Hello to everyone

The American cousin comes to Earth and offered for shop REI near work and get me. I decided I needed a 50 liter backpack to cover the gap between my big backpack (65 + 15) to Daypack, and enough for 10 days in Slovenia this summer (I got old really need to carry less!).

I'm torn between three backpacks I saw there:
1. TNF 50 Alteo
2. REI Flash 50
Kelty Pawnee 3.

The TNF shell as winking at me, I think the combination of practicality, with rave reviews and weight, although it is expensive at $ 50 than REI (Kelty Tin crocodile even at 70 dollars!).

Anyone have any experience with one of these pods or the like, or just another thought point
[I already have two years day packs of TNF, great and small, and I am pleased with both heels]

Thank you!

How much weight are you going to carry it?
Consider also cases of OSPREY (eg the TALON 44)?

In not more than 10 kg (for the summer tour we if we get more than 6-7 kg excluding water apparently failed, but anyway this unpretentious little destination).
I was glad it would be a case that can carry a bit more if necessary (3 days trip in the Negev. take 80 litre anyway).

It is not clear why you have 50 liter backpack for weights up to 10 pounds, especially if you have a pod of 65 + 15 cases of heavier weight.

As one who doesn't like to save on the expense of weight, I get along easily with 12-16 kg in trips over one day with 44 gallon case without putting anything out there. (Same as TALON 44 OSPRAY Harmonix)

Backpacks suitable for weights up to 10 pounds even weigh much less than others and therefore perhaps worth you to see smaller pods or without frame.

Well, both the Osprey and the Deuter also looks Smasher.
Unfortunately there is no place to cousin to carry a backpack, I will continue to say until the next time.
