I came across a product called oat flakes in cream and fruit flavor, which I think is very suitable to meet one of the above and are maybe.

Simple preparation instructions-have even cut the paper bag (contains 35 grams), pour contents into a glass, molded to a third cup of boiling water, wait for 60 minutes, and stir.

Advantages:

Delicious.

Enter (easy-380)-and add almonds, walnuts, coconut, etc.

High durability (expiry date for seven months).

The product is enriched with all sorts of vitamins and minerals (but also other materials, so I wouldn't overestimate the consumption of this product).

And the big advantage-no need to wash the dishes in the cold night-quite easy nigobon of the Cup.

(The product is manufactured in the USA, so probably also can be obtained abroad).

Gone, I assume you're talking about QUAKER OATMEAL.
Join your recommendation from many years of experience. I'm taking two bags each trip like this for breakfast.
I haven't had the taste of Strawberry and cream, but the Apple Cinnamon is great.

Just a correction, guess you mean 90 seconds rather than minutes:)

In the same direction.
You can purchase the Quaker "clean" cheap price compared to the bags and mix it with what you find true and keep siplock.

AAH ... And add the heading "fuel efficient"

Fresh annual

Refresh-you're right of course, 60 seconds
Also as for the right product, plus INSTANT Word.
In a box 10 sacks in four flavors; Cream and strawberries, cream and blueberries, and peaches and cream and bananas.
Indeed, fuel efficient too (and time).
Thanks for the tip. Look for the product ה"נקי, and kinds mixtures (also product above I add items, particularly high-protein).

Indeed, yearly a good solution. Vegetarian dishes are sold at 29-32 (according to the site).

I did a simple food.

Very thin rice pasta-cooking: Add boiling water and waiting 10-15 minutes.
Course ksokos
What is also important is that proteins (especially at the end of a day's walk). Someone thought/tried to make something bodybuilding? Or perhaps another source for protein?

Greg, thank you.

My protein source is Brazil nuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin, natural almonds etc.

The big advantage of the f-track, apart from being delicious and healthy: you can eat them while walking or in addition to hot food (sweet and salty).
High nutritional value in relation to their weight and to inflate them.
Packaging weight 0.
Last.
Resistant to crushing.

Hilwa also has protein.

For me, I started playing around with home-style home drying (so far only bean stew) and meat.
Drying meat is relatively easy conditions. I think also that you can make easy pasta sauce, dried and then ground to add boiling water, dried meat and rice noodles and get kind of Bolognese.

Once I posted another forum. Check out link.

The method is similar to other food too. Just to know what is really possible to dry ו"להחזיר to life properly.
Extensive information in English, and in addition there are videos on YouTube of one calls itself a publisher of Hungry Hammock Hanger recipes for dried meals.

Gone, lost somewhere along the way. Boiling water is a wearisome.

My recommendations for a few days:

1) almonds/walnuts + dates (, DOM)

2) make a pharmacy honey and tahini. Spread whole wheat crackers and sandwiches "inventory" crackers.

3) complied with crackers cheese quality (holding days in cold places). For picantria you can add fresh basil leaves or rannis (saved in noiilant packaging).

4) quality chocolate.

5) torus dulce de leche.

6) fine oat flakes: ashrotam in cold water with honey or dulce de leche. Mix. After a few minutes you will get cool and nutritious porridge.

Ofer,

You're right-the tedious simmers, although winter is important to drink and hot food before bed (and I boil water in favour of heating ...)

Thanks for the recipes (I intend to try the Oatmeal finer Fox-using cold water for me. ..)

Whether milling is breaks down? (I take a small packaging Hilwa).

Little tip-in recent years moved into tortillas instead of crackers (not broken, their flexibility allows each storage space available in the backpack, are maintained over time, can be gourmet with sweet and salty, and some are quite nutritious).

Never had that tahini broke down, and probably not in cold places. Incidentally, honey is antiseptic, I like to mix a tablespoon of honey with two or three tablespoons of tahini and very few bacteria are able to resist the sweetness. In very hot weather it is possible trickle of oil, but still great molsa

Recommendation for a unique honey: honey from flowers of tamarix. It has a salinity, color and texture are reminiscent of mango. Fits great with the tahini. Recommendation for tahini: tahini (a sesame filling) of cedar.

Vegetables of all kinds easier to dry in the dryer (sell those today in Israel)
Even frozen vegetables ("products" or)
Then boiling their water softening them and are ready to eat and even hard vegetables like carrots.
I made them soups on "home sweet home", on behalf of shell and worn.

As a source of proteins using soy flakes (it's patented. market in Jerusalem have not know where else)-boil them with the soup, soften quickly. (And nuts and, as already posted here).
Hot food-try things that require only boiling (and cooking), such as Couscous and noodles
Especially for fuel savings (plentiful).

Something that I took from the book of andrew skurka is looking at caloric value to 100 grams.
The clear winners are chocolate Granola (~ 400 calories for 100 g)
Various potato chips (~ 500 calories for 100 grams).
This food per person per day is approximately 1 kg (including everything, but without fuel).
It's looking very helped me in planning of types and amounts of food for long walks.
And therefore (in my book) crackers and tortillas hot conductors-more calories with less weight.

I've never seen milling that went bad.
Tahini standing long has oil separators (floats above other things.) Shaking of the container resolves the issue.

Ofer, Jonathan.

I was always in the area-perhaps gave me a solution.

Incidentally, the tortillas are so ... skinny bitches. By now the tortillas contain over 300 easy and seven grams of protein (if I remember correctly I encountered even more nourishing teats).
