Hey

Me and my friend want to fly around September 20 till October 15th in Europe and slammed children. We prefer to reach the area to make some short treks (3-5 days), but we don't have anything.

The preference is to Western Europe and prefer to avoid showing (because of cost).

From what I read here on the Forum (and elsewhere), the season most of the trekking in the Alps and the Pyrenees ends in mid-September, and the closing.

We have no problem traveling with a tent but we prefer them to be places on the way to buy food so as not to carry him with us and of course we think the weather would be suitable.

Does anyone here can advise us on a Trek where weather is expected to match the period and possibly open huts and/or places to buy them food during the Trek?

Thank you

Apart from the issue of Western Europe, I think Georgia is the country that is most suitable for your krterions: short trips, relatively cheap price, great season and duration of trip

October is no longer suitable for alpine excursions.

It's not just that it's also a chance huts closed a large section of track would be passed because the snow is very high (should understand that no places are closed on 15 September arbitrarily. why they are closed on these dates is more or less at the same time also for "closed").

The solution is to walk in the lower elevations.

If you would recommend nature hiking in the black forest.

A signed zone (German well) incredibly cheap European terms, but not the shacks there beautifully developed and can be difficult to find a place to stay in October. Ditto about the purchase. Not dug deep but everyday passing villages where you can obtain. (They also emphasize about the tracks don't have to do anything and you can connect, leave the trail every day and understand that the area is populated)

A great site for hiking in the Black Forest

If you are more into the experience "an anthropologist so I steal adekunle fixed his recommendation about the pilgrims (Santiago de Compostela). This tour can also be done at cost and is ideal for this time of year (summer is too hot).

Thank you both very much!
There really was a chance ourselves to Georgia. Black Forest Mage we at least we however are looking for.
Does anyone anyway could think of mountain trekking in Europe? There might be something interesting in southern Italy or southern Spain/Portugal- The weather there should be similar to Georgia if I'm not mistaken.

Indeed, GR240 is going in Sierra Nevada in southern Spain is suitable.

There is a great and thorough summary of this trek about Ellie Baker field. (And he really went from five to 20 October)

I personally don't get excited. Speaking of desert landscapes, so Sammy I select wipe for knivenio and katshio long before the Sierra Nevada. But maybe you fit.

About Georgia-rope Trek swanti have this discussion.

Alpine views and really great but I'm not sure that October still fits for a walk there.

Keep in mind that this is not about Europe all entails to interest Simon trails, lodging options, communication with locals, cellular communications, manuals, maps and etc.
