Lila walk this summer in great shape. Lila walk this fun.
I think it can be done, as long as the North going to 9 a.m. or similar, to rest in the shade, and a 4 p.m. or similar. In the wilderness going between 4:30 a.m., and 5:30 to 8:30. I worked in these conditions the picking watermelons in Farnham and Naama, 50 degrees during the afternoon, you can go. Not leaving so much as a continuous day walk, but go.
Required accessory: a. As flies that machrvim sleep, even shade. "Whoever knows the patented flies flock, please"-iodiany message.

I have two patents against flies (not registered, because I'm not willing to pay for it and want to charge others who do work for and advice free of charge):

1. do not leave the air. Although occasionally fly in, but overall it is a proven solution. The problem with this solution then the Holy work of walking, not come to fruition.

2. to ignore.

Hello to everyone!

Start ש"מטייל start" me created bloody debate. (I continued with the tongue!) About my walking experience, young Daddy dearest took us for walks and beautiful (as with five children and a woman screaming, just that the kids aren't great, but we've designed, as well as the woman. Until she fell in a river and caused serious damage to guard beside her), so I have little experience.

I think you all are right, but you're your throat stuff--it really indioduali thing, like heat or not, the Negev could be very dangerous (considering that many water sources like the North).

Because I want a long-term trip, I thought I'd start with the Golan Heights if Israel gets trail + step for walking will become intolerable heat, I will no longer wait there forever because wisdoms and that's not happened.

What they say

Enjoy and take care. With a lot of common sense and not frivolous. If you have experience with chills, it's good that might be detected before it comes.

But remember that this biggest blows heat. This is a lot harder to know when it comes.

Just be careful.

And ignore flies. They will come anyway.

The decision is not wise. However, if you decide to go you should ask your father what he thinks about, too. The village of Jordanian press that 27 kilometers without water and almost no shadow.

Agree with mark, it's to be attentive, I would give up the Golan, you mostly see yellow spikes and very little shade, the better to adapt to the heat on the northern part of the path is shaded.
In addition to mind you need to get the body temperature this summer before heading out on a trip, consider it part of the physical preparation for the trip and just like to do it gradually, good preparation will make the difference between hyperthermia on the second day of a trip.

Have fun

I want to ask you, and be honest with yourself and with the guy: which one went out to multiday hike in July and August? Who of you would go for all these months.

Wonderful at giving advice how to swim this river five times with. In reality neither travel nor be heavy for two days.

Do me a favor and stop the bullshit of coaching the guy how to travel in the summer. Like you don't know any cases of dehydration, rescues, deaths etc.

Weeks (released very hot that year) went three days in the tower to Mashhad.

Shortly after that I went two days in Mashhad to ROM Carmel.

Later, during July and August, for almost every weekend went, and once even four days in a row, when the new year (first weekend of September) we went three consecutive days off to allow zwelethu hand.

Ya did everything in sequence, but how is it in your eyes yankele? Meets the requirements?

And again, it was my only option. I couldn't otherwise. It's not that I recommend, but it is possible.

This would allow zwelethu hand not to shizafon, but feels.

Even in September and October can be a crazy weather. In our country a bit difficult to know what will happen and when.

By the way, also equally dangerous in winter because of the floods. I think more people have drowned in floods than died of heat stroke.

Do not generate panic, but let the people understand the implications and the potential damage. From here on, really one of his own master.

18. What pleased his father unless he Zvi Gilat (well, not sure the example)? I asked my father. Also had no idea that he never went. There are a bunch of people with experience and understanding. I think that's enough.

You do not answer all the requirements because I didn't go and didn't try to go for all of July and August. And I asked my dad when I was out for, but I'm an orphan.  /

18. He finished high school this year. Do you think he went like this and not know it? If you receive the blessing of the father – who led him to the young on trips out in July-August, health. For some reason I think he is just a pipe dream for now. When he finishes his exams he talks differently.

Don't think about the age. I worked as a guide with teens and adults think know about the mental maturity and taking risks is very indibdoalit and correlation with age is completely. I know when I was 17 I totally trust them to take the right decision and 40 there do that shit.
None of us know Forum legal personal may determine, but only that he asks the right questions and says he will stop if there is a danger of dehydration tells me he maybe adults, and his dad will say something like: "I trust you to make the right decision."

I think the comments forum members here are divided into two-"we are older and more experienced than you, and know exactly what is right" versus "we think you need to find out what suits you. I'm a big believer in the other way, because I believe that we learn more from our mistakes than from other's mistakes. But I don't think you can convince others in, and vice versa. Too bad about the debate.

And while the concatenating assignment that, here's a question not related at all but I was curious about her past during an exercise in reserve and I hope someone from the Forum members with knowledge in biology could answer: where do you get all the flies in the desert? Amount of vegetation, mountains and desert animals are very limited compared to less dry spots, primarily low shrubs and large animals, so the amount of organic material decays to which feed (at least that's what I think), but I find a lot more flies than in greener places. If anyone has an explanation, I'd love to hear.

There is only one issue that does not stop trying to talk and that's it. If you can save one life I prefer that 100 hikers sitting at home in July and August. And already had enough cases in the past. If the traveler still underway, try to help him survive the questionable experiential.

All other grade scholars learn about flesh and others ' experience: you go with the wrong size shoes and get blisters at Hermon. They got off the trail in fertilizers that do not prepare properly in terms of physical fitness. You break your back with 24 kg for backpack, etc etc etc.

Rooney flies to:

Typical fly can travel miles f ' # toss.
I think the answer lies in your question in the desert there is little organic material, but the amount that eventually even the flies (e.g. interest we're completely arid deserts such as the Bolivian river-conservation mine there flies).

Because of the lack of a variety of organic sources of competition, and the possibility that flies you to choose (= organic matter in the area).

Dear friends!

Thanks for all the advice (not sarcasm.) Things caused me to reflect on the cause.

As yankele said some long-awaited until now so I can't decide right now.

So I hope we meet in a few months.

Thanks again!

Miguel.

Let me share my experience:
In one recent summers went out for a walk in the area near Lady. A day trip not particularly long.
The weather was hot and the area itself is not missing.
My dad came back times and didn't get on this trip and listened. I'm a big kid, used to heat conditions, in good shape and I think thousands of kilometres of walks behind me since I turned two months (first tour in Nahal kziv, wagon).

No disaster, but the experience was unpleasant, to say the least.

Not because I have dry self-discipline and made to drink.
However ran out of water (and I took a lot) before and had to change course in order to obtain water.
In the fields, the locals were not particularly heartwarming to see though (you can't hide) refused to give me a ride to the nearest road (500 m Planar may not it seemed I could gobble).
Finally after what seemed like an eternity (in practice it seems to me that something like half an hour, was really hard) I own the highway and took about 3/4 hour until someone stopped me.
Even those who stopped, don't plan to stop, but that changed when the hitch into position _ when I saw that another one wasn't going to stop and he stopped and took me to my car.

Dehydration wasn't there. Hyperthermia may have almost been there.
The body is exhausted so indescribable. No matter how strong person mentally and how it fit, muscles don't respond (and rightly so as they are treated) under these conditions. (But then why the father didn't listen-ד"א haven't heard the father.)

A few summers later, Guy forget took and went again to travel this summer for a few days.
Sukkot 2010 ... September-no longer seem the height of summer. Tzalmon stream area.
The first day of the trip, but he's not too contains a pleasure trip.
The next day a different route to mount Meron in the hope that the heat more bearable. It was the right decision, a difference of heaven and Earth.

Miguel and anyone who asks the question, I belong to a group that recommends to wait. Whole life ahead of you – be patient it will happen. If that doesn't happen then you probably have enough then there's nothing to be sorry about that. Didn't want enough so it probably wasn't worth a trip this summer.
Instead you can take a walk in the woods a short water in a high place, but not the Israel trail.

I ד"א 26 and after all f still didn't.
But I really want and at the price of losing work (already done) it will happen soon.

By walking in the heat, severe physical danger wasn't always so aware of her country, she iponotrimia that can be translated as lost sailors. This happens when we drink a lot of water (like all educated, critical temperature) without having to replenish the electrolytes (meet the sailors). We are losing these salts through perspiration, and through the urine. A good way to monitor changed, as a result of drinking, is by color. Just like dark urine indicates tibshot, completely transparent urine indicates you are drinking too much. As far as this advice seems petty now recommend that people who work/travel outside retain urine hydration level so that it would be more tiptiponat yellow transparent, as an indication of excessive drinking.
Of course if you are sweating 6 liters in a day, you should drink this amount, then the way to avoid the lost sailors is in Add afternoon drink powder to water bottles. It also helps you to drink the amount of water you need. Weight drink powder enters the count calories that people like me do acetidoth analim a walk, so it basically does not add weight to the food that he came instead of another food. The only problem that these precious reaily wrestling mainly in Israel.   A much more affordable option is to add sodium chloride used to water (a quarter teaspoon per liter, he said I remember, but maybe there are other numbers on the Internet) or just take tiny salt bags you find eateries and unlock them when necessary. The only problem with this method is that it provides does not provide all the necessary electrolytes, such as potassium. Altrolitim deficiency may cause problems, such as severe muscle pain in extreme cases. It is much less severe, dehydration, and takes longer to hit it, but it is important to be aware of. If you think you've got it, just stop and get something. Processed food nowadays has a lot of salt in this case is actually an advantage. I find that my body is inclined in such situations to tell me he wants, and my tendency to eat herring like in igelch.

If it comes already, then you should add that there is no reason to drink more than a pint. All a bit beyond that goes directly into the urine (leaves). The body can't absorb that much.

Generally true for drink stopping (45 minutes walk and 15 minutes of rest), and one must be careful not to stop drinking beyond a pint.

I don't really remember where that information is stored here, so if anyone has information on this subject, I'd like to freshen up.

You only reinforce the only sensible approach: do not travel in July and August surely walks. A very dubious pleasure of actually exists, have the water mooneeeee need to drink gradually, should complete sailors between 09:00-16:00 should seek shade and protect yourself under a against flies and other flying. And what exactly are you doing for 6-7 hours?

Tell me you are sending a child to survival or pleasure? It's not a reconnaissance trip must be trained for weather, and those not trained in heat.

Leave me and everyone else is bullshit. There is no obligation for travel in July and August have a duty to maintain health.

And Rooney don't answer me please. Do you like to argue for the debate. I have already told you that WINS and you can now write I told you יענק'לה, if that's what makes you happy.
