I bought a shoe didn't know her trips to Israel (the shoe of an Alpine style yatna richle). I left some in the Israel National Trail (INT) not to continue. The thing with this shoe I have sore feet after a long walk. Pain in mainly. I don't know I guess mostly because very massive shoe. Tried with special insoles that didn't help. Whether you should try another shoe. Is shoe designed to go with heavy weights. I also work as a medic so have just walking tours in town sometimes. And after a whole day very painful foot.

So whether it is a good idea to replace the lock. I mention that it is a relatively new 4 months ago and she hasn't worn

Personally I really like the stomach and full leather sole shoes email dnsiti. Takes too long to get used to these shoes, but it's a personal matter.
In counter to a lot of people here in the Forum I think lshbill advisable massive shoe and shoe half-rigid "and especially not the bars.

I find it hard to believe that you can change. Pain in the soles of the feet-in heel/arch/pillows/toes/foot circumference/top of the foot and ankle? Walking/hiking, later in the morning with these established socks you wear Orthotics are prescribed for you by personal orthopedist? Joe Jackson-is she a size larger than usual? 40586.8389236111 זמי1

Thank you for your comment I wrote to replace the means to buy new shoes instead.

The pain is mainly in the area where the heel cushion

They pain or prolonged standing. And especially after. Custom Orthotics prescribed pile ortopod. Use socks for tacos. And the shoe is bigger than usual.

Sounds like a porcupine. Is painful in the morning when you get up out of bed and step on the track and then gradually disappears-period slap clear touch?

If this spike-support in arc, back to whom do your lifts to improve according to the location of the pain. What you need to do is add some high rigid support under the arch. Also called online on exercises to strengthen the tendons of the foot for the prevention and treatment of Durban.

Give more tips if it turns out that spike. No need to panic – a common phenomenon.

Thanks for the response, but by the way you describe it. I have no spur. I get up I have pain I'm going home without shoes. Just after a day with severe or shoes while standing. I feel pain mainly in my pillow.

You didn't specify whether you have prior experience (and similar) with shoes.

God who sell shoes like those bits to our country. Perhaps this could fit in terms of durability, but there are so many other lighter shoes that provide you the arzzoia to support weights and the terrain of the trail so why choose shoe?

Listen, I think you should sell it in two and buy a shoe that really fits you.

Good luck
Ofer.
