I'm thinking about buying a company called Quilt As Enlightene.

Prices (220-300 dollars to make 800 fill, depending), American quality, but a few good references, and they are sending to Israel.

A few questions:

  1. Anyone knows, means.
  2. Some were choosing heating level per night in January in the Negev? They have 10, 20, 30, 40 F I can't sleep usually source.
  3. What size would you choose anyone at a height of 1.80 and weight 85 kg?

Editing:

Shipping to Israel costs $ 45, but is free over $ 500, so if anyone else is interested, you can share and save costs.

About-try not to shipping for the $ 500 (including taxes and shipping)-otherwise you'll have to pay.

I met quite a few specifically for bikers on the PCT who used this quilt. Including age, traveled with him. I'm sure he can give you more details, but I think he was pretty happy with it.
For the country was settling at 30, you might want to buy 20 to cold nights in either option. I wouldn't go unless I had 10 very specific trip planning breakfast.

I have the quilt of EE.
Only slept with him for two days in the Upper Galilee, so I have no experience with sewing quality is fine.
To your body, I think you need measurements R-R, but if you prefer to use you also covers expansion (the revelation).
As the Temps. I went on the wrong 20F is one of the advantages-you can always send quilt hand or leg off, even when it's hot.
This is perhaps the place to comment: I have no idea how kowiltim manufacturers determine the comfort level? Isn't leakage of heat out of it varies with each ornament in the body?

I have the Next best quilt that according to site-15F. I used it a few days ago in the area of Zin and watched when I sleep in Tharp (IE with canvas area's Eugene's trap door key "). Some days was rain and wind at night. Nevertheless, had abnormally hot when I sweat most nights. I agree with klum that could use a quilt covers, but in my experience, it's best to match the quilt to the weather and sleep כ"מומיה" (blocks and entrance floor source). You also don't want to wake up every night and poseable/quilt mode. Furthermore, I suggest you check out more models, try one before buying (ask one of the members of the Forum) and delve into the subject. Good luck.

I think going on. Still saving some money and weight vs. I do not plan on bikepacking in Israel foreign trips so that the weight I think Alpine and slightly less heat.
See if this price level remains possible to descend even below $ 500 for two kowiltim and save both the Customs and shipping. I find out you.
You should ask them to send one method rather than another to save taxes and fees?

Cucuy, if the mean me not to Cshaharellert about the purchase, contact info.

Quilt is a hybrid between a blanket to make a saving in weight.
With the understanding that everyone today anyway, and sleeping on the bottom area of the bag was crushed under the weight of the body and isolated, and surrounded on the bottom of the bag and rizer.
You get a half-open Spring km Into the bottom, closed, you insert the mattress, and or around your body you fasten the other cloth, like a blanket. When it's hot, you just rolled a part.
Search Google images of ultralight quilt and understand the concept.

The major problem is that the quilt moving while sleeping may cause lifting the edges Brown and drain the problem is significant mainly in low temperature, the quilt makers have solved it only partially, by adding the strips around the mat, and inserting it into the bottom of the quilt.
I met one time British solved it better in my opinion (and mind) he ordered custom maid kind of a cross between a traditional bag quilt: km without hood, at the bottom there is no backwards in this way he took significant weight, and still manages to keep more temps.
Perhaps someone creates kowiltim I, serial know.

Overall, it seems to me appropriate to a scene quilt is called "3 seasons I think he trusted quilt alpinist, no matter what. The manufacturer has set.

Therm-a-rest sleeping bags known as LINC .-While there is something underneath, but most of the insulation is up (the top bag).

Heat loss very distressed at the beginning of my trip when I had a mattress. The mine closed in foot box quilt, but it was still closed the gap between its mattress and another with the heights of the floor above the ground, and had really no extreme cold at night.

When I moved to normal length mattress problem solved, and I slept in my quilt in cold nights without any problem. The tracks turned around and around. I felt warm and comfortable. In my koolit either covering the top, so it is important to note that and bring a warm hat. Slept with parts of my jacket around my neck sometimes.

I came across a brief comparison between kowiltim for sleeping bags. More like a list of quilt, actually.

LINC.

What a great review Greg!
About EE you can update the table, the price of the RR-20F revelation from $310 for $ 250, which improves the ranking.
Their new model Enigma also weighs slightly less.
We are waiting for delivery. We bought two 500-kowiltim, which gives us free shipping and received a refund of $ 5 so we went under the new minimum payment. Looks like taxes and commissions,
If any, is required to pay.
