Although this message if she should be finite here or in the Forum. Ma, see if you see fit to move it.
I just put the case to TMB and had asked quite critical.
I've been told in the past, making the TMB with more than 10 pounds.
I'm trying to figure out how I get ten pounds. Here are the main things I put:
1. m dueter air contact lite weighs 2 kg
2 Basic heat gear (hat, gloves, 2 thermal shirts, micro fleece and soft) raises already while 2.5 kg.
3. brass liner (heard here to take that aren't always enough hot and rafiog to get another blanket)-800 g
4. water-2 kg
5. (6 6 socks underwear)-1 kg
6 (two shirts and two shorts, one Exchange and one rafiog)-0.7 kg.
7. documents, books (book, TMB breakfast, passport, insurance etc)-0.6 kg.
8. rain gear (jacket, pants megged, case cover)-0.9 kg.
9. tea/coffee פק"ל (even those I converted to plastic) including gas tank-1 kg.

All 11 kg, and made the weighty things (Chargers, cell phone, camera, case and bag (all liquids or toss the weight).

Does anybody have any idea what I can download/modify?
With what someone else did the track?

Thank you

What volume of the backpack? Have you considered? The act lite by the manufacturer weigh 1500-1750 g-mass dependent (a great way pod I really want my 40th + 10).

Don't need 6 pairs 3-4 white enough, do laundry every few days.

Clothes.
Don't need pants and a pair of doubles.
Two shirts per day, 2 turtlenecks and thermal micro-fleece I think, especially if you sleep in, bikatot one of the hottest in three cabin and one per day.

I believe-most track go with less than 2 liters.

-פק"ל each carry the Cup (her Cup for coffee, tea, anhalim water and soup for dinner), you should not load glasses for everyone (assuming you don't go out alone if so then how much), I think if you bikatot food and then produce more, but each of his habits.

About blankets-cabins at TMB but yet slept a few nights on bikatot in Spain, France and Switzerland (Italy) and the only thing that was never lacking blankets (TMB in wouldn't ...), and anyway have a liner for sleeping (cabins usually linen)-in my opinion liner cotton/silk/kolmaks/tramoliit (depending on your budget).

M air dueter contact lite weighs 2 kg
2 Basic heat gear (hat, gloves, 2 thermal shirts,Once enough soft micro fleece and ofone or the other you don't spend enough hours in the cold outside and you have also another storm coat) raises already while 2.5 kg.
3. brass liner (heard here to take that aren't always enough hot and rafiog to get another blanket)-800 g is completely unnecessary, no problem of blankets in rpiogis, take a simple cotton liner
4. water-2 kg
5. (6 6 socks panties) 1 kg 3 bottom 3 socks and bass
6 (two shirts and two shorts, one Exchange and one rafiog)-0.7 kg.
7. documents, books (book, TMB breakfast, passport, insurance etc)-0.6 kg.
8. rain gear (jacket, pants megged, case cover)-0.9 kg.
9. tea/coffee פק"ל (even those I converted to plastic) including gas tank 1 kg -rafiog a drink in, part of the way you have rpiogis and stop them walking.

All 11 kg, and made the weighty things (Chargers, cell phone, camera, case and bag (all liquids or toss the weight). Take shampoo and SOAP tshteshmsh as bathing and laundry soap, half a bottle will do, you can always hit if there

I'm adding my meager experience.
1. well it's going to be a little section, then your own discretion; I think panties + sweat + long walk = swamp. I walked the whole trail without Israel and rarely had this itching when after I suffer quite a lot.
Therefore I say that more weight underwear and anything else to do.

2. about the coffee/tea PAC. When you say you're going to ping פק"ל + cups Because then it's too. For example, I make myself tea and coffee pot that I cook the food (and eat it too, so I saved a plate).

3. about-liner thing. Why not sleep in rafiog with the bag?

4. about liquid soap/shampoo. As a general rule against carrying anything that is liquid or gel in the case unless it is mandatory. Why not buy soapbox and put her hard SOAP.
I will explain both the reasons-first washing with hard SOAP is much more effective, more hard SOAP to buy all sorts of holes in the world. And much cheaper. And there's no way to crack the case and you spill anything.

Thanks so much for your help!
1. place the brass-liner thing just to get a thick pulp or something?
2. פק"ל coffee of course limited-plastic glasses glass kept leaving him demitasse, coffee, sugar and gas burner. From what I understand, plead in General bring the blowtorch?
3. Ma. in this period, only enough for about a micro fleece or soft? Don't be cold at night? At 8 p.m., even if you want to make some tea in the evening, cashiers, source?
4. Arthur-issue underwear, know the attitude, from the army, I prefer my underwear than organs from ithachacho apartment in Richmond.

Ah, I forgot, I have dueter ACT lite 65 + 10 is definitely one of the bags. When I bought it I hesitated with the bltoro but some didn't want to pick him because of the lack of suitable, just nothing to compare the comfort.

If you rely on the cabins-meals (which is how you intend to pay them) get coffee or tea during the day you can get in if you're not going to cook the blowtorch, + PAC-.

Expected of a blanket can be a substitute for good but, if you have a sewing/seamstress at home, you can reduce it to size (this will save weight fabric).

Arthur-a k if you can rely on-liner thing? The cabins have blankets and all we need is bedding (of course, you're taking a risk by not taking that, but it reduces the weight of the backpack).

I think 65 + 10 rucksack is too big for this.

Why do tea? Rafiog.? Remember you are in Europe, Europeans, for Europeans rafiog and conditions accordingly, Israel National Trail. The meal is pretty heavy and then go to sleep, not drawing after 9:10 p.m. show.

About panties and lower, and his skin, if you haven't tried to go without a bottom to this day don't try it in the Alps, a swamp in the mountains abroad don't want, don't take a chance, wash all the bottom and mandpt shirt and have nice dry there, so a Maytag tibsht.

About soaps — getting rid of much longer, take you, take Max roll.

About soptchl-I first generation, never bought from icroplis and soptchl, not hiptshi to spend hundreds of dollars. For July, this cold night, t-shirt, about a minute walk shirt long sleeve, maybe more easy and simple brass Max Storm Jacket, it is.

About the bag, forgot it was on NET-based Trek sleeping cabins.

About-Yes, I know the topic is controversial . But I'm just sure 100 percent that it actually prevents you rub. Because the fabric of the panties Don't sweat evaporates but absorbs it and becomes hard and short.

But like you said each.

Agree but only a cotton crotch, causing lower evaporates sweat you and see the difference. I speak from personal experience of course. Our stores have some excellent models this year, bought and tried. Just need to pay attention not to buy cold weather thermal bottom.

What's best, full bottom, he's completely synthetic, easy to wash, dry quickly and last for years, he eventually made מ"פלסטיק ...

Let me fix you a new list:

(Whatever you have just deleted from the list)

1. m dueter air contact lite weighs 2 kg (should not pod more than 40 liters)
2. Basic brown hat, gloves, fleece, micro (not thermal shirt in a pod) was not was cold night in rafiog '
4. water-2 kg
5. each one you wear one you need 2-3 pairs in the case.
6 clothes you're wearing pants
7. TMB book documents, passport, insurance, etc.
8. rain gear (jacket, pants megged, case cover)-0.9 kg (what weighs so much) I saw people walking in TMB with poncho, but it's entirely up to you.
9. tea/coffee פק"ל (even those I converted to plastic) including gas tank 1 kg (only if the cooking yourself)

If you're not sleeping in a tent, you're not supposed to carry more than 7 pounds.

The existing headquarters to strengthen expert said, I don't think add anything here. I did the haute route 40 litre bag wasn't even full.

1. פק"ל coffee.
2. don't have more than two pairs of underwear rubber (one case and one).
3-3 pairs of socks (2, and probably need a lot of rain, almost regularly was a pair of socks hanging out to dry).
4. don't need to.
5. micro fleece and thermal t-shirt (take one soft thermal shirt).
6. about pants, one now for two weeks. If you insist, then take another one.
7. I think storm pants (and was too iomff not rain felt).

Have fun! Nmrdxt 40708.594525463

These little guys, you may have forgotten. I leave tomorrow for a trip, I mean it's not really summer but winter. Thermal shirt and soft enough without one of the brass (I think it's better in soft and lightweight because it rains)?

Don't quite understand what you mean by "shirt or fleece ב"מיקרו jacket?

You take a storm coat will protect you from wind and rain, the only advantage of soft-so give him your

I travel with a funkier head band-Israel, brass (easiest was outerwear of ski jacket from North Pike ") and above the storm, have dinner another brass t-shirt
Mandpt shirt-funkier head band-Israel.
-Warm brass (on a cold day or constipation) but breathing.
Storm coat protects from wind and rain.
Tonight I replaced the mandpt shirt in brass and brass jacket shirt, if cold, I add the storm and its combination with the brass gives a layer of good nights out too.

I don't like the soft-just that everything ש"יודע to do some things he makes each of them as well (he's breathing and heat like brass, not a rain storm coat and also don't have the option to go with an opaque layer when it rains and very cold you without sweating to death)

I get about 300 g, tachshben seems to me ridiculous.
I take and it is better to carry 300-350 grams of micro fleece than sorry.
And to think I wanted initially, tent, and her despair package surface.
I produce coffee.
Soft is very convenient to travel with him. I don't like to be in action when I get this annoying brass! So I like it. So in case it gets cold, although not supposed to lose a day below 8 degrees at least until Sunday, both.
Anyway, I moved right to the airport.
There will be two weeks of fun, and I recorded everything on GPS (with germin clock), so it would be nice to see and share what we export.
