For the duration of the path, I could make out the part between Khan saronim (/gap grottoes) Sapphire.

I'm in pretty good shape (especially with a small bag of today). For example, I did the track parking lot for Oron below separately, with short right for black after exiting from the escarpment of Wadi oedipoda in 8 hours (I think this is about 25 km), it is also the only route for the North to SDE Boker that left it at a rate of less than 3 mph (usually it ranges from 4 to 5). East Harmon (32 km) long but less difficult.

Would love to hear from people who have done both routes are East Harmon will be hard, tedious or not.

Of course if I do this track before (among others) it was a good day in terms of m, having 11 hours of light and take a toss that can reach the area if something goes wrong.

The Sapphire tones to the mfar 46 km 900 meters out with ups and downs 1600 meters. It's less about the Khan saronim 7 km that is still going out that 38-39 km a day trip.

You can watch the recording here: http://www.gpsies.com/map.do?fileId=uwzffzzhctlnshry&authkey=F0A6A150C06065961824B643BCB692FADEE2BB9C321F8D8F

Done in two days.

"The track parking lot for Oron below separately"-is around 26 km and more or less the same difficulty on average for comparison (except for Nahal oedipoda very inhibitor).

To say it's not possible I can't because I did these with walks, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Why is it good?
Is set or run or preparation for consolidation?

Last week (Tuesday-11/3) walked the parking lot below separately due to the computer side (including the head point deviations and Mrs. Eve), it took me a little over nine hours. I think it is a track of approximately 31 km visibility was excellent and there was water on the track, including low flow and stream back from the farm.

The length of this route is already close to the length of the route and the cumulative quantity harem of serious seems like lifts, so it gives me some more confidence I can do track one day (of course, I'll rest scene).

Ellie even recording, mfar grottoes (after the u-turn, which already did once) to the rear entrance to the Sapphire has about 33 km (that's what I also saw other recordings).

S. K-I'm going rate is the rate at which Lee and I really enjoyed it. I'm not even running, the main reason for my average rate is of major outages of 15-20 minutes (only three of these during long trips) and instead, a lot of stoppages for a minute or two for photography/imagery/views in series.
