Hello friends,

My nephew (14) and I (a girl too. But that's) plan the Golan double journey before the seder.

He's a superhero, long-distance runner, rich experience and perfect in General so I don't worry at all about walking with "boy" (if I have to worry that I don't keep up. ).

But still ... I'm responsible for a minor. And I'm not used to it. (My sister totally trust me to give her a diamond safely. )
Also, very important to me and very have (if I can) so successful (because I'm digging him for years on all kinds of treks in the world and want to get right in the parshit. And I'm just sick of him and he deserves it-boy from d-Jerusalem!)

So- I'd be very very and I would appreciate any advice/warning/note/relevant feedback can have a trip or just to help (need your support. ).

I want the truth in warnings (...) if some about dangers on the way (sections with complicated offenses problematic sections to navigate other dangers?). In addition to recommendations like camping areas? (Really don't have to be an organized site with all shidrogim if both would prefer a remote and isolated places, ""); Restaurants/buffets featured way; Both lovers-whether living areas are recommended that can stop them without excessive deviation. we look forward or on special attractions (thinking about slides in Manara holiday).
In short ... Throw-I appreciate any opinion, idea or advice-maximum use of time.

Some more information on our current programme:

Read the first chapter in the Red Book and the Green Book, and decided that the best match for us to go to the Israel trail Nimrod the first day (according to the route described in the book) and the first two days of the trail (Fort and dry, more or less).

We go with a tent and stay in it but getting ready to eat (and cook alone, I don't want to risk the health of Ron ... ).

Our Division will be flexible (as previously mentioned we are a tent) but mostly will probably pretty standard.
Yes, I'm aware of the change in the route for day 2 and ecetid weekend trail map.

What else?

Thanks in advance!

Amber

A good plan. Go easy on the first day and linger over the Banias waterfall delivering it.

Now strong. You can stay in the camping community (at the entrance to the settlement from Banias).

There is a small community so that there is no problem to buy food. In Nahal Snir () coddle

Him lunch with fish. All other standard terms.

The change above Kiryat Shmona is easy to follow. If you want to map out a new edition of 2014 of map 1.

Route description of the change and a little here: http://shvilisrael.myfastforum.org/about1920.html

Have a good time.

I think the first two days of Israel (excluding the Banias) not a big hit.
I was going to track sea water more attractive.

Mmmm ... The most interesting opinion, thanks!

It seems to me that "water" in full 3 days won't make it. But I read some more and decide!

I did the "sea to sea" in three days just before Passover-year walk of approximately 20 km a day.
Starting Sunday at around 10:00 hardlit sort through Nahal kziv to alkush bridge
Monday's alkush bridge through upper kziv stream's parking lot to the Miron page (you can also conclude shortly before the warp)
Tuesday's garage Amud to ginosar (getting around 6:00 p.m.)

Highly recommended route, full of water, a lot of green, not difficult.
If you'd like details matter.

Many thanks Tomer!

I decide this weekend if we change as Greece (have more time to study the material).

The tendency is still for that additional comments be received gladly.

Amber my cousin too cool and shkianit! I also try to be that.

Another option is to start from Kfar giladi SA Citadel (the way very beautiful views and great temple stream, but this long-maybe we can start a Kiryat Shmona).
The next day you can go from innocent to Dalton Castle, and on the third day to mount Meron. This way you are also close to the start/end civilization. "every day, in case you want to cut, to obtain.

Sea water.

If you have any more ideas.

Amber, just a tiny tip for now:

You can overcome it limit you specify, and earn almost half a day if you use bus cross to Kiryat Shmona, or one of the trains to Nahariya.

Bus cross promises exhausting trip for those who sleep on the road, but when you start to go during the early morning, the fatigue fades.

Join the blessings. Nice motivatia!

Need to duplicate some kids like your nephew and spread throughout the country.

Regarding the sea walk, watch what they wrote on the subject.

I think the execution route in 3 days requires ability and pace to benefit and not suitable for a specified type.

Wow-thank you friends!

In the meantime, I've been thinking a bit, and stick to the original plan.

The reasons:

1. because we both actually nilavim as the first thing-Nimrod (I personally "blame" the יענק'לה and Ron really wants to start right at the edge of land near Mount Hermon ".)

2. transportation to the start and relatively easy end us further plans (have to be practical too, especially in short). Including a very easy logistics (including meals, right on the way).

3. "sea to sea" seems to me for three days TREK (shbshlishi we can't finish too late). Ron stated that "Trek"-first admit-while Alessio.

4. the bottom line: the more I think about it and how we talk about it. "most Israel come to us". We see this as a kind of "just the beginning". And so as we start right from the beginning.

Other great ideas and you know ... Until we all can still change. So throw another free opinions.

The sea water I have been "obligated" to do on another occasion. For some reason when I read about before planning is less excited me and I fell pretty quickly (probably too fast).

So our direction is still: the Nimrod and walk south (The exact end point less important, a few possible exit points marked).

And again-thank you for your responses!

Hi amber,

Although I haven't had a chance to read the book red/green and did not know what exactly the offer, but recommend the route:

1) on the first day-arrival by bus to the intersection then cycles/Walnut Cruiser Memorial decreased circulating stream (a short but beautiful and surprising with boulders) 1132 until blue route for Nimrod Nimrod fortress tour-> and exit through the green to the Banias-1151 > away through the Banias reserve the blue route (including the bridge)-> exit 1164 reservation and continue on the path of Nahal Hermon 1165-black > continue on red-1166 > continue with black track and then Springs accommodation 1165 tzahar (just outside the nature reserve By the rest of the community) or walk to Laurel camping or even more recommended walk Tal Grove and is there. -Leaves around 12-14 miles with 250 m and 900 m decreases.

2) on the second day-> walk along river Tal around Dafna (not marked but pretty obvious) to the Dan and connection to Israel and of course for entering Tel Dan reserve and NIR-> best practices in a parking lot in the intersection.  Out approximately 20 miles with 100 m decreases/increases.

3) on the third day-> continue walking along a trail until Israel split for costs to Manara cliff, geological trail, and then increase to 2047 Manara cable car down to Headquarters. Out about 15 miles with approximately 1000 meters and 250 meters ups downs. (Or if there is no desire to go there so you can cut and direct access to Kiryat Shmona.

* Testimonials-don't give up stream, recoveries of Tel Dan, Snir, the suspension bridge, the tank (on the port Banias custody after the bridge), trumpeldor, Manara Cliff then young couple (and maybe you) experience he will never forget

Sunday-Shamir for the Banias springs through the Banias

Monday-an increase in the avnies OASIS-govata ative.

Tuesday on a mountain as mount Rimonim cotoneaster (gondola).

Back to the lower cableway-gondola. Away:) line up

I was going to have to dill along the slopes of the plateau a convert to Banias. The distance from the Banias Springs dill for a day of walking. A short distance make reservation. On the other hand, can take the very first, to begin in the early afternoon, then it really justifies the school field.

I don't recall if the dill to Banias (I doubt it). However, you need to see when open recreation reserve, I think closing it quite early. Another thing: while govata but view Spring Grove provides a cozy atmosphere. I don't know if the stream passes all streaming mode. This year the rains were few and far between and the flow if there is a problem like this.
