case.
