Hi there.
Yesterday we got back home.
The journey hasn't ended up in Eilat but on floating. The pain I have in my left shoulder blade refused to move and become unbearable. Aside from the pain I had to work with only one stick (right hand) and the result was a reduction in speed and walking to the hot hours of the day and that began to appear in the knee that suddenly has no more support.
Already completed and we will be back to finish second to my back will return to normal and trdena temperatures.
The trail was an amazing experience. I'm happy that we walked it and proud that we were able to get that far.

Thanks to everyone for your patience to many questions!

Check that the shoulder is out of a problem.  Arrange all the painful parts and pieces of what's left. Koach!!

If you go in for Angel at Hadassa Ein Kerem have there a high concentration of specialists for a medical condition.

I'm sure you had a great experience.
From my experience, if you have these bothersome injuries become unbearable pain, should be stopped before damage.
The road awaits.

Thank you to everyone.
We really miss the path and want to return to it soon.

Check your neck. Try to visit a chiropractor (good) is correct in 15 minutes if there is a problem.

The figure for day trips.
