After several hours loitering on rain Friday to the conclusion that the coverage of my backpack is a disgrace.

Looking for a rain cover for backpack 40 l

BTW I found wandering though the bottom of the sole of the old Oslo TPS 535 hung up and penetrated him. Lucky I found this trip around the House and in the middle of the Negev desert.

Looking for a shoe that costs insane rather than 1000 shekels.

I'm not sure why you are seeking the same shoe that you are already disbanded, she did. The old Oslo were some soled problematic series.

About-option b coverage that is more affordable, and perhaps no less effective is to put in the garbage bag (in varying degrees of intensity).

Worked out pretty well for me, including last weekend.

Incidentally, note that even with the rain, the rain water can penetrate long from the back, Backpack straps, etc.

Therefore it is recommended to seal another layer sensitive items (clothing, electronic items, etc.).

Disagree with the approach of garbage bag that wet pod weight add-on babl is much more serious than rain cover (100-150 GR).
In addition wet pod (which took a lot of water) will make things in a tent to be wet, excess drying and eiboe of other things.

The sleeping bag and tent, I put in a plastic bag of their own.
Especially if going in the rain period,
Rain covers wasn't helping.
Already got going with two covers, bedtime and launched my tent got wet.

Only plastic bags!

Looking for a rain cover for backpack 40 l

There are 2 types of covers, half. No matter what, that half would not help in the rain for the duration that the serious water penetrate through. The full cover to protect the case more serious rain but it comes with a price – plus. I went in the rain all day at TMB with full coverage to the case of 60 litres and was fully dry. Have to admit that over the past few years prefers to use half cover + 30 litre bag watertight SEA TO SUMMIT's within the ask portfolio entering most of the important things in the bag.

A. Yes.
In strong winds, and/or in a wooded area or other problems are tangled in a rocky area (boulders, etc.), it is not recelebrated yearly total body control, I would say bordering on dangerous poncho.

Thank you to everyone.

The oramonik-this is my second pair of the same model. The first couple held for about 5 years and present over three years although it seems these seat 3 years worked harder. I thought I'd be able to finish the current season with them, which probably won't happen.

Overall I am pleased with the response and tolerance for the terrain and climate of the shoes, however I would love to hear suggestions and alternatives.

(By the way, I write also Baja off-road כ"ההולך and orange as dd )

Interest coverage, I agree that btiol prolonged rain needed to essential equipment, alternative clothing and under believed all the equipment you can rely on a plastic bag.

However there are grounds of Sergei that it uncomfortable wet pod, is heavier and may hereto additional equipment.

Do you have a recommendation for good parts or full coverage? Day trip with a little extra weight casing is not a factor.

A few comments:

1) must be aimed for a wave of harmony and hormones.

2) before I used the cover of Gregory, Nathan good response in storms of Scandinavia.

3) currently have complete replies a bit unorthodox: the carrier fit to set kitavk 65 liters of sea-to-summit. Not only is completely opaque, even crossing rivers all remained dry. Weight is very easy and it would render the need to wrap things.

4) wet backpack is heavy, highly desirable to avoid artvato. More if you get to a situation where the contents wet.

[Quote = neutrino; 584496] got bands? Is it comfortable?

Sorry Greg, I just noticed your question. It has no straps and is uncomfortable dressing long coupled it to a dedicated carrier. Is it easy to use? Not perfect but better. Tent and sleeping bag are compressed to the bottom (no need for dedicated hosting packages-another advantage of saving weight), in come the higher food and essential equipment housed and available immediately. The duffel bag retains its bloated, is highly resistant to abrasion and completely opaque. It's best to fill it in bulk and avoid packaging the rigidity becomes symmetric shobrot.
