Hey .... I'm 23 loose after an hour and a half, and before school. Planning to date for Corporation in early February from South to North. Because it just got laisegr help on some questions:

1. I am 23 years old and after army and all. But not in top shape! I don't know if that's enough to start straight of the Eilat mountains without despair in the early days (the question). You know what to do about the remaining two weeks. Or just start gradually and to handle the personal rate decide (with partners)

2. I bought most of the equipment needed for a trip and recently also invited canes. But can you tell me the equipment I used oseim from experience, beyond basic things? Things you don't think about them and they usually will make the trip?

3. all preparation for the southern part, landfills, rides, Trail Angel etc. So that I have a girlfriend who made two years ago the path and recommended me to all sorts of places to atmanot but I'm sure things have changed and some places are no longer relevant. I'd like you to help me in the topic! Where should Know another way of paying for each landfill to laid- How much in advance should I atmin? A lot of pressure on me, that won't be enough is it.

I'm sure you will all kinds of tips on various topics. I would like to receive any additional tip! Or things to think about to close before exiting.

Good week :)

An hour and a half set? What did you do that was so bad? Just

Hi scenic anyway glad you decided to celebrate the release with Israel be-that's exactly what I did. No regrets!

1. start from the South is certainly not easy, not even But it's hard to tell a person what to do in order to prepare physically for longer, should be fit. Just in general fitness. Exercise for prolonged walks with heavy shouldn't so health. Man son in good shape overall, the particular need to go well for him alone during long coming.

This is my personal opinion on the subject. Yes, I'm aware that some people disagree with me and my friends from overseas training forms before keyboard characters with trekking with the weight on your back. I think it's better when it comes to someone who is not used to these things.

What to do in the two weeks left? I was starting to run running volume to build cardio and muscle endurance. Stop smoking if you smoke. Here's what I can think of for a period of time so kzerchmo weeks.

2. most of the equipment? Make a list of all your gear and her publishers as ansh. Me and the other members would be happy to move it and respond.

3. why should I have to pay for atmanot? I think atmanot should do alone, it is a very serious subject. Also, it's really fun, I still remember the atmanot with a rented SUV.  Take your friends organize food and water and go to work. I'd like to help topic.

Here is a link hoikishbil mirror-we should move him. atmanot list

Mirror here trail Angels list recommend you ttadpisi it and hold for to eat to let you come.

The most basic thing you can do is to consider a case that's going to be on the track himself, wearing the socks/shoes take a trip and start to hang out with at home, starting a half hour and increasing every day for half an hour and if it is possible to add gradually tougher terrain such as UPS/stones/streams. So the legs, muscles, back and shoulders start to get used to.

Obviously waaaay is a certain percentage of people and indeed naturally entering trips without any prior preparation, but unfortunately most of us don't and to enjoy the trip without pains and blisters need prior preparation.

Band-AIDS "different quality" and any simple, utilitarian, release muscle massage.

Good week :)

To set deadlines for reaching certain areas and share the first few days, especially how it possible to short pieces to build the "fitness" trips.

February is the wet season and flooding especially in the South and therefore recommend to weather and often avoid entering streams in narrow crevices when there is fear of floods.

Don't know if you take a tent or not, but without the tent we strongly recommend less mosquito repellant and sunscreen, especially flies in the desert and close to water.

When going in a group often don't notice that walking in someone else's cabch leading and personal rhythm that can cause unnecessary abrasion, fatigue and other problems and so always walk at your own pace, even if it means waiting for you/wait for others.

Good luck.

You have no problem with physical fitness. Recommend that you consider you part of Eilat to do fingers about a week/Eliphas four days.

And should enable Greece.

On the first day jump on a ride or taxi Netafim crossing and from there down. Take only what you need in a backpack that day.

The next day go back to the same place (or a cab ride) and black night garage.

On the third day, keep the garage uterus/copy (that's another 3.5 km Be'er ORA)

On the fourth day to prevent (Eliphas)

On the fifth day.

Friday: parking lot overnight to prevent candy bar

7th day: candy bar for fingers.

Try to go up from Eilat to prevent three days could end in Tel Aviv bus.
