At the beginning of March if the weather be nice we are planning to go the Golan

The following Division:

Sunday: Hermon to Nimrod, 7 km, difficult

Monday: ein zivan, to 20 km (10 easy, 10)

Tuesday: ein zivan Grove sensual, 20 km, easy

Wednesday: parking hoshnia medals, 18 km, easy

Thursday: medals to cradle, parking (9 km easy + 5 km)

Friday: lumpy cot Golan (4 km, 14 km easy request)

7th day: introduction to lumpy Golan Tawfiq, 14 km medium

Please note we decided to skip the section Nimrod to Ruby because we only have seven days to explore and understand that the least beautiful thing for. Also, the package by easy/medium/difficult nashita by path map and other sources read.

We will be happy to advice, fill water or rather partition (we had two sons and two daughters in shape, some marched the Israel in autumn).

Man
Israel

I see no reason not to finish the trail entirely in seven days if you fit. Except for a few short sections that easy path.

Just don't take the gym for granted even though the Israel went in autumn, since it's been a few months so get ready.

Rope skipping Birkat RAM, ODEM forest and Ruby. Another division seven days here. I was waiting for the end of March, cold nights in the northern highlands and mud really not missing.

First of all thanks a lot for your responses.

יענקל'ה, not really gym is taken for granted, especially only part went up for. About the cold nights we thought maybe sleep with friends along. Probably sleep in the tent if weather permitting. Of course, our port requires weather like last Saturday and Sunday.

For a week, we have to explore it too bad to go in five days.
