Hello friends.
I apologize in advance that I deal in alcoholics, but I don't want to make a mistake when buying shoes. I also apologize in advance for the length of my question:

A week ago I measured several pairs of shoes, most comfortable pair I had was Alderman Salomon's Discovery model. I was sure I could wear shoes every day are 44 (the label disappeared in two shoes) and therefore the amount of shoes that was not very likely 44 (maybe not the lock was 44 and two thirds (not sure 100% that I measured several pairs of different models)).
The shoe was very comfortable when I was with a pair of socks.

Today I came to measure before purchase and two pairs of wornthe same pair of socks with whom I plan to walk the path (Leiner of Bridgedale endurance trekker hopes and injinji sock). I read here that I need to take a large shoe size at least once and took 54 third (as if a third bigger than tried first)
At the beginning it was a little crowded in the shoe, I tried both and it was crowded again 46. I realized I just drew the laces too, released a little and then both were very comfortable.
ה45 and a third felt that it leaves little room for manoeuvre with the foot but still holds it in place.
Then also purchased a pair of Nike sneakers and shmddo me there I found out that old shoe (and I bought it new) and 45.44. This means that theoretically bought shoe for only a third of large size shoe I wear every day and this is where the questions begin:

1. considering that the 44 degree had easy model a week ago can say that 45 degree and one-third is degree above my usual standards though my sneaker size 45- (My wife wears a size and its 41 39 Nike.)
2. the adoption of 46 as ה45 third, in addition to its sole width was the same (don't know if that means much), seemed like she was just a little long, should I insist on 46 (I can change).
3. can it be said that my habits were relatively longer considering load extensions I was after labor day it went a lot (a couple of miles in the morning at the gym, a few offices and car about an hour standing in the shop) combined with the fact that I weigh a lot (North of 100 kg)?

Thank you very much.

[QUOTE = GibsonLP] hello friends.

Therefore the amount of shoes that was not very likely 44 (maybe not the lock was 44 and two thirds (not sure 100% that I measured several pairs of different models)). The shoe was very comfortable when I was with a pair of socks.

Today I came to measure before purchase and two pairs of wornthe same pair of socks with whom I plan to walk the path (Leiner of Bridgedale endurance trekker hopes and injinji sock). I read here that I need to take a large shoe size at least once and took 45 and one-third (as if a third bigger than tried first)

Your light 45 third litle on 46.

(My wife wears a size and its 41 39 Nike.)
2. the adoption of 46 as ה45 third, in addition to its sole width was the same (don't know if that means much), seemed like she was just a little long, should I insist on 46 (I can change).

46 indeed.
3. can it be said that my habits were relatively longer considering load extensions I was after labor day it went a lot (a couple of miles in the morning at the gym, a few offices and car about an hour standing in the shop) combined with the fact that I weigh a lot (North of 100 kg)?

What you did is not similar at all to 10 + hours in the field with around 10 kg. In light of what you wrote I suggest you take a day off the trail with NIKE News Conference at the end of the day and try again the walking shoe size 46 might not be enough and you will need a larger shoe.

You should consider using in orthotic silicone shock absorber or another, this of course will increase the extent but saves knee pain.

Thank you very much.
