Join the tarptant recommendations.
I was on a rainy night in Nepal with the Rainbow and didn't drop.
Sealed with silicon Hall with thinner and had very nice tent in strong wind and rain.

Take your recommendations, buy.

I just don't see how I import a tent (Double Rainbow, as other things) a month without customs slaughter me (and I have no problem paying double, only with shipping and customs costs 40 percent price than the real price (as it is the tent was going to buy in South Africa, but it costs 450 tent three seasons at a price more likely than land)

In massage.

Guy,

If you are looking for a simple and inexpensive solution that will do the job for (only), you're talking about weights of 3 kg, so I joined the recommendation of a buy a tent just in 100-150 shekels he will answer to your needs.

You didn't specify whether you go with someone to help carry on (someone will take the rods and the other the manifold)-it's really sweeten the pill.

I wouldn't buy the SALEWA or Aztec tent for your needs.

HarmonicWave,
I walk alone, there's sweetness back)

From experience I share on the recommendation of some kind.
In one recent winters tried to sleep in the rain in a tent. Sleep wasn't there an interesting experience though and I got the best ever were.
Let me introduce him to you, I can't wait.
Everything that came out of the tent at this price is a good soup, not dehydrated.

My recommendation comes only from motives of savings in your pocket.
That I would never use such a trip tent with equipment on their backs.
The thing is, if you don't want to invest and that's just so disposable market has to offer. Or tandem Aztec rain coverage is relatively cheap and pretty good quality for the price.

The soup looks great!

Can you elaborate why you couldn't sleep? The water penetrated through the tent?

In the past I got to sleep in tent camping in the rain, similar (though not serious storms) and stayed dry.

Water, into the tent.
I don't remember to say where I think there were a few points, but the floor was infiltration drainage basin which functioned very effectively.
In my case it rained pretty serious.
