Hello and welcome to the readers,

I too returned yesterday from a trip of 6 days in anooaz Park.

Was amazing. The weather was great and of course mostly landscapes.

I left the prlonein with Greece.

I came to prlonein in the morning by bus from moteia after lunch in easy Jet flight to Jamaica. It seems that my flight to fly can't get same day to prlonein.

However the first day I went to the rafiog and enoose voice.

The next day, walk in a balcony until the arfon rafiog. An amazing day, and a relatively easier.

On the third day I went for a balcony with spectacular observations beyond South Valley and peaks and glaciers. I slept in a plan that relatively small rafiog ' ska and old character but very beautiful and successful.

On the fourth day I go in it as Greece with mild ups and downs until Porte de אורז'ר above the town of Oden. It is relatively large and rafiog access with the car so that there should be people and kids who come to these day courses and others. The rafiog ' itself (and the food) is very successful.

The next day my fifth gait started her long headings at the left in the forest and the landscape of rocks and glaciers to the abiia sound. Near the end of some sections of the snow/ice, but it's not complicated. The view is gorgeous both ways (mostly northward). 2796 sound level meters. The second descent requires concentration that has quite complex scenes where the slopes and you want not to skate. Anyhoo, after a short stretch of sloping decline leveled off across a field of רוג'ומים and hot rafiog ' brother-polest pclk that is relatively isolated and very nice and puts guests.

The 6th day of the trip pleasant and easy drop down until prlonein.

The weather me anyway. Rain fell every day after I arrived in rafiog. I had enjoyed and easy but I recommend to all lovers of quiet views out to the Park and anooaz.

About silent-during the hours in which the trip was and I felt very alone in nature and I feel great!

Upon completion of the anooaz and have 2-3 days before returning home the same used to end the last year's track at TMB him didn't have time to finish.

Rose from Chamonix Mont-Blanc cable car to plan-pratz (2000 m) and from there via the rafiog pleasure to Lac Blanc there sleeping in the Lac Blanc rafiog. Amazing. The next day I went through the famous scales up to target her bump and weave.

Must specify the drive very Mont prlonein to the tedious and long and need to replace something like 4. In short, public transport requires a full day ocen!

From Chamonix Mont-Blanc back to the airport in Geneva had an order with thousands of boss that they were effective. Also flights to Israel with easy Jet uncomfortable because your flight leaves at 7 am what I require accomodation near the airport. If there is anyone with easy Jet to change flight schedule (just!).

Until here.

Good luck to everyone.

Ehud

ELAL flight landed in the morning, had stolen a couple of hours to hang out then 1500 train theft to MOUTIERS, slept there overnight at HOTEL DE FAUBOURG. Explained. The next morning at 0800 PRAGLONAN and early bus to trek.

I need to change in CHAMBERY and luckily the theft late on 20 minutes to concussion but probably because it further out still train (there were other hikers) and moved on.
The weather was perfect. Not too hot because of the height. It rained only: 00 p.m. this afternoon and late evening. But not while walking.

What does. Didn't bother. Because of rain at night in REFUGE ARPONT solar system broke down, then said there was no hot water. And need to conserve electricity (although a generator, but for dinner) and therefore a problem in charging the batteries for. .. But eventually everything worked out except for hot water.

It's amazing how far the track seemed steep but not dangerous and difficult, just takes perseverance.

Hi, came back from a walk in the Park a week ago, was awesome!

Transport: flew with easyjet and thence via (http://www.sbb.ch/en/home.html) went to moutiers. The closest hotel to the central station, terminu (the hotel is locked at 10 pm and luckily we arrived five minutes before but you should pay attention to it). In the morning we went by bus to pralognan (buses of savoie).

In the city there are super and pralognan shops excursions for those who need gas or something (of course, precious few stores), there are also information where we bought a map of the reserve.

Cabins: cabins were. Each dinner includes soup, bread, and meat (rice, couscous), cheese and even dessert.

Col de la vanoise cabin was drying room for clothes (and a good thing, because it was rain all the way to us).

Loregere cabin has a shower with warm water.

Each cabin can shower with warm water for 5 minutes for 2.80 euro and all the beds with sheets, blankets and pillows.

Most of the huts was not, except maybe a small Tin container services and should carry out the trash with you.

Track:

Sunday-from pralognan la vanoise-col de.

4 hours walk. Is there a way we can take nice cabin. At first go between the trees but then the way more beautiful.

Monday-col de la vanoise to the arpont.

Tuesday-L ' arpont La fournecha. This cabin is small, but it knows the other travellers in the cabin and a family atmosphere. This cabin bathrooms were outside the cabin (less advisable because lying to shower?). On the way we ran into a flock of sheep and dog barking and intimidating. We started walking around when suddenly the shepherd came up on us and moved the sheep trail. Anyway from what I read these dogs weren't supposed to bite only to highlight to Shepherd somebody approaching.

Wednesday-la fournecha L ' orgere-via Col de la messa (because we also see bad to reteau d ' aussois). We started walking in seven and a half to two and a half cabin Bungalow invested because that needs her easy access from the road.

Thursday am. Modane city that wanted to go to torino in Italy and this is a central city more than pralognan. Two hours down the road is checked. When we arrived there just started French vacation and all the trains were full so we took the bus.

We ordered the huts (http://www.refuges-vanoise.com/portail/) but I don't know if it is necessary that always cabins and travellers who decided to sleep in the cabin that night. In addition we saw 2 people set up a tent near the cabins make the GR5 and use services that gives the cabin.

If you are from, so it doesn't matter if lunch are also available. It just shows the price you have to pay and you will be charged 10 EUR for the invitation and the others pay in cash only.

In general all the track well marked and difficult (not easy), it was just fun!

Hope you enjoy your trip!

Hello!
We are a couple who plans to do the route in September 2016.
We discussed about the size of the file. We get one big and small bag for day trips.
We have some questions, we'll be happy to help:
1. in terms of food, we eat dinner at rafiog. About breakfast, can cook in? If so, do I need to bring tools and gas? Or there's a cabins?
2. do I need to take out the trash. Or you can leave the cabins?
3. are there blankets on all cabins- It is necessary to bring a sleeping bag?
4. do the huts are equipped in terms of things like toilet paper, towels for a shower?

Hope someone sees this, pretty old entry.
(Grateful:

Dana and liran

Hey Dana and liran

What does a small pod-pod which blacksmiths? In any case there's no need for big butts backpack.
You need to take the minimum food for the day, warm clothing for evenings, storm liner for sleeping in cabins and other shoes to enter the cabin (sandals, crocs, slippers sticks). recommend to forum threads of the equipment or av1/tmb for more detailed equipment list.

About alotchm:
1 basically most of the cabins have a kitchen travelling and tools. But it doesn't exist in all the cabins and find out.
2. no garbage service cabins. All travel is responsible for clearing the garbage to the villages.
3. If there is anything that is missing in blankets, however all travel must bring linens. Bedding is a little heavy, so most visitors come with a liner of miles or kilometers summer. Anyway, no need for a bag of low temperature
4. not all cabins are equipped with shower, toilets are not always particularly indulgent services they don't show Bullseye rare. I wouldn't count on much less toilet paper for towels-bring them with you.

Enjoy!

Good morning

I slept in huts in the Park and they had hot water, comfortable services (No Bull) and toilet paper.

Incidentally, all the hot water without additional cost were free and without time limit.

Politically, it was a pleasant surprise compared to tour de Mont Blanc.

Good luck

Hello

We plan to get back on track six days with the clock next week Greece, starters and finished in Modane.

A clear with the great rafiog there are still a lot of snow on the West side of the track (Col de Chaviere and La Valette) but hard to understand is it possible to go there or not.

We are considering to reverse Greece track and then reach the snowy areas end, I guess I expected good weather these days.

Has anyone been lately and can report the situation? Recommendation? Ideas?

Thank you

Hello,

I'm not a great expert, but I know that you are not touring in the Alps on the date so early it is always a problem in terms of snow.

I traveled in oanoaz last year in mid-July and a little snow (NEVE) rising to COL and COL VANOISE CHAVIER (not for)

There were no problems at all.

I went with Greece but when the clock started and finished at prlonein.

Good luck!

Hello everyone,

I came back from five days in Vanoise and wanted to share track and experiences.

3 their friends went trekking Alpine huts Sunday but certainly not the last. With a rental car, we reached the trailhead in the circular on parking in the Valley between Roc de la Peche Refuge and Refuge at le Repoju is 5 km south of Pralognan la Vanoise-that is a village which is a great base for many routes. The following describes the path followed by some information to all interested parties.

Reading is fun

Day 1-car garage > la Vallete Refuge up 900 meters, 40 meters, 5.1 km

Park your car, arrange the time and hitting the road. The road starts at km of walking back in the Valley, up to the beginning of it. Cow bells, on the water, birdsong and the weather were a great backdrop to the trailhead. Arrive early, here the mountains look very tall and the sign shows 40 hours until cabin. We plan to go slow. Checking out and begin to climb. After about an hour of climbing into the greenery, crossed the channel and excellent coffee. Sagi cooks farm with cardamom. Coffee of heroes. Dates, almonds and muesli give energy for it. The changes Baker high green grass and flowering studs is walking in the garden. Sagi explains us about geology and geomorphology, and we nod and not sure if he knows or he invented everything.

In height and are starting to feel the effects around see the glaciers thaw and logical. During an early afternoon come to the first cabin. It's a Spartan cabin, which we still don't know. Run with an iron fist by the mother and two donkeys that download and loading equipment out of the Valley. Since we arrived early, there's time to explore the area. A short path leads us into a frozen lake and we're gaining courage part dip. A painful experience. The sun warms and decide on the couscous with the Spice Sage.

Return to the cabin and three seats in the upper berth in the bedroom looks crowded but I have no idea how. After bathing in the frozen lake we give up the shower. Dinner is served in a small dining room. The places marked by a sign with the name, it's the weekend and taken in the night. Vegetable soup, meat (not kosher) with lentils, cheese plate and dessert with chocolate and whipped cream pineapple. And delicious, maybe that will help me sleep. Finish the evening tea plants and get into bed. She's really sleeping shoulder to shoulder and we are trying to cope. The dinner legumes affect mood and fart up sounds of sauerkraut laugh all berths. Try to keep quiet and not laugh out loud causing the eyes to tear. Somehow fall asleep till morning.

2 Refuge la Valette---> Refuge du Col de la Vanoise up 1100 m, down 11.9 km, 1190 m.

Wake up early, temperature 17 degrees Celsius and the skies clear, perfect for walking. In the morning, take a picnic bag to anyone who subsequently proved horribly wrong. The bag contains: 3 slices of bread, a slice of cheese, slice of ham, Apple juice in a small cardboard box of bulgur salad, Apple marmalade, chocolate, peach Shortcake and a bag of potato chips! The bag produces mainly manure, which should carry the rest of the track. Eat picnic bag for four days. The track rises and falls, two Belgian brothers who sat with us for dinner leaving us in the dust trail, at some point they settled on crampons and we seek to bypass the steep shlogit. The road takes us into the valley below the Col du Grand Marchet where we break for coffee and eat something picnic bag

Someone appears on us and asks if us thermal mattress. It's not ours because we planned to sleep out there but perhaps fell to Belgium during the Assembly with crampons. I put the mattress in case. The mattress and add picnic bag me pound that I start to feel well. Rise and murderous drop bar on the other side. Crossing the streams and logical and mostly going carefully. The trail descends and ascends again and can go half an hour until the next cabin, but I insist to get to Lac des Vaches with stones outside it and so we are on the side of the Valley, down the other side and start the climb to the Lake and to the cabin, if you can call that the renewed structure in cabin

We arrive at 7:00 ratotim. Kindly do us and upper shoulders massage and Yoga Workshop Editor guy. Dinner meeting of Belgium and I ask them to the mat. They watch with joy. During the meal they invite themselves jug wine and I handed them the Cup and that payment for carrying the mattress. They smile politely but only after seeing that I poured wine and serious pleasure. After dinner and the body is filled with energy and time to recharge the phones. Herbal tea sitting in the dining room asking if anyone knows what's going on in the playoffs. Nobody knows or who don't want to say, only in the morning we will discover that France lost. Sit and interview the walk of the day and go to sleep after we saw the weather forecast for tomorrow-rain אחרה"צ.

Day 3 Refuge du Col de la Vanoise---> Refuge at l ' Arpont up 350 m, 560 m, 13.8 km

And that guy get up early and I don't join them early morning in the dining room, muscles sore from yesterday's effort and they're over. Most people in the cabin were going towards us and meet them in the next cabin. The weather continues to illuminate face and we were going at a good rate. After an hour walk to get to the bunker from the second sent and Memorial to the soldiers. By rotating the bunker a few females of the mountain goat and other marmots that we've seen throughout the track. Crossing a field of boulders and settlers to morning coffee.

Continuing an hour and see the front perfect peak of Dome de Chasseforet that reminds me of 20 years ago and alpamio. Reach the small lake and dipping it dunking lunch. That guy get in and we're Black mud to dry. Suddenly the Sun hiding among the clouds and we hurry to fold and walk. See the rain is coming. The path keeps comfortable contour line above the Valley, relative begins to drip and just five minutes before the rain gets stronger. Comes relatively early, but the program to get to Lac de l ' Arpont is cancelled due to rain. Sagi prepares Couscous and more we allow ourselves some rest. We got a room for six and half joined family arrived wet.

L ' arpont is certainly the flagship of the track. Her renewed construction ended two years ago and provides great services and high quality. Eating dinner together with about 130, pea soup, Spaghetti Bolognese, cheese plate and dessert to choose from-chocolate mousse, creme Brulee, or no recommendations at this time. Don't embarrass any restaurant. After dinner remains sit and talk in the dining room because you externally continues. -Weather wet. Go to bed hoping the forecast ttveda.

Day 4 Refuge l ' Arpont---> la Fournache Refuge up 850 m, down 790 m, 16.6 km

Start your morning early, taking a few pieces of cake road and weather looks cloudy. The Sun even a blowjob for a second but immediately covered clouds. Go an hour and a half without rain then begins to drip maintains fairly quickly. The rain coat and leave. Rain each going at their own pace, at one point visibility drops to 20 m and I no longer see Noam and Sagi. Hope they're not coming down the trail. If there's a problem they iishrko.

In a fog I concentrate on what I see on the trail and its vegetation, flowers of all kinds and colors, just beautiful. On top of playing me for an hour an oldie-ain't no mountain high enough. After about an hour the rain weakened and I'm waiting for my friends that appear after a few minutes, moving together and renew rain for half an hour. At the next break from making coffee and eating the cake slices. Sagi discovers that honey cake that flying him to other worlds. Eat more remains of the picnic bag from day one and only renewed rain forced us to fold it up and keep going. Walking in thick fog until idle ski resort and an hour to the lodge. The rain never stops, and only its intensity varies. To the cabin arrive at 13:00 and think what to do.

Pleasantly surprised at the decision again and massage-be brave and go falling to sleep this afternoon! As we are doing also other travelers and we get up at 6:00 almost booked but with renewed energy. Great dinner and roast it makes the Sagi. After conferring about the type of tomorrow and hope the show will be good. Probably, but rain clouds.

Day 5 Refuge la-Fournache > car garage up 680 m, 1280 m, 13.3 km

The day begins with clouds and mist in the Valley but without rain. The shoes a little more moisture, it doesn't bother anyone. We decided not to linger in order to get the car to stay at a reasonable time for a nice meal and searching for souvenirs before travelling back to Jersey. We're going one hour up to Refuge du Fond de l ' Aussois, on the edge of a meadow where cows graze just below. We hishim and measures of time until the bar. In large snow fields via cross lightly. Come to Aussois and Col d ' guy declares that until now he gave respect to snow, but here he was going to skate on it. After two successful attempts of skating on the Cape, and Sagi return. Tea time with dates and almonds and leftover Mosley. Frozen groups are given hot tea and coffee guy makes round it we drink in the shelter from the wind who freezes.

The clouds disrupted the program go to the observation deck at a height of 3016 m and we settled down in the fog. Downhill snow amounts have the temperature drops to zero, so the hands begin to freeze around the clubs. Carefully down time and clouds slowly disperse and already you can see the Valley. The mountain peaks are still covered with clouds. Come to the edge of the drop and find cattle and dairy farms. Each pound cheese buyer to bring home and that rain doesn't bother us in the Valley to the rental car. The end.

Getting back:

We arrived in a flight from easyJet and in less than two hours we were in the rental car heading south. We arrived at 9 pm Pralognan-enough time to get something to eat and go to bed. In the back there is the hotel close to the airport because the flight is flight in the morning and the car should return the night before. There is no way to stay at the airport because it's locked and empty. The vehicle allows convenience and saves time.

Cabins:

La Vallete-small, very dense, if full, one-bedroom, Bulls, an outdoor shower 2 euro for five minutes. Camping. Gorgeous views. No jacks. There are cellular.

Col de la Vanoise?, 16 rooms, people, services, internal showers 2 euro for five minutes. Charging outlets. We haven't seen. Self cooking kitchen. Cellular reception is weak. A central location.

L ' Arpont-very large rooms, Nice staff, superb food, toilets, shower € 2.80 inner 5 minutes. Charging outlets in the dining room. There is a kitchen for own use. I count seven tents next to the cabin. Cellular reception is weak.

La Fournache – small, super friendly family. Restrooms tidy and clean (no toilet seats), outdoor shower 2 euro for five minutes. Charging outlets in the dining room. We haven't seen.

All cabins booked was full or nearly full, so reservation is a must. It must decide beforehand on the track and sections. If you want flexibility, you need to take. On each bed was at least one blanket and pillow. People are allowed to sleep with liner only. Crocs flip flops were each cabin number. Dinner was delicious and generally the match certainly went out for a walk without feeling heavy. Picnic bags can be enough for two people for two days, we're supposed to start and only one other bluff on the other days. The payment operations after dinner and then closed about a breakfast picnic bag if want.

Equipment:

Discussions on effective forum for equipment including the discussion on the dates that puts me smile whenever I remembered.

Yes, Palm and almond pound Mosley and pound couscous. Mexico lipczer each cup with quick release for drinking from streams except 2 750 ml bottles.

A raincoat and a duty and walking sticks, without them I don't know how we'd cross the steep shlogieth.

In summary-a short circuit Trek, comfortable, medium difficulty level (except the second day our high difficulty level), stunning views, excellent food. What else is there to ask for?

Go explore!
