Hey you:)
I plan to do soon Israel National Trail (most now and the rest in the fall) and need some tips about equipment. I learned a lot reading here on the Forum and would love to.

Shoe.
I'm deciding between two models of old Oslo-pigeon and Clipper. Does anyone have any experience with them? Or recommendation to another shoe
Some information I have and I have problematic ankle lock hold high rigid leg really well (+ option to iircast who knows). I + case weigh together barely 70 pounds, so most of these shoes soles are hard for me (the sole of comfortable EVA, but generally comes in lower shoes).

Madras-shoe in question, is there a point in Madras (SPF)? The goal is to add softening.
Impressed with them in the store, but I don't know anyone who tried them.

Sock-sock's disadvantage?
Bought socks coolmax of ricochet and I sweat them really. I'm going with daily high + shoe Gore-Tex (like planning a trip) but with a thin sock which is rather cool.

Ndefot shirts for women-where can I buy cheap? Does the desert's shirts snow resistance? (Seen perform them)

It is in the meantime)
Thank you

Aetrex offers to store products for orthopedics to match arch support especially because of the ankle problem ".
I wear stockings live kolmaks minute "Leiner" under a sock. Thin sock takes the sweat out and a thick sock hanging on thanks to a thin sock.
Thin sock alone is not good because you created a terrible friction between the foot and shoe, and it's a recipe sure to blisters and blisters.

The old Oslo Clipper looks not bad. Look for reviews on the net as in TOP DESTINATIONS REVIEWS site

Thanks for the answer)

I'm not going in der footholds-my good walks despite ankle so I don't see the point in a custom orthotic, and expensive. The thought is more about curbing shocks/Add.

The second shoe is one-http://www.asolo.com/eng/prod_det.php?area=3&catid=23&itemid=253
The country must sell older production of Greece that is different (grey + blue)

I have ankle problems for several years.
Personally very difficult for me to go in sequence with iircast and he really ruins your shoes. (Also work inside and extends significant shoe)
I have a better experience with this type
Damage ankle brace

I tried to go with a very high shoes and like old Oslo TPS or soft shoes and even lower surface run shoes, can't say high shoe "held" my ankle in a significant way, which really helps it support as iircast or DAMAGE and much more comfortable to wear them over time in a shoe.
And of course 2 walking sticks help. Leibman2 41383.0095833333

Two walking sticks is a must for anyone who suffers from any type of difficulties/problems. I have knee problems, and the difference between with or without sticks is if I'm done or not done.

I personally do feel that high shoe holding my ankle, and I feel less attest almost dislocated. But I don't have a problem with my ankle.

The ircast is a horror. I need to correct myself-I'm using irsport (rather than the usual irckst) is very similar to DAMAGE.

I always nokath the foot in the shoe or sandal low. High shoe hasn't succeeded. I hope never to use irsport most runway only tracks "deadlines"

Of course I bought. Probably take me some time to get used to them, but it's a welcome addition.

The Clipper without shock absorber. Very rigid but durable shoe with good gripping surface

Not everything is the sister with the disease and the addition of about 100 dollars.

I would recommend checking the ZG-65 ascarpa, very successful and balances between cards.

About sticks, required for any travel for sure when it comes to a long walk with weight. Helps to avoid injuries and falls (an extra pair of legs)

Good luck!
