Hey guys, I'm going to start the path soon (end of month), and I was wondering if there is a recommendation for the amount of time to exercise, to download. And recommendations for ways that were most effective for this purpose. Now I'm ready for more since the last time I did for sections, but I've experienced of what happens you don't practice enough.
Thanks, avichai.

Thank you! I have 3 weeks until the scheduled start date. I've now started to get out of the House to the train station and back away (3 miles each day with small bag on your back), besides routine training in the gym and I do some exploring of some 10-15 miles, hope this time I can prepare properly.

Join the recommendation of yankele about preparatory trips with the weight on your back-match them to hot weather, of course.

For me is more important than akushr (which can be build during the gradual and cautious walk) to accustom the body to this trip, I mean my back shoulders and arms for the case that you intend to carry, and the legs and muscles, blisters, bruises, muscle aches, etc.
This can be done by the imaging source. Take a few days in the area designated in the Israel National Trail (INT) and for at least a few times before the big trip.
So you can evaluate the necessary equipment to take with you.

Three weeks is not much but better than nothing.

Six days a week, since the first walk in space conditions for at least 5-6 miles with a backpack 5 kg. For weekend add up to 2 kg in aggregate and add lifts and stairs in high-rise House. Step ups and downs.

Each week add a little harder but not necessarily km weight overload, UPS and downs,.

Practice walking shoes and hiking clothes. After a week and a half weeks to get to practice with the cartridge out with for and 10 kg, see how he sits, where and how you live with shmpf.

Most importantly, great shoe if than usual and a sock.
