Hee:)
I want to buy a tent and since I am not a fan of tents I don't know exactly what I want and what options would love to take your advice.

The main objective of the tent is the southern end of the trail in autumn and would serve me well later on in Israel and abroad. the aim is protection from rain (I + backpack) and private individuals you're asleep.
The most important requirement is a lightweight (1.1.3 kg is better of course)-I travel with ease and can be based on them should. Because I travel alone I think that color not tent.

This is a great cost-500 NIS 1,000 as far as I'm concerned it has been exaggerated.
Can buy land or physical store in Los Angeles or bought in Europe, the United States and to send away in the mail.

I searched a bit on the Internet and saw this tent I liked because it is modular, but I don't know if this tent is easy to use and I have no idea who the company.

I would love any advice

I wasn't going for the cotoma.
In the South it is recommended to take only one part of the tent that contained contained, nor cover too. I did once, at the beginning, the mistake of sleeping in the garage may with tent 2 layers. Sweat baths.

Recommends to examine in depth the message of Amtrak, which I quote here. This is a great opportunity for a lightweight tent-850 g-good manufacturer good price of long-term travelers tents. It is a little small but OK. Organizers of a physical delivery address in LA came:

"They started to produce the Lunar Solo 2012 abroad (overseas, not ours), and export them in 7oz is heavier than the original model (30 instead of 27 total 850 grams), so they're selling the revealed at a special price of $ 150, if anyone here is interested. Can be a good deal.

Thanks:)
Regarding the questions raised-looking single tent + big bag (my height is 1.60)
In terms of structure, I really don't like tents and therefore not going to crash much or sit on it. In all my long trips used the tent twice in total (including the northern half of the path). So if there is a difference in the weights, I prefer comfort over weight)
The tent is designed to be used only in the rain, wind and cold and you're asleep to someone at Court and want privacy.

About the Lunar Solo 2012 look now on the specification and certainly come back with questions.

Travels, recommend you to invest in your only tent (literally only)
The tent is not something only for buyers. Like you said you intend to travel overseas as well, with more cold and rainy weather.

Take your time and look at some options and try to increase the budget institutions that can bring something of high quality.

I have the tarptant of Appy Trails
Http://appytrails.com/at_three_man.html

Advantages.
1) easy
2) very spacious (2 people who die at each other + incoming equipment easily)
3) cheap.

Disadvantages.
1) and full tent tarptant (floor)-for me it's an advantage, but requires a bit more time and skill in construction
2) not very resistant to storms and rain-in my experience, things you encounter is going to work great, but for trips abroad considering buying more sophisticated or tent tarptant really.
