Welcome to the Forum

Difficulty is relative. Some 10 km difficult, others go lightly miles without a problem. What matters is the gym went slower, because he's the walking group sets the pace.

We do not know if you have experience in such travel, whether you are hiking equipment for three days "on his back" If you intend to stay or bed and breakfast or elsewhere.
We do not know if you have some guide maps of Israel (if any) you are and how you plan to get to the starting point and the ending point.

Please get back to us with answers to these important questions. We will be happy to advise you, but without this information any answer would not be effective or ineffective. Nthei 41556.801412037

Start by themselves (or Nimrod) and go south as much as you can.

Thanks for the responses. Really missing some info:)
We want to sleep in a tent and carry everything on your back. We walked like this in the past and we fit. We have no problem to go big, but rather without steep increases.
We prefer to travel north because we think still too hot during the day to explore.
We leave the car at the end of the runway and go back to the beginning. We will be happy to advice also.
We look forward to any advice you have:)

Some options:
1. as this offered-Nimrod to where you arrive.
There is a stream, recoveries and sternbergias colchicums is definitely a track worth
Sunday alone, two finished the roaring lion, in כ"ל Castle, note: do not enter the stream time Temple before dusk onwards.

2. because the bridge part welcome to Spring Creek sanctuary less interesting for my taste (maybe except the change made for recently), I would recommend you explore the Safed (washed) to Qal'at al-28 (or SA node)
Sunday, get as Bess, and go up the road to Amud stream, the garage, surfaced to the top of the Miron and fortune humaima garage (or in camping of Miss Meron)
Get off the road Monday and fertilization crayon Alma bridge. If you are in shape and the light of day, finish in Naftali. One of the romantic places for Despite threatening signs, where accommodation is allowed and the water tap military base.
Tuesday finish at yesha, the climb to the Castle and you can lose the Palmach until the junction for yesha, there at the gas station parking lot you can put it on your car.
The advantage of this route quite good access to public transportation for two (Safed need to take a taxi as Hobbs)
The disadvantage-and crowded, but if you don't have a fitness problem.
There are no steep increases, there's no challenging characters and lots of magical points.
The second Forum I run there is a thread for most proposed way, in the opposite direction.
We invite you to explore here. Nthei 41557.8652083333

Thanks Nati!
Would you recommend to do this route from North to South or vice versa?

Go from North to South.

If you go in sequence. Three days with no hops help logistically.

[QUOTE = Nini] thanks Nati!

Recommended from South to North, the main considerations were logistical--to put the vehicle in a safe and accessible point for public transport and the c-save the relatively difficult climbing route 90 to 28 Castle and river overflow page (although this last less awful.)
The route also offered beautiful yankele though I'm less fond of walking on asphalt and dirt roadsntheiextensions41560.7520023148
