I am looking for a black good head the Army (enlisted two months ago to combat) and future (in Israel and abroad)

I basically want to have a lot of Indians, red light, as waterproof, and an option to lock it.

A little searching on the Internet and really liked what black diamond storm and I can get it in about 180 shekels

I prefer the spot that is less waterproof less strong and the batteries last less time (extra battery in storm and less weight differences in the way.)

How about the storm? There's another flashlight that you recommend?

Thanks and good week

That would be enough even if rain fall.

For example, I use my flashlight and crawl in females it was case also under water.

I'd also like to top 300 stands.

I don't pretend to understand the equipment, and many lights. In my experience when traveling and combat soldier parent, you might want to think about two different products;

Flashlight tour, strong (I use 70 lumens, so I can travel at night if necessary), light (to maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the garage overnight).

Flashlight-Army Basic, cheap (my son is lost/destroyed/stolen his irregular heartbeat 2 headlamps and 2 ledermans!), strong lighting is not required (most will be short-term use), you should check if the red light is indeed necessary (don't use it).

Until now I used a flashlight that works on one aaa battery power 20 lumens

He had me in the Israel National Trail (INT) and the army. In the light red populate users only weeks specials (we had only one so far) and was fine without.

Cheap head flashlight might do the trick. Anyway, I want a black good head.

Could testify only on a black I know: I use a flashlight of split called XP. The light answering needs. I have no idea if and how is resistant against rain.

Got a combat service and experience affordable and reliable flashlight is better in splitter's best style.
The army has headlights tend to disappear and then just break the simple pylon split and do the work and you can find them for less than 100שח

First of all, don't invest in quality and expensive flashlight just rope, military equipment was destroyed and stolen a lot faster than several.
Except in the army can sign so head Lantern just bomber expensive headlight installation and when you finish your training you'll see you can sign.
I know my headlights, but as a soldier just tell you I give up the option of red light. This function not taking part at a price which is necessary. I got to use a lot in my head torch, and I don't think I ever turned it white light.

Some suggestions and additions, and I apologize if I repeat some of the things written here:

As all the torch and characteristics derived in the main demands of the traveler.

Torch head for military use in the procedure should not be strong or durable, as we noted before the related purposes and therefore the intensity of illumination and amazing durability are not an essential measure.

In addition, it said flashlights like other military equipment could "thief and therefore likely not want to invest in a high-quality flashlight especially and there are quite a few cheap headlights they totally out of their performance and it's not a pity if they are lost or stolen.

Then you should consider lights as stipulated in accordance with specific requirements, 300 are entering deep caves are part of or requirements for light cooking camp and browse the map and so on.

Red lighting is very important not only for the atmosphere but rather to preserve night vision capability. Illumination with white light eyes severely adaptation to darkness. Remember however that Brown height map don't look good with red illumination.

They split in der lamps that are resistant to all major, rain etc but not real immersion in water. (IPX4 standard)

More lights (like the flashlight that you linked to) provide an IPX7 standard that provides resistance per foot diving for 30 minutes. This lantern will give a response even if the light fell back water for example.

Additional considerations to consider when choosing a flashlight are weight, enlightenment, comfort functions (e.g. gloves) and of course price. Also need to know that isn't always the indices and data published on the websites of companies indeed conform to reality and should examine yourself as well as getting a second opinion from people who have the same flashlight.

Lights of large companies (split, black diamond, etc) for most of your requirements including the issue of opacity.
And more focus on lights also have red light.
But, given that things tend to break in and disappear, and a black friend's will cost you a quarter of military pay.
On author or tool shop flashlight head (probably an excess of 50)
Go into a store and buy a stationery and get him in red cellophane in the bulb inside, and organized yourself great head with lantern light,
And try not to throw him in the water when you need it.
And if you throw him into the water and he died — if it dries and replacement batteries probably will go back to work.

Good luck.

Just got out of the army and are one of the few things that weren't me and felt had missed a black head.
Note that due to operational combat service etc. often use a flashlight just used so that administrative work is especially close.
Red light think operationally (less conspicuous and more pleasing to the eye).
If you keep on your equipment to invest a few dollars in a good flashlight that stay with you (read the recommendations on the spot)
If you're prone to losing equipment should indeed buy cheap flashlight.

Emphasis on battery life, that's the last thing you want to do is mess now a week or preparations which you looking for batteries,
Often unrecognized rebuild.
