Me and my friends (ages 16-17) want to travel 4 days or so.
Our planning around the end of ogossot which means there's going to be very hot.
I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation on tracks, part of Israel for most of the walk is in the water and you can deploy it for 4 days.

Thanks in advance for helping loved ones!

Sea journey from Galilee achziv. You won't find water in Nahal kziv, but at least there's a lot of shade in the hot afternoon.

Another option: start off for Nimrod in red is a paved road (steep) road to Nimrod Plexus kinia eye, for the (steep), the Banias and sources within the reserve (admission fees apply) great track by the Creek, including the Banias waterfall and continue until the rest of the community. About 14 km.

The next day continue Madden (you can go to Dan) Tel living walking in the water in Nahal Snir (extra charge). And this time with no water on the track, where you'll witness: salvation, fortress of Ramot Naftali/Moshav dishon.
