Thanks for the reference.
And some lost arms and legs (which I need to walk ...:-))

Is there a place or can see the repairs (least significant) in concentrated form
Now it is scattered in several places and it's hard to separate from less.

Thank you

Need to work on that. It was repaired in chronological. There have been enough changes and surface mistakes. If you want everything concentrated have to wait for the Second Edition.

It was a general statement: all changes will appear in the Second Edition. No date is set.

Good.
Because lately I bought the book (2009 Edition) and I don't think the way that new edition would be relevant to the current walk (walking a second if ...).
I'll try to concentrate the updates.
Can upload Excel or another table?

Hello everyone,

On Saturday (yesterday) we met, my son and I travel to exceptional:
During hot afternoon pushing a baby carriage steep.
We exchanged a few sentences on makeshift walking sticks (canes yankele) and turns out he halch yankele himself.
Nice to meet in person someone whom corresponded.

This is our last update from our first.
In this section our "payments" on weekends beginning in early July from the trailhead in the far North and sha'alvim. 20 sections of "Red Guide" in 24 days. Because we went during the summer we usually about five hours in the early morning (5-10) or אח"צ (3-8).
Conclusions:
Walk in the summer isn't for everyone but is possible at the following limitations.
Walk during the less-hot tryoyieli. But my experience shows that it is better to go אח"צ because apparently that body and tire temperature decline eases. It's better to go into the dark (except individual cases for Twilight can walk and even beyond that, exceptions such as the Carmel region expect Ofer/notes/decreased stream Nahal Oren, Ramat hanadiv drop where the tricky and difficult topography) than to get into the hot hours but it is important to analyze the route before:
Surface analysis and load distribution according to the temperature.
There are many variables that need to analyze:
Shadow: If you are going during warm welcome to check the route map, תצ"א.
Rise (at the beginning of the walk in the morning or at the end of the evening).
Carry water: except for rare cases there is at least one water source is also available in the summer during the hike (in sections so far) allowing carry half the daily amount, and more.
"To make all the parameters but advance analysis much more easier with the heat.
This weekend we start walking in a row about five weeks after which hopefully, we take in the Red Sea. Updates below.

What are the chances to meet hikers on the trail people chatting in the Forum?

In order not be fooled into thinking it's normal pram it is usually those that used to run on and not give up the presence of the son/daughter

Changed her tire turf tires, and today she went through every obstacle in their way when the granddaughter in a stroller and joy:

Hi shine.
Respect for and determination. Nice track once after your progress.
As you wrote, from here on you are entering a different geographical area.
I remind all shadow topic again and the water needs to be at the top of the list.
Continue to act responsibly and carefully.
I would love to continue reading updates from the field and if you wish to consult. (Occasionally)
Good luck!
Jonathan

Asked about the night after mount cockscomb.
סמ"ש map (is already old and out-of-date, perhaps?) I see two parking lots:
1 night parking via Oron about 1 km north of the railroad bridge over the big Chin.
2. River legacy garage about 5 km northeast of the parking garage via Oron.

I understand the Red guide you offer to sleep in the garage and I WAD trying to figure out why he's better than most Western parking closer to the stream oedipoda and achrbolt off with closer for eye tracking track etc.
Am I missing something?

Another point: wrong no more at all the landfills in the South and laid on payment?

I don't know what you're going through Auron? Route 206? ITM helps.

Overnight parking: 527500/network 192950.

There are currently no more landfills. Shovel in payment or make your own landfills, it's part of the experience.

River legacy night parking
ITM 529648/196364

Overnight parking via Oron
ITM 527448/192940

Now it is clear to me. For some reason there is a confusion in names, but referring to West. Thanks a lot!

From shaalabim Tel:
During סופה"ש and the holiday section of Latrun area, Jerusalem, Beit Guvrin and Lachish's moderate hills.
There are advantages to a walk in spring and winter but who picked sweet figs from the tree and the grapes taste understands that late summer no benefits. The experience of the spring became pure water at the end of the summer it is refreshing the body and soul. The hills and vineyards to await kneeling right under grapes. Just wonderful!
The walk in the morning and afternoon of summer rest and generally pleasant and during the afternoons (two hours) we find a shady corner and always feels great even with water, sometimes even the spring comes despite a long summer! It was an eye for an eye, in Kobe and Lachish.
2 points a little disappointing were the axis of Nahal islon (10 km from a sewer smell was really the better for the line) and the lack of water in some camps the JNF.
Summary of five days is great! Meet the beautiful Israel and Israel: the good people ordering us to join their picnic table or taking us for a ride to the intersection or just say well done.
A big thank-you to Angels path of Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital. The place is beautifully maintained and fully responsible desire to help. (Appears in the list of Angels).
In the next few days until we complete the Arad and atmanot get to the piste.

I think the vintage summer smells worse than in winter and spring. How was the eye level to gamble? Yankale17 41172.7112384259

Directions to clean water?
Very well. Barts fun and so did another.
Then Fresno mattresses and nets on them (the very wise decision.
Minimal weight and allows saved also mosquitoes and flies) and made a nice siesta before tapping in logout from the spring.
