Hi, I'm going to come out in mid-August to trek in the Alps (stage 75-86) at the via Alpina.
So far I haven't gotten a clear answer about camping in the area, and in car parks, reserves and in the middle of nowhere.
I realized that basically it is forbidden on the other hand, I've heard and read about people who also erected there.
I would like to receive tips and answers from people who travel there and those who don't.
Thanks in advance, Daniel.

In t.m. b if I recall the Italian side was allowed to camp above 2500,
I suggest you send an email to the site of the via alpina
