Hi there. I'm going to Israel for two weeks like this in Flash and decision right now, I don't have shoes.

However, I have tzimmer's Sandals are good and strong.

Two weeks notice before I'm afraid to go out to buy, invest a lot of money for what I could understand, and convenient prison to press, initial difficulties adapting to a new shoe and excess equipment.

What do you offer? From your experience better than that, does anyone do for sandals? Or have other suggestions? Recommendation for a shoe that is comfortable from the first moment. I would love any advice and comment.

Many thanks:)

I saw people walking with sandals. There is risk of injury especially in ankles, unless you physically fit great and your ankles stronger. I don't think that's the case.

Don't sell me w e e k e Sandals n d but that's just not the site for you. Go tomorrow morning and proper shoe for your foot and put off the trip in two weeks.

Even if you find a comfortable shoe once required to break it first. Go with the shoe all day every day, including hiking in three weeks.

Ma, when I write English without vampire weekend, it switched to tzimmer? What is this?

Ok. The obalati. Thank you very much!

It is not possible to postpone the trip, so I'm going tomorrow morning to buy shoes and settle for a week and a bit of plowing them. Be fine:)

Thanks again!

Try to buy shoes and soft shoes with hard soles, it takes a long time to break them.

Keep at least one size above your usual size. The decision to go to Flash for good. What about fitness? Other gear

Tzimmer

True, very strange-probably one of the promotional gimmicks. Amusing.

So this is not going to be okay. If you don't come out well prepared in every way, just as experienced people say, and everything you want in a spontaneous decision, very likely won't reach.

The old trail as quickly as lift it. "Devil" haste is a proverb for those who aren't ready for. Recommend you to download the introduction of writing and reading.

After you call might realize that lshbill leave ready to go at least.

So go for with Sandals "sounds right. Do you consult?

On a constructive and positive – many experienced writers here saw cases of hikers who drop the trail a few days later because of blisters, inflammation in the tendon/tiibshoyoth etc.

It is precisely because we want to have a positive and enjoyable experience so you record these tips – the goal is not to pressure anyone. Indeed, some were for root slippers and 22 kg shell, it can and will.
For most people this is not the case.

Good luck anyway! HarmonicWave 41149.5377314815

How to-if you want to run a marathon, "was coming out of a feeling? Of course not.

Israel National Trail is no joke, this is a difficult path, weight on your back, walk hard, have stamina and need to forge your feet to prevent blisters and wear proper shoe ngrev. Who doesn't like making sure everyone said to find itself off the trail. The statistics we have says bdishon down 50 percent were left for three days earlier at Kibbutz Dan.

The trail is not survival, for it and you need to organize them.

Do not buy Gore-Tex even if they try to push you.

For this time of year, water proofing is the last thing you need.

Go for light and airy shoe for warm weather.

I recommend Thermaltake VASQUE BREEZE (also women)

And take even sandals. The long stretch along the seafront hayarkon thing and all kinds of soft parts that aren't problematic for me and recommended. In the Rocky Mountains and only shoes.

I agree, sucks out the path and stop in the Middle, but not so bad as that. We were a small country and a place on the trail near the village. Sucks but not dangerous to stop, to give a bit of ego, to regroup. And go back after a day or two.

In the end I went for grisport scamo ' shoes-anyone tried? Recommend? Or vice versa?

I bought a size and a half. Opaque they indeed, but I realize this is a technique that allows the foot to breathe too. They also did not easy as expected, but are convenient, and I'm going to break them in some digging ... ... ...

I understand and appreciate the desire to obtain and come prepared and peak physical fitness, but I guess each and every one of you used to start bilists 19, without a lot of budget and of course Greece, and especially with an unbridled spontaneity and desire to learn from their own mistakes. Can connect to my place just feels a little rushed and stressed unduly.

(Incidentally, except shoes I find now that I lack gear, so if anyone has a backpack fits that he is willing to borrow for two months or it would be, mevorach kg I and get this week also Tel Aviv area I'd rather not buy them right now because it's things I'd like to find out more, ask and if you need to order from abroad will be bad and unwise to buy them:).)

We understand you're stressed and admit the truth, justice. I determined which is nice. Get ready to get off the trail after a few days and go home.

It's not so bad, you learn something about yourself. Enjoy time on the trail.

I'd be happy to lend you that he hung in the closet a long time but I hope to act. If you want to see in the contact.

I see you drunk to walk well shoes.
Because you don't have enough time to adjust the shoe, and read the entry:
Http://www.hike.co.il/posts/t68480% d7% 94% d7% aa% d7% 99% d7% 99% d7% a2% d7% a6% d7% 95% d7% aa% d7% 91% d7% a7% d7% a9% d7% a8% d7% 9c% d7% a0% d7% a2% d7% 9c% d7% 99% d7% 99% d7% points

I know personally several people with sandals in the hardest routes imaginable, but the same people going for years so that the Sayles ' family garage, their skin and muscles of the foot and ankle were that over time to lower risk and it does not come in one day or several weeks.
It is possible to get used to everything and gain strength during the trail but one mistake enough to twist my ankle, hit the nails, bare foot, etc. and therefore high shoes will always be my priority if it cause more warts and itching than open sandals.
