Well today I called Henry at 8 and watch it.
He said he would fix my tent today and send it! After two and a half months that his tent he will fix it. I was so shocked that I couldn't even get mad.

I think it was an unfortunate mistake on the part of Henry (although not admitted).
I don't think the correction takes so much time and a lot of people rave about the service. I think just my tent fell somewhere between the cracks and forgotten.
