Holiday planner to do a few days trip in the western Negev, including tour mount Arif mount karkom. Weather sites listed the temperature in mitzpe Ramon (geographical and climate is the closest I could find) the temperature at night would be about 17-19 degrees.
Due to excess weight of water (some days I take water for 2 days) I'm torn between a "standard" I feel rested almost every season in the country but weigh 1.2 pounds and pounds of slawa for summer weighing 600 grams. I couldn't find an exact temperature rating of slawa bag-about Sigma Micro model 600. I also take a mattress and platib have a tent, but the rain I leave at home. As a guy who doesn't have extraordinary sensitivity to cold (yerushalmi originally =)) do you think that would do the trick-slawa

Thank you and happy.

Scary to give advice, you know the capabilities of your bag.

I know with my 600 helium wouldn't go out if I was afraid I would be cold.

I certainly understand the deterrent from giving advice in total comfort matters. in exploring and adapting equipment no definite answer. Man and preference.

Amma, I have a very difficult dilemma about whether to take that bag or not. I think many who never hesitated about the piece of equipment as hatlbtti about that bag. -Passive way after this forum, and I was impressed by the level of responses is very high and therefore found it appropriate to share with you in this dilemma.

On the one hand, I will carry it about 12 liters of water. So I try to minimize all other weights to minimum and take this bag appealing option.
On the other hand, it's a summer of mountain miles, a friend of mine claims that men is suitable for 12 plus, but I don't know what level of reliability of slawa regarding the reported temperature. Hard to find opinions because it's a brand that is not recognized in the U.S. also, the weather I found is correct to Mitzpeh Ramon, I imagine it's the closest I can find, but it's not exactly.

Like that that
Let me rephrase it
I don't want a Yes or no answer, I know it's impossible to give an answer, but I'd love to hear about any impression of slawa equipment in General, or privately bag (if applicable), introducing the Negev Highlands this season and as Chairman.

Thank you and happy.

Also, I forgot to mention a few important details.

I don't really know, I asked him my friend (because of very low weight).
Also, the bag fits people up 1.85 1.80 tall and I.

I don't know the sack of Salwa, so I can't say too much.

You think that short bag trying to get by? Assuming that a bloody bag he no more room to move.

About temperature and weight-imagine trying to take a minimum of equipment to a minimum. What is the difference between the weight of your bag's bag.

Assuming you take warm overnight, possible in General, although not as comfortable to take simple and cheap fleece blanket into a bag with blankets and clothing. Not sure how much that will take the weight.

Anyway the most important thing is to make sure you won't be all collapse all night in a sleeping bag you don't get it that morning, unable to move.

There is some difference of 400-600 grams. I don't shrink bag, but when I have sex from your shoulders and upward.
I plan to take a warm-soft-coat. Clothes I take only one set, I sleep with them anyway.

Unbelievable how cold enters the area of the head. It is important to cover your head and the reports like that only a small fraction gets out of the bag (if cold anyway).

I think the better, this is another 600 g but you can indeed save e.g. coat and take thermal vest instead.

I think all the temperature certainly concern me and I cut for the Golan that available water resources better.

Anyway, thank you both for your advice. If I leave, I got me to take the heavier bag =)

Happy holiday

Gdisal my friend

I know the equipment of Salwa but generally I prefer to carry more and sleep better and carry more and drink more etc.

And speaking of personal opinions have nothing to compare the beauty of Mount Tabor for the Golan Heights. I think the Golan only in spring! On Sukkot I guess would be a lot of yellow.

Happy holiday gathering

I generally don't get excited from the Golan. Too near roads.

Assaph-I have no doubt that for the Golan is also a bad season in terms of flowering. In General, I think most of the trails in the country at the height of beauty in mid-late winter early spring.
Amma, has a good shape this bachum and my meager experience in the area of Mount Negev, crocus and Arif might not be the best idea. I'd rather go hiking in got access no doubt. "

In General, the goal is to get from Neve Ativ lazuli to mountain, and from there on the path to Alonei Habashan bow like this.
The more southern parts I don't get.

I was thinking of a aitachmk response to Salwa products but I think because nobody had anything to say about their products, so ...
Most of their products are fairly basic if no standard so all En trath says isn't accurate because the company wasn't a leader in the field of the equipment but contents in outdoor camping. The company also has excellent וצים standing with their price, but you can already buy products at higher level. About shcsh length-if you 185סמ you don't have to use shcsh to 180 cm is not suitable.
Happy holiday

The fountain,

I'm glad you wrote what you wrote on Salva.

I have always thought that the products of a very poor quality Salva, but this is also the reason I never bought their equipment. And while I have no real experience with their products, it's hard to go against them.

I won't go against them, God forbid, but try to give them a place of honor in the proper category.
Salva of 10 years ago is not Salwa.

Returned. Neve Ativ in real funds as mountain, the most beautiful part in the trip, and I went for the Golan until ein zivan. Was amazing.

-Sort of the achl admiring letting slawa equipment. This company was Enigma in the eyes for a long time. I couldn't find reviews online. Their website did not provide full information about their equipment (which doesn't reflect anything, Lowe Alpine and MSR are quite "cheap" online information and my experience with them – great products). The suspect in the eyes of their products was sold in the country.

The tour used their walking sticks (which I borrowed from a friend of mine). One little bug, but the clubs do the job. Amma, according opinion can't one trip only.

In addition I have their tent Scout 2-heavy tent, 2.85 pounds this way, small size, enough two people and very limited supplies and a very small terrace but I'm happy with it overall. Ran with me for several excursions.
